I have purchased Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton from amazon in May, 2020. The works fine for first season from May till October then when I try to make it work in next season from March, 2021, it is not at all working correctly. AC stop cooling, so raise a service request through preventive maintenance, the technician came but didn't do anything saying that we need to send another technician to refill gas and to check leakage, strange thing is Voltas product stop working within warranty and they charge me ₹530 to refill gas as technician charges, the technician visited on 21 april 2021 to refill gas but unable to find leakage and told that we couldn't find the leakage still I am filling gas and it will work, or if I still face same problem then need to create another service request in future and he left. Again AC stops cooling in next 7 days, then I again raise service request on 3 May 2021 to voltas to send technician to check the leakage status again and refill gas since AC is not cooling any more. They took more than 3 working days to arrange a technician for me and AM service center was the one sending technician to work on AC, I called them regarding status of technician visit on 5 May 2021, they commit me that technician will be there by 6 May 2021 but there is no clue of technician at home and when I called AM service again on 6 May 2021 and they then told that we will send technician in next 2 days, hats off to this company, My product is in warranty right now, and if it is showing breakdown again and again then there must be an issue with the product itself.
Voltas pls take your AC back and refund me my amount, I do not want to call you guys any more and do not need any service from you.
