My name is bhupendra, i have purchesed voltas 1.2 ton 5 star inverter ac from flipkart on 15th april 2018.
After purchased voltas AC i go through many comment on product details from certified buyers.They have mention "Please do not install AC from flipkard as voltas it self is giving free installation on all 2018 inverter AC till 15th April"

Then i called to your customer care and talked with many customer care executive...

I bought ac last year (7th may 2017) and this my second complaint ([protected]) in last 2 month about cooling issue.

First place for this complaint appointment was schedule for 18th april 2018 but no visit from technician till 20th april 2018)

Also every time technician just do the cleaning of ac and issue do reoccur after month.

My voltas 1.5t split ac is in warranty. On 13th apr night suddenly it stopped. I raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number (Break down request number) is [protected].
After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the pcb is faulty.
He took the pcb to the workshop for repairing.

My concern - as my ac is much within the warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.br...

After buying a voltas window 1.5 ton ac on 15 Mar 18, I am still awaiting installation, demo and warranty registration. I had purchased it from satya, madipakkam branch.
I don know how come a brand new ac causing these issues.
And the outdoor unit also sounds big than usual.
I wanted to check whether it is a damage piece.

My Voltas Split 1.5 ton 3 star AC is just 1.2 years old and its not working now and giving E2 error on the panel.
I called Voltas customer care on 27th may to lodge a complaint and same was registered as Request No [protected] appointment scheduled for[protected].
The technician came and opened my AC and told that PCB is damaged and same would be replaced. He said he will bring the new in the evening but that evening never...

Very recently i have taken Voltas AC from Flipkart less than 2 months back.

It is giving lot of noise right from installation. Till date i have given complaint 3 times & the concerned engineer came twice and not able to resolve the issue. no one came for the 3rd call.

I was very much disappointed with this bad quality of the product.

I have raised a complaint with Tata voltas customer car as the gas in my voltas window AC 1.5 ton was out on 8th September 2016. A technician has visited my place and refilled the gas.
There is a little noise in the A/C along with an error display E2 subsequently. I have stopped using it completely as I wasn't sure what the error was.

Please resolve this error.

We purchased water dispenser from authorized dealer of Voltas M/S Aircare Technologies resided at Mumbai on 5th of June 2009. It has been off since 26.08.09. The air conditioner is not cooling at all. It has only been a month since purchase, and it has already stopped functioning.

I am complain a service request on dated 18/05/2025. Technician visited and ordered a compressor. Today date is 31.05.2025 but till now they dont solve my problem.
I am contacting with customer care and service center too many times but they dont able to solve my problem.

I had issue of non cooling with F3 error, my split airconditioner out of warranty. After complaining to the customer care on 27th May their tecnician came and said the PCB card needs to be replaced, After more than two months of several complaints they said the PCB card is not in stock and thereafter they repaired the card on 26 July 2024. They charged 6500 for repair of the card, the airconditioner just worked for a day and thereafter the same error started. Since then they have sent technicians but no resolution was made. Now they say PCB card is available, cost is 7000 and need to be bought @3500 which I have said I will pay only the difference of the amount paid for repairs. Now my complaints are being closed without any calls starting that customer is not available or not picking call.

I purchased voltas AC from amazon in Aug 2023 . Since then the AC gas was leaking and in one year warranty, the company service provider came multiple times and fixed multiple things. But this year season again I faced the same issue of gas leakage. I got it fixed from local technician but it costed me huge amount. First Req for Noise 11/03/2025 : [protected] --- Just Clean the machine and informed us its new product you can continue running and noise will not come.

Second Req for Noise 17/03/2025 : [protected]—-Technician came and checked the machine and informed us this is new product need to rouse the machine and automatically noise will be removed.

Third Req For Noise 27/03/2025 : [protected]—-Technnicaian came and checked the machine and informed us your product is wrong need to change as in Voltas particular selected product having noise issue .

Pl note that Ahmedabad - Maninagar pin code -380008. branch is not picking the call now and automatically req no is closing and we got the closing msg.

Here Till dt we have not found the resolution and expecting solution .

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Voltas in relation to my AC SR : [protected]) service appointment in October 2024.

On that occasion, I booked an AC service, but unfortunately, during the service, my AC was damaged. Following this, I was informed by the company that a part would be replaced. I have made several follow-ups, but despite my efforts, no one has responded or provided an update. Eventually, I was told that I would need to pay for the replacement part, to which I agreed.

However, I have now been informed that production of the required part has been stopped, leaving me without any resolution to the issue. I am now left helpless and without any assistance.

I kindly request to intervention and resolve this matter and ensure that I receive the necessary support and compensation.
