We got this Voltas AC in 2019 and since then we have been finding problem. The AC stops working suddenly and we checked the stabilizer which was fine and a Voltas technician told us that this is due to over heating of the compressor so we ignored the problem first then in 2020 during lockdown time the AC stopped working fully and a Voltas technician came and replaced the capacitor and AC started working again but the old problem was still there. Now in 2021 the AC again stopped working and again the technician changed the capacitor and it stopped working for sometime this time the other technician told that the problem is probably because of the compressor. I have 3 other ACs Sumsung - 6years, Hier - 4 years and Micromax - 3 years old and all are working fine till now. So conclusion Voltas maybe the most expensive and best rated AC but it's just the name. I would not recommend Voltas AC to anyone.

Update: Today is 11th June and till now no one from Voltas has turned up after complaining everyday since 26th May when I wrote this. What a pathetic service from Voltas. Please don't go for Voltas AC it's actually India's worst AC..

I stay in top floor of the building and I have been requesting them to come and fix the issue because we have not been able to sleep properly because of the heat and Voltas people made me wait for 15 days now!! So anyone reading this should know if they should go for Voltas products or not.

We call at voltas for service of AC. Firstly they come after 2-3 calls. Secondly they did bad servicing of AC. They left the inner jaali of AC dirty.

Hi, I bought new inventor 1.5 ton ac by last year june month, I'm facing lots of problem form the first day itself, I raised service request by 1st April but still I didn't get proper service. Iam really unhappy with this product and unsatisfied service please provide the solution for this issue.

I have purchased my window AC Serial Number: 4011237A18KC05490 in the month of May 2019, as per the policy I am supposed to do 2 services from the company in a year to ensure my warranty validity for 5 years,

But now when I book my service, your technician is asking for a warranty Extention certificate, I have written mail, and called several times, but still not get the certificate yet.

It’s to inform you that I have purchased 1.2 T split AC during February 21 but could not used due to cold weather.
Now when I tried to use it, it’s working but without cooling effect. It seems that either product is defective or installation not done properly.
Kindly look into matter and take appropriate action to resolve it
