Hello Team,
This is VIJAY ARJUN from Faridabad. I bought Voltas Split inverter AC from ASHOKA TRADING COMPAY, SEC 16, FARIDABAD on 9th aug 2020, I have raised a complaint 2 times that there is showing error like PC 04 / PC 02, and it get off after that. The representative had came four times but the complaint is still there. As per them the problem is not going to solve by there end and they dont have any idea about that inverter AC. its been around 5 day and i am chasing service guys like hell. its really pathetic.kindly short this out or i will through that Wrost AC to the same dealer.I attached the copy of bill with mail.

Dear Team,

One more person came today to fix the problem and again he is not going to understand the issue.
My problem is still the same as before and no one is going to take such action regarding that.

Dear Team,

One of there head is giving us such childish excuses. It's because of HEAT on outer and put a sheet on it... IS THAT A SOLUTION..??
Last day when a guy came and worked till 9 pm..there was no heat at that time, and the problem was not solved
Why are you guys kidding with me... outer is set on the roof most of the time and they worked properly.

Should I put my outer one in my room ??????

    We have purchase Air cooler from M/s Kishore Electricals Bathinda vide invoice no. GST828 dated 10/8/2020. The cooler had problem or leaking from overflow point. It does not leak every time but intermittently it leaks. We registered complaints thrice. The engineer visited twice but could not resolve the issue. The same problem started after a week. We registered complaint for the third time. This time the behaviour of customer care was not upto the mark. They said why are to registering the complaint when there is no issue with this cooler and cancelled our complaint.
    I have immense trust with TATA products but this time we are disappointed

      I have purchased Volta's 1.5 ton Window AC on 13.06.2019 from Authorised dealer as Sargam Electronics, , Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi. There is 5 years compressed warranty. My AC stopped cooling and I made complaint vide Service request No-[protected] dated 10.06.2021 same was registered and technician was deputed to visit at 901, SunTower, BlockA-1, Shipra Sun City, Vaibhav Khand Indira puran, Dist-Ghaziabad by Snow Cool Service Centre, Abhay Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Technician visited on 13.06.2021 and he reported that it's Compresure is working and same will be changed after receiving from Volta's company. Inspire of repeated request 16 days have passed but no action is being taken by Volta's Ltd. I am very hopeless that company is violating warranty condition.Applicant- (Vinay Kumar Ojha)

              I have this in the draft but don't know whom to send.. please help

              Hi,

              I am in a very bad state now wherein I am left with nothing but just to explore for the options before I reach out to the consumer court.

              I am highly depressed and regretted about this purchased. This is my hard earned money and I can't just let it go like this.

              Therefore, without wasting much of your time let me try to explain you the situation here. I bought this unit on the Apr 2, 2021 from one of you Volcare Enterprises outlet based out of Hari Nagar New Delhi 110058. The day it got installed, I have nothing but the issues. Initially the front flap came broken then I complaint, it got replaced, few days later I found out the blower is also broken the technician came and replaced that too. And what made me dig all these issues by myself is because, it has been making noises "vibrations" since it got installed and the water is freefalling out from everywhere accept the drainage pipe. Which completely rubbed the wall paint and damaged my LED installed underneath it. I have got this repaired for than 6 times so far and it is still the same. No one have a firm answer as to why it is behaving like this.

              I am very much sorry to say but you have got the worst technicians on the planet. I had a doubt whether they have completed their diploma as of now or not. Because, everyone has their own set of assumptions. Such as this could be because of broken blower or may be gas top up is needed or could be because of faulty indoor coil. And, they have done their research on this unit and made it look like an old refurbished unit.

              I still have some hopes from you. Kindly put yourself into my shoes and understand that I recently bought an expensive air-conditioner not even a couple of months ago and got repaired several times and still the same thing persist. I am attaching a few photos for you to have a glimpse about the condition.

              I expect it not to be repaired again rather replaced.

              I apologize for being a little fuzzy here but I hope you understand my frustration level.

Till now we have received any service call for demo.. everyday we have been calling to service no. also to Anil Enterprises, Tirupati.. Unfortunately after making so many calls they have not yet attended my request or call.. we have been suffering with your worst service.. if not Attending properly please dont hesitate to return your product also..

                  This is Bharanidharan from chennai-perambur. I bought Voltas Non-inverter AC in chellamani and Co. On May 2 2020, and for the second service I have called for 2 times for which I have raised a complaint that there is a water leakage and on 03/30/2021 and 04/14/2021 rep had came and did the service but the complaint is still there. As per them the complaint was arrested but water leakage is getting worse. Now when I called them, they are saying that this a lockdown period and not taking our complaint seriously. And they also told me that as 1 year time frame been exhausted, I will be charged for the service I get. I really feel worried about this and After these I called in Voltas service agents again and they took our indoor On 06/17th and brought back on 06/23 and told us that AC is in well condition and charged as 3000 bucks but within 10 mts from the time they fixed and went the problem again occured. So I called them once again, after they checked thoroughly they informed me that coil is out, and need to change it, I never gone through any AC coil going out of life time within a span of year except yours.

                  Moreover there is no response from you guys even when I tried to reach you through mail. So I am posting this issue in social portal, let everyone knows your quality of products. Either arrest the issue if not replace a new indore unit

                    Gas leak , 3 times within 10 months

                    I bought Voltas 1.5 ton split ac on 15.08.2020. so far the gas has been leaked for about 3tyms.
                    I don't know who is responsible for this manufacturer or the agency where I bought.
                    Such a waste of money, since it is under warranty I can claim now but after the warranty period, I am this will end up in spending few thousands frequently for this issue.
                    I totally regret buying Voltas, I think this is tym to throw this instead...

                      Purchased 2.0 ton inverter split A/C from Ratne Cools Pvt Ltd on 28 jan 2021 this year vide in voice A23898
                      From last one month It is not working and show E8 error
                      complained to customer care
                      After two weeks one machanic came and said sensor not working so its has been ordered and will repair it in 4 days but never to show up
                      After one week waiting for him complained one more time, then next day Mr Wahid came and left in a hurry saying electrical problem which was in fact no electrical problem Anyways called the electrician and checked It was perfect
                      after one more week complain because Wahid never came in spite of repeated calls
                      i was very upset so spoke to manger Mr Sunil in customer care This time a new face came with name Murgesan and he said PCB has to be replaced and ordered one
                      Now already one week over and like others he also disappeared
                      Please let me know when it will be repaired
                      If not done soon I will by a new A/C with a promise to take legal help

                        This is very ridiculous services I have received from you..its more than 15 days and I with 2 little kids facing alot of problem just because of the PCB foult and our AC not working ..we are living in delhi NCR and getting this response...when 1st executive told me that your AC PCB need to change but he told my senior told 1st change sensor then will see...that sensor takes 6 days to come but it's not working again raised for PCB and it's already 4 th day 1st executive came after 4 days of service requested...how you take care of your customers and why they stick with your product ...this kind of activity really creates huge negativity...and it's not good ...take instant action...

                              I regret purchasing voltas ac . As they are talking too much time in installation! Other companies like hitachi / blue star are doing installation in within hours . But voltas is taking more than 2 days . This is just a biggest mistake buying voltas ac . And they have set ac condition that if someone except their service centre install that ac the warranty will be void . Really regretting buying this ac

                                  Mai Ashutosh kumar singh maine 13jun 2021 ko complaint kiya voltas mai ki mere ac mai se minor leakage hai pichale 2 saal se har saal ac mai gas dalwata hu aur nikal jata hai . pichali baar jo attendent aaye thee repair karne unhone bataya tha ki isko hume le ke jana hoga aur poora ac check karna hoga maine is saal dusara ac lagwa liya aur usko uttarwa ke rakh ke maine 13 june ko complaint kiya ki maine ac utarwa diya hai usko le ke ja ke bna diya jaye phir 14 ko unke attendent aaye aur ac le ke gaye phir unhone kaha sir, aapko payment karna hoga rs.810 ka 710 service charge aur 100 rupees le jane ka fare maine unko 810 de diya then unhone mujse koi bill payment bill provide nhi kiya then maine kuch nhi bola aaj maine 23june 2021 ko maine phn kiya ki kya hua kuch bna ya nhi aapne bola tha 7 days mai thik ho jayega toh unhone bola ki aapka alluminum coil hai pura badlna hoga agar main bna ke bhi dunga toh wahi problem ho jayega . yeh kya matalb hua ki check bhi nhi kiya aapne direct parts badlne ke liye bol diya phir bhi maine bola ki kya price hai copper coil ka toh usne bola ki mere bare sir se aap baat kar lo then maine bola thik hai baat karao toh unko phn diya woh 5 min baad bole hello then phir apne kaam mai lag gaye maine bola aap apna kaam kar rahe hai toh idhar bhi baat kar lo hame bhi kaam hota hai aap hold pe chor ke chale jate hai toh unhone bola thik hai aap karwa lo jaise karwana hai. yeh kya voltas company ka yahi rules hai eise customer ko treat kiya jata hai kuch samjh nhi aata hai mai apne parivaar mai dosto ko sab ko mna karta hu voltas company aacha hai par customer service utna hi bekar hai mai laga ke pichale 5 saal se pareshaan hu . itna worst service kisi bhi company ka nhi hai mere ghar mai 3 ac hai lg daikin hitachi 3ke 3 customer service 1 baar mai sunte hai aur aache se respond karte hai par voltas ka kya hai pta nhi . mera ac bhi unhone rakha hai aur sahi se kuch jawab mangane pe bhi nhi milta hai . ab kya karna hai aap log hi dekho mera experience bhaut bekar hai voltas ke sath . service ke naam pe lutna aur jab jawab manga jaye toh ulta bolna yahi kaam hai. voltas ka .

                                    My complaint regarding voltas ac is almost 1.5 years old and still not resolved.. despite complaining several times, local service provider is unable resolve the problem and now not even picking up the phone.
                                    almost 50 engineers had visited my home and found that there is a compressor problem and it needs to be changed but the local service center owner somehow making my complaint disappear as I recently talked with the customer care they are saying there is no complaint now it has been closed.. I visited the service center owner showed me some old compressor telling me that this the one that company sent. what could be done in this case.. local service center is taking customer for granted .

                                    local service center owner name is Shakeel. and I asked the customer care executive if they sent any compressor regarding my request, they are saying no compressor has been sent and the owner here is fooling me by showing me some old compressor

                                    no support has yet been provided to me, and no one contacted me... i call customer care they tell me we will arrange a call back from a supervisor but no one again called back. do you take customers for fools? i have added complaints which I previously made via emails of the same issue, and it is yet to be resolved plus my complaints are getting automatically closed, I don't know how?.. just ho incompetent voltass' engineers are and how fraudulent your system is that it has been ane and a half year but no one is able to solve the problem. pathetic.

                                      AC's compressor has not been working despite an order has been made for the same by service center. No response from customer care executive or service center. It's already been 15 days . But company has failed to even update me on the redressal of my problem. Despite several reminders all they have to say is that my order has been pending. Kindly understand my situation,
