      I have purchased an 1ton volta split AC on 31 may 21. On installation of the same on 1 jun, I came to know that the piece is defected and at the same time i have contact the shop from where the AC has been purchased (M/S CHOUDHARY ELECTRONICS at NH Swankha more, Vijaypur). From the same date, I am contacting the same shop for replacement of AC and I am getting the same answer on daily basis that we will do something today. Is this the to treat your customers.

        I had registered my complain on 7th April and when my problem was not resolved. Then I am come on this site and i've done all i could. I talked to "customer care, voltas service center of my city and Asm of voltas Manas Omar". they all are continues misleading me. whenever I call anyone of them they all are told me same words " Your are problem resolved tomorrow" or "Your are problem resolve in a few days" but till now at present day they all are says the same thing.

        I just want the resolution of the problem, I totally disappointed of this worst customer support.

        Ever since I have registered my such complaint all its parts have changed like " INDOOR, OUTDOOR PCB & COMPRESSER " but till now my Ac problem was not resolved .

        I want to tell one more thing that I would registered my complain on 7th April that was automatically close without asking me. My problem resolve or not and after that they register my another complain on 15 may that is show in voltas website and also mention you both complaint numbers old one is - [protected] and the new one is - [protected] that one got on 17 may.

            Dear sir,
            I registered a complaint to repair my voltas 1.5 tone split ac. Your representative came to visit and told that condenser will be change then i gave them 350 rs service charge. But today they came with old condenser and told that it is sent by company. I paid service charge and they waste my 3 days and 350 rs.
            Is it your service policies.

                I have purchased AC from the Great Eastern, Balasore, Odisha on 3rd May, 2021. After 4-5 days my AC was not cooling at all. When I contacted with the dealer, he told me to contact with Voltas service center. The service engineer came on 21st May and detected the problem and afterwards he has ordered a PCB. But till now I didn't receive the part. I want to replace the whole system with a new one. But the dealer is telling that this is not possible. So I am not satisfied with Voltas service center and the Great Eastern.

                  Dear Team,
                  I have become fed up with your attitude towards service since I am suffering with the issue by last 1 month and still it is unresolved & now even your local service provider is not taking note of it.
                  I have purchased your company's AC in last season which was functioning well, but when we started it in this season there was a cooling problem. Then I registered a call wrt it on 30/04/2021 having Call Ticket No.--[protected].
                  I wwas shared by the visiting engineer that after refilling the gas it will be resolved.
                  But after few days same problem started & I again registered a call having Call Ticket No.-- [protected] on 17/05/2021. Then the visiting Engineer said that there was a leakage of gas happening which he has rectified & refilled the gas and now the problem has been resolved.
                  But again after few days the same problem of cooling persists & I again registered the call on 03/06/2021 & this time your representative reopened my previous call ticket(no.-- [protected]).
                  By that day till time I have made atleast 10 times call to attend the problem & it's resolution but I am getting only assurance of Engineer's visit, but all in vain.
                  In fact my mother is having an ailment & she has to be on invasive ventilation on daily basis & in this period looking the status of humidity, this AC is o[censored]tmost importance.
                  Hence, at last I am writing this mail in a hope that my problem will be resolved latest by tomorrow (07/05/2021) & further I will not have to suffer due to such unethical & unprofessional way of attending complaints.
                  Hoping the resolution at the earliest.

                          Hi I have purchased 03 cooler 70 liter Voltas, within a 02 month 01 cooler water motor not working, I have complaint the complain resolved in 15 dayes, and after 01 cooler main motor not working I have complaint it is resolved in 10 days and again another cooler main motor not working I have complaint and last 08 days they only telling me that the will resolve in 1 hrs or 2 hrs now they switched of mobile and hai call every time to customer care they saing the wiill resolved as soon as possible.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased Split AC of Voltas company from Sai enterprise Jammu on 20 May 2020. It was installed by Voltas technicians and also service done by Voltas technician on 25 April 2021. They did start the AC after service and since weather was pleasant I did not notice if it is really cooling or not. When I actually turned on AC on 28th May 2021 AC was not cooling. I raised complain by calling customer number and they did send technician and now technician is telling me that it is not cooling because It does not have any gas left and right I have to pay 2800 to get it replace. When I raised same complaint to customer care they told me that they will be sending me WTA certificates and i do not have to pay anything. It has been now more than 4 days and I have not received any WTA certificates and every time customer care giving different answers. Fed up with customer care as well as Voltas product. Would suggest them to send technician and take their product back.

                                Hello,

                                I have been using Voltas split AC from last six years but I regret to tell you that after every second month I have to get the gas refilled in the unit. I have got it repaired number of times sometimes on the account of condenser problem or some other leakage problem.
                                I have got the outside unit repaired many a times. However, I feel cheated by the company as the authorised technicians come. But they don’t repair the problem fully. They take money for the work and say that they have repaired the problem and after every two months or so I have to spend at least 3000 on this AC. I have spent more than 15 to 20, 000 for the repair work.
                                In September 2020, Mr Daya Chauhan came to repair the problem of leakage he works with Mr Pankaj Kumar ( complaint owned service centre of Voltas). I I will attach their numbers for your reference. Then I got AC serviced this year in the month of March 2021 by Nitish D services in Gurgaon. But he also told me your unit is working perfectly fine but just after a month again there is a problem of gas leakage. Now they both are demanding a sum of 3000 for filling this gas in the AC.
                                All this has now lead me feel frustrated by Voltas and your technicians who take money and tell me that they have repaired the problem but they don’t do the needful job as required. Therefore, I wanted to register a complaint regarding the same. You can check the full record on your data.

                                    I am Nitin Kumar([protected]) and i am totally disappointed from the service of no. 1 brand of India voltas as I have purchased Air Conditioner on early 27.05.2021 and after two days of more than 100 calls i can’t get the installation of air conditioner. Firstly, you get the full and final payment and afterwards all promises made to the customer are fake. If I have any other option then I return the ac and get my money back and going for other brand. I strongly recommend others to not go with voltas again.

                                        Hi i have raised a complaint against AC in voltas company .this is my request number [protected] . Once they habe closed ticket without engineer visit and no issue reloved but in message showing that issue has been resloved. I called again voltas customer care and tell them the reopened the ticket at urgent basis but till now no engineer visit at my place. And i called them but the not picked my call.
