    This is reference to my Air-Conditioner of Voltas, i have purchase the AC in the month of Aug-20.

    The said AC installed by the Voltas Service Center and charged Rs. 2400/-

    After few days of installation of the AC, the AC was fall from the wall.
    I have made the complaint against the same with Voltas after lots of follow up my AC installed again on the wall.
    Now, i am facing the cooling issue in my AC and i had made 4 complaint to Voltas but now one has visited against my complaint.

    I would request you to please check and attend my call or replace my AC and get back the money.

    As i am not satisfied with service of Voltas and there product.

      I bought 1ton split AC 15days back. When I am starting its not at all cooling the room. Its been one hour and still not cooled room

        This is very intolerable from an voltas engineer who visits for not cooling n no working of compresser. Then engineer told me to change the compresser and capacitor we said okk to change they took compresser n came after 2hrs n fitted the parts. N when we switch on the ac it starts cooling for hardly 10min after they went and when nxt day we called for to visit once n check they dont answering the call n we paid full amount of bill. This is very irresponsible for their work.

          I purchased a new ac in July 2020, since then every now and then some or the other problems we are facing, there is always gas leakage, ice is farming and ac is not cooling.
          Their customer service people always gets delayed and never come on time to check the issues...mostly junior people who struggle to understand the root cause.
          Highly dispointed.

            This is regarding wta facility (4+1 yr extended warranty)

            I was told from voltas that they will not provide wta facility as i have purchase my product online.

            What is the issue if i have purchased my ac from online shopping?

            Why wta is not applicable on on-line shopping. Ultimately i have purchased voltas product. How it matters from where i have purchased the product?

                Registered complaint on 22nd March still the issue has not been resolved saying no coil ... how can such a big company not provide a coil because the ac is under 5 yr guarantee??? Why the delay wen product is free ? Very upset with Voltas

                  Ac not cooling properly since 1year back as I purchased ac 2ton from patna in June 2019..Also I complained in voltas customer care regarding my problem and he send two unprofessional people at my home who take my 2 to 3 hrs and 3090 rs against gas refiling but..Sir/mam still I m suffering my problem and now ur vendor said me send the complete set in his address ...I m questing to u management why customer send goods, why mechanic not give service in my home..Kindly look my matter seriously..

                        Dear Team,
                        I made a purchase of 2 Voltas ACs from Great Eastern Baguihati on 6th April 2021.The sales lady (Sanchita Saha) committed me a delivery date of Friday 9th April. On Wednesday she calls and inform...she has errorneously taken a price which was for till March 2021, i.e. an additional cost of Rs. 1000 on each of the ACs had to be paid by me. If I deny for the payment she will have to pay from her pocket.
                        I understanding it...made the additional payment. She then confirmed that the AC's shall be delivered on Saturday 10th April.
                        On the said day of 10th April she again calls and informs only 1 out 2 ACs can be delivered. The second AC shall be delivered only on Monday 12th April, as there was some goofup in billing.
                        My harrasment doeant end here. Now the story starts for the installation, where we had been informed that the engineer shall visit at 2 PM...then again the time changes to 4 PM...and yet again it changes to 5.30PM.

                        My only concern is...why can't we make commitments that can be met by us?Why can't your sales person value the customers time?
                        Sales is done money is banked and producta not being delivered...and with no after sales service

                        A new issue faced the AC provided is a faulty AC and is making sound. How can a new AC be faulty...is it not the duty of the vompany to check before the sell a product.

                            I purchased an split AC 1.5 ton last 19 may 2020...within one year i faced so many issues...now its fan is not working...i lodged complaint on 28 march...your technicians said motor has to be changed and it will take 5 days to get the part..but it is already 10 days and no progress... I didn't like your services at all...is this kind of service you give to your customers...

                              Actually I had bought ac on 19th March on tatacliq..it was delivered on 24 th.. technician installed it on 25 th.. but on next day I saw..he missed out some bolts fitting on outdoor unit..where water is leaking.. I informed d Voltas technician many times ..like 20 times from 26 th March on wards..but they are not at all responding and saying dat it's not d big problem..and making me irritated ..very poor service and ego from dat fellows

                                  I have been an avid Voltas AC consumer for the past 25 years.

                                  I have purchased another 1.5 ton window AC - Voltas WAC 185 LZH in May 2019 and this is the third time replacement of spare it goes into Error E2, DF etc.. my free services coupons are with me (no visit from any technician) and i always get an SMS your AC has been serviced.

                                  Im being forced to move on with the next steps for my frustration.

                                    I have purchased 3 Voltas air conditioners on Dec-2020. Out of that one AC having water leakage issue since Feb-2021. I have raised complaint to Voltas, they did some temporary fixes and closed the complaint, for every two days same problem repeating. I have raised 4 complaints, again they did some temporary fixes and closing the service request. Finally i have talked to the service center and ask them to not close the ticket with out my confirmation and i demanded permanent fix for the problem. Then the technician told us like some hardware parts needs to change and they requested the company.

                                    It's been two months the problem started, no update from the company Voltas, they didn't replace the AC even warranty exist or they didn't even fix the issue, due to this i lost my business and credibility from the clients. I didn't get proper updates from the service center/company.

                                    As we know this is summer season and how the AC is required for any business, i lost my shop credibility and due to this water leakage wall paint also damaged, we don't have any option we still using AC, even water leakage because we need to run business.

                                    I call them to fix the issue temporarily time being, even though no one responding. Hope this consumer complaint will help from this situations. Attached Service request which is recent one opened on 1-Mar-2021, it is in pending state since 37days.

                                    It's been more than 48hrs, still no response. I may wait until[protected] by EOD. As suggested by NCH, my next action will be Civil complaint on Voltas and RIYAZ SERVICES CENTER.

                                        I purchased 1.4 ton AC from Amazon, the compressor stopped working after 1 year. After raising the complaint they took 8 visits to confirm its comoressor fault.
                                        Then they brought compressor for replacement and charged 4500/- for replacement. I asked for bill n standard charges. But no response.
                                        Service person's attitude is rude. If the compressor has warranty, why charge for replacement and gas filling.
                                        I called customer care to know the charges and policy of the company. She asked me to call the service guy only.
                                        Voltas has no transparency, they have left everything to the service guys, even if you give feed back rating also, no one cares.
                                        Please don't buy voltas ever

                                        I have add one thing, in the end after replacing the compressor the service person cheated me by saying that he would seal the copper pipes neatly with nylon tape, then simply wrapped a tape worth 30-50 rs on the already existing foam and charged 600/-, such a horrible experience. And they behave like we should be happy that they came to attend our complaint.
