I have purchased in Voltas air conditioner .then the installation man not Correctly fixed in the outdoor stand bush not fixed .already call from vcare customer not responding . One week before I call him not respond . installation mechanic are very bad work . But iam not satisfied.

AC not working within a month, complaint already raised to Voltas Tiruppur on 7th May 2021, still now complaint not attended. Now he is not attending my calls, simply avoiding my call. Do the needful . Kindly resolve the problem as earlier as possible, bcs it's already a week gone.

Ac flap not working properly as ac is new and from the day 1 it was not working properly

Dear sir/madam,

A New Voltas AC was purchased from electronic bazar, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The same new AC was installed by Voltas people in my house on 28 March 2021 after installation it has worked for 2 days then I went out station for 1 month when I came back and started the AC found AC is not cooling at all. I lodged the complain in Voltas .my complaint number is[protected]. service engineers came twice to repair the AC but unable to repair it and recommended to bring the AC to workshop. I talk to customer care again and again for replacement of the unit as it has major fault which is not acceptable in the new AC. they were not replying positively and they connected my call to service manager but he has not fulfill his commitment to repair the AC.
As it is a new AC I want replacement of the same but no one listening to me. I am attaching the bill copy.
please help me. After getting the money and selling the defective product no one is ready to take the responsibility to get it changed.

kindly look into the matter and replace the faulty piece as early as possible. Voltas is a big brand so be generous to help me.

Water Pump of jetmax air cooler not working.

I have been charged Rs 2250 for capacitor replacement by the representative of Authorised service centre.Is it correct?
I booked the complaint on [protected]

Error E 1 being displayed and air-conditioner not cutting in and switching off.The AC was under warranty till 2019.

This is to bring into your notice with great deplore that i purchase one voltas AC Machine 1 ton 123V DZX(R32) INDOOR 4552591A19KCO7993 from KHOSLA, Hazra, Kolkata showroom on 28th April, 21.

Installed the AC Machine 7th may 2021 but not running to AC Machine till 5.00pm. AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NOT CO-OPERATED. Then call KHOSLA showroom as per my Tax Invoice recorded no. [protected] does not response.

I told them to cancel the product immediately after that bad experience of VOLTAS.
I sincerely and humbly want to understand the kind of services and products we are offering to the valuable customers who actually creates the value of your
Outlets and products.

To be very honest and humble, i will wait for your satisfactory revert till tomoroow else will sue in the consumer court for harassing mentally, killing time, selling wrong product and many more. Sorry to say but bound to defame your brand in the print media as well on social media too. I would have no problem to start a campaign against your brand to defame.

Request your intervention, correction and ultimate solution to this problem.

I have purchased Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton from amazon in May, 2020. The works fine for first season from May till October then when I try to make it work in next season from March, 2021, it is not at all working correctly. AC stop cooling, so raise a service request through preventive maintenance, the technician came but didn't do anything saying that we need to send another technician to refill gas and to check leakage, strange thing is Voltas product stop working within warranty and they charge me ₹530 to refill gas as technician charges, the technician visited on 21 april 2021 to refill gas but unable to find leakage and told that we couldn't find the leakage still I am filling gas and it will work, or if I still face same problem then need to create another service request in future and he left. Again AC stops cooling in next 7 days, then I again raise service request on 3 May 2021 to voltas to send technician to check the leakage status again and refill gas since AC is not cooling any more. They took more than 3 working days to arrange a technician for me and AM service center was the one sending technician to work on AC, I called them regarding status of technician visit on 5 May 2021, they commit me that technician will be there by 6 May 2021 but there is no clue of technician at home and when I called AM service again on 6 May 2021 and they then told that we will send technician in next 2 days, hats off to this company, My product is in warranty right now, and if it is showing breakdown again and again then there must be an issue with the product itself.
Voltas pls take your AC back and refund me my amount, I do not want to call you guys any more and do not need any service from you.

From past one week the water is driping out from the ac and it is forming ice cubes which is getting stuck inside the fan which can damage my ac.

Now again we informed for second service and person came from your authorized service center in sawai madhopur but he didn't do proper service and take two days ..and said gas leakage problem .after completing this work only one day AC worked properly,

But Now again we are facing problem that our AC is not giving cooling effect...

We are very tense with your service and product
So please change this product or repair it properly.

Hi,

We bought Voltas Beko 8 piece table top Dishwasher from Amazon on 01-May-2021. It was delivered on 02-May-2021 by Amazon. On 03-May-2021 installation was scheduled however installation person denied coming in person to install the product.

We are struggling on this. Somehow using YouTube video, we were able to operate the product. We paid extra (even though installation was free) and got the product installed since it was urgent.

The installation executive from Voltas has been since calling on phones and asking serial number, bill, OTP for some free delivery of Tablets.

Post escalation, we received a call informing that due to Covid, installation cannot be done in person and will remain virtual. How in the world virtual installation is possible when the person is unable to help with basic tap connection?

I recently purchased a new split 1.5 ton AC. when is was dry service came to know that gas is low as leaked during servicing in ac that's why it's not cooling nd I approached service cenre at Kurukshetra with official name Rishi Gulati. it has been 4 days I am complaining and callings but my problem not resolved till now and not receiving calls also. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will file a police report regarding this issue and same in court.i will do whatever I can. I am tired of complaining and calling. Shame on u please.

I have brought a new AC from next showroom panipat
But it is not working and the showroom person is not giving proper reply to us
We have connected all the wires and stabiliser accurately but 25 is written on the AC screen and not working
