Dear Team,
I have become fed up with your attitude towards service since I am suffering with the issue by last 1 month and still it is unresolved & now even your local service provider is not taking note of it.
I have purchased your company's AC in last season which was functioning well, but when we started it in this season there was a cooling problem. Then I registered a call wrt it on 30/04/2021 having Call Ticket No.--[protected].
I wwas shared by the visiting engineer that after refilling the gas it will be resolved.
But after few days same problem started & I again registered a call having Call Ticket No.-- [protected] on 17/05/2021. Then the visiting Engineer said that there was a leakage of gas happening which he has rectified & refilled the gas and now the problem has been resolved.
But again after few days the same problem of cooling persists & I again registered the call on 03/06/2021 & this time your representative reopened my previous call ticket(no.-- [protected]).
By that day till time I have made atleast 10 times call to attend the problem & it's resolution but I am getting only assurance of Engineer's visit, but all in vain.
In fact my mother is having an ailment & she has to be on invasive ventilation on daily basis & in this period looking the status of humidity, this AC is o[censored]tmost importance.
Hence, at last I am writing this mail in a hope that my problem will be resolved latest by tomorrow (07/05/2021) & further I will not have to suffer due to such unethical & unprofessional way of attending complaints.
Hoping the resolution at the earliest.
