1+4 yrs extended warranty, my ac is having problem of pcb, your technician has visited and told us it will be replaced in 2 working days, but still there is no update from voltas, waiting for a positive reply and pls get it done asap

I bought voltas 1.5 ton ac on May 2023. By next two months. There were water leakage from ac.. raised a complaint to customer care.. no response from them.. leakage stopped by itself.. again Im facing same issue. And low colling, second time raised complaint. No response from service team... Service for voltas was very poor... I recommend not to go for voltas ..

Bought a 1.5 ton split inverter AC from Voltas on 24th August 2023.During installation, the technician from authorised serviced center found that the motor and pcb of the indoor unit is defective.I asked for a complete replacement of the product but even after 1 month, no one from voltas service center has helped me in this matter.An authorised person named Parth Patel from voltas service center, surat was given the task to solve this issue.This fellow didn, t solved my issue even after getting 1 month time and he doesnt even feels important to listen to his customer, s problem.Extremely disappointed to see such kind of pathetic service from voltas.I just want my defective product to get replaced or get refund from the company.

I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 7th September, 2023 with request number [protected].
The Voltas Company did not short out this problem till date i.e 0n 23 September 2023 . I called and email many times to the customer care and service provider center but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has a 3-year comprehensive warranty till March 2026. On September 8 2023, the engineer visited and said that we have to replace the sensor and gave the order for the on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (16 days passed).
Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family is suffering from last few days.
Please do the needful.

I bought a Voltas split AC 48 hours before, and request for installation was raised the next day. The installation guys were charging 1500 for flushing the pre installed gas line for the AC while the market rate is 800. So I got it done from outside. Now the new installation guys from Voltas won’t arrive until tomorrow that is the 21st of September 2023. I can’t get it installed from my AC guy because then Voltas won’t give me a warranty for the next 3 months. I have Mitsubishi AC and this was the first Voltas AC I bought. Worst decision ever. Won’t be buying a Voltas AC again.

I have installed 2 nos Split AC from Voltas at my home during 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Recently, the one installed during 2019 developed a defect wherein the AC stops working after switched on and running for sometime (no cooling). The Error Code Shown is E1. This, as I understand has, something to do with the Thermostat.

I had lodged a complaing with the Company on 9th August 2023. The Technician attended on 14th August. However, the error was not showing and he said there is no problem and left.

After half an hour of running, as usual, the same Error code appreared and the AC stopped working. I took a photograph of the inside unit and sent it to the Technician.

He said the PCB will have to b replaced and shall revert once the PCB is received.

I had been reminding the company about the unsolved problem, but they kept on replying saying "we have forwarded your complaint to the Authorised Service Company with the following details:

However, noone bothered to contact me or solve the defect.

This is how Voltas treat their customers

I bought a Voltas air cooler in JUNE month. wheel problem on day one . I complained on 20th June. Engineer visited and replaced only 2 wheels. but this problem is the same. not resolved. After that again I filed a complaint dated[protected]. but till now[protected] any phone calls have been not received from Voltas' side. So many times I call customer care but every time they said, my technical team will coordinate you very soon. After...

Voltas service is pathetic and unprofessional. On 29th Aug, I scheduled a service request for my AC request no [protected], they assigned a technician and Technician said they will come on 30th Aug 11 AM, I took half day leave to attend but no one turned up, I called again they said they will come by evening, I tool full day leave. I called again in afternoon and they said no one is coming today and have to wait till tomorrow. Technician was unprofessional, was rude and behaved unruly.
Voltas has given service to one of worst service center called Image Engineering, google reviews also shows it is pathetic.

They have wasted my time, money and my issue was also not resolved. When I call Voltas service center they keep assigning it to same service center. Customer care professionals are of no help and they do not understand the problem. When we ask them to connect to higher authority they say we do do not have escalation manager available. It is such a pain to deal with Voltas

I am seriously amazed that this is from Tata, Tata is known for its humanly behavior and service but Voltas is tarnishing its image. Pathetic service

I am having issue in cooling on my AC which i bought on FEb23. Raised complain, everyday they are saying will come tomorrow. Its been more than 2 weeks no one is coming to fix the issue.

My ac had a gas refilling 2 months ago and now suddenly the cooling stopped so I complained again and they came said there is a PCB problem which i doubted and they repaired it for 1900 rupees and now the ac is not even working anymore. And the service centre won’t respond.

Kind your information we are purchase 1.5 ton 5star split inverter AC dated 25/10/2021 after installation facing cooling problem then i call customer care then technician visit he say gas is leaked from compressor he filling gas and say no problem face again but again 3-4 months gas has been leaked again we are calling customer care then technician visit and say gas has been leaked he again filled the gas in compressor and technician say not any problem you have tof face regarding gas leakage but again we are facing cooling problem then we again call customer care then the technician visit today and he say gas is leaked from compressor and he say all work is chargeable
i say you this problem is product defective so i request to you please change my AC.
NOTE: Your tec hnician uninstall my AC today[22/08/2023] and they took my AC with along them.

Last year 2022 we are purchased voltas inverter split ac from our local electronics shpwroom, in aug month we had face the ac issue after complaining the service centre, the problem was sort out. But now in July month the same problem has come, and we called one of our local AC repair person, but after one week, the same issue come again.

We need parmanent solution for AC to be working properly.

We request to send your service engg and recitfy my ac problem asap.

Water leakage problem.no response from service center. no visit. AC is within warranty period.

I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. (1.5 tonnes) in June 2023 from Chandani Electronic Patna. The AC Unit purchased is not working properly from the date of purchase itself. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the Company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorised service centre and had spoken to Mr. Alam (Phone no.: [protected]); Latest Complaint No. -([protected])(31st July, 2023). Mr. Alam had informed over the phone that they will get the unit checked and then take necessary action. I Have tried reaching him 4-5 times in a day but he has stopped responding to my calls.The main thing is that I have also contacted with Mrudul Ji (Senior service manager)(Phone no-[protected]) and he assured me that it will get resolved today itself.Ihave also called so many times to customer care and he assured me that it will get resolved.I have also recording of conversation with customer care as well as Mridul Ji.It’s a brand new AC and its not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

Dear sir,

i would like to notice you that after observing faults in my voltas ac, i was called to nearest authorised servece centre i.E manokamna enterprises, motihari (east champaran, bihar, pin-845401), vide gst no. 10crgpk9131f1z5.

One person from manokamna enterprises came to me as on 7th july 2023 and noticed some issues. He opened up the ac machine and left the machine as it is.

After that i am calling them on +91-[protected], [protected] but they are not responding...

Therefore, please take appropriate action on them so that my issue can be resolved, my complaint number is [protected],

A new 1.5 T Voltas air conditioner delivered on 24th May 2023 through Amazon has developed some problems and it has been switched off. A request for rectification of the defect was raised on 29th July 23 vide reference number [protected] which is still unattended in spite of a lot off persuations at various levels. I am feeling helpless.

Water leakage problem from front side.Purchased in may 2022.
Water leakage after installation.Now facing same problem again.
Now customer support is asking for visiting charges.
I complained after installation but nobody listen to me.

Dear sir, I have purchased a Voltas split ac on 2nd June 2022 but same was replaced on 24rth August 2022 due to insufficient cooling problem. The new machine is also giving same problem. I have contacted customer care but my problem was not resolved. Service centre officials are not picking up my phone calls. The customer care officials only giving false assurance to solve my problems earliest. Kindly solve the issue.
