    I purchased an split AC 1.5 ton last 19 may 2020...within one year i faced so many issues...now its fan is not working...i lodged complaint on 28 march...your technicians said motor has to be changed and it will take 5 days to get the part..but it is already 10 days and no progress... I didn't like your services at all...is this kind of service you give to your customers...

      Actually I had bought ac on 19th March on tatacliq..it was delivered on 24 th.. technician installed it on 25 th.. but on next day I saw..he missed out some bolts fitting on outdoor unit..where water is leaking.. I informed d Voltas technician many times ..like 20 times from 26 th March on wards..but they are not at all responding and saying dat it's not d big problem..and making me irritated ..very poor service and ego from dat fellows

          I have been an avid Voltas AC consumer for the past 25 years.

          I have purchased another 1.5 ton window AC - Voltas WAC 185 LZH in May 2019 and this is the third time replacement of spare it goes into Error E2, DF etc.. my free services coupons are with me (no visit from any technician) and i always get an SMS your AC has been serviced.

          Im being forced to move on with the next steps for my frustration.

            I have purchased 3 Voltas air conditioners on Dec-2020. Out of that one AC having water leakage issue since Feb-2021. I have raised complaint to Voltas, they did some temporary fixes and closed the complaint, for every two days same problem repeating. I have raised 4 complaints, again they did some temporary fixes and closing the service request. Finally i have talked to the service center and ask them to not close the ticket with out my confirmation and i demanded permanent fix for the problem. Then the technician told us like some hardware parts needs to change and they requested the company.

            It's been two months the problem started, no update from the company Voltas, they didn't replace the AC even warranty exist or they didn't even fix the issue, due to this i lost my business and credibility from the clients. I didn't get proper updates from the service center/company.

            As we know this is summer season and how the AC is required for any business, i lost my shop credibility and due to this water leakage wall paint also damaged, we don't have any option we still using AC, even water leakage because we need to run business.

            I call them to fix the issue temporarily time being, even though no one responding. Hope this consumer complaint will help from this situations. Attached Service request which is recent one opened on 1-Mar-2021, it is in pending state since 37days.

            It's been more than 48hrs, still no response. I may wait until[protected] by EOD. As suggested by NCH, my next action will be Civil complaint on Voltas and RIYAZ SERVICES CENTER.

                I purchased 1.4 ton AC from Amazon, the compressor stopped working after 1 year. After raising the complaint they took 8 visits to confirm its comoressor fault.
                Then they brought compressor for replacement and charged 4500/- for replacement. I asked for bill n standard charges. But no response.
                Service person's attitude is rude. If the compressor has warranty, why charge for replacement and gas filling.
                I called customer care to know the charges and policy of the company. She asked me to call the service guy only.
                Voltas has no transparency, they have left everything to the service guys, even if you give feed back rating also, no one cares.
                Please don't buy voltas ever

                I have add one thing, in the end after replacing the compressor the service person cheated me by saying that he would seal the copper pipes neatly with nylon tape, then simply wrapped a tape worth 30-50 rs on the already existing foam and charged 600/-, such a horrible experience. And they behave like we should be happy that they came to attend our complaint.

                  Recently i have booked an appointment for my voltas ac. The technician arrived and did what he can do. But he left a bolt open to the outdoor unit and it stared causing heavy kirrrrr sound outside and also they manually opened the wings / blades which is why they stopped working now. They are not opening not closing. Motor is attempting to close them but they are flapping with sounds to close.

                  Please help me.

                      Hi all, I have bought Voltas AC from RamCor Enterprise in Visakhapatnam.The installation was wrong and water was leaking from ac vent for 1week.we have called technician many times.They turned blind eye.Called RamCor enterprise they are least bothered with customer concerns.Mitsubishi has excellent customer service.

                          The machine is under warranty and has been a source of trouble to my family since the time I bought it. First their Group company Tata Cliq sent me a damaged product and it was a hassle getting it replaced. Now the replaced machine is misbehaving. All three faucets - Hot, Cold and Normal - are producing HOT WATER only.

                          Already technician has visited and claimed to have found a loose wiring which he said he’s rectified. But because we had not kept the hot switch on for a long enough period before the technician arrived, it seemed to work alright after he finished his work.

                          But again after a few hours when we decided to switch on the hot water, all three faucets started producing hot water.

                          On 1st April, Technician visited and explained us a lot of technical stuff. I wanted to believe him but couldn’t, simply because I purchased a machine that should give normal water from normal faucet and not hot water from normal faucet. He explained that with use of hot water the normal temperature will go down, as it is a single tank. Not true because we have a Voltas top loading where the faucets are correctly giving the right temperature. I agreed to observe for two days and therefore I have not allowed to close the service request.

                          Today however, there is a bigger problem. The Normal Tap has stopped dispensing water completely. Both hot and cold switches are off and I am using only ormal water. Now that has stopped too.

                          Same person has come again and is trying explain with technical jargon. We are not interested in his talk.

                          Now it is more than enough. Voltas has to replace the unit immediately with a correctly working machine.

                          We didn’t buy the machine so that the technician visits us everyday. It is a bad product. Either needs replacement it or refund. Plus any cost towards damages for harassment due to bad product and due to continuous exposure to COVID from visiting staff of Voltas.

                          Please note that the defective machine has been picked up and taken away by Voltas person. It is not clear whether they will replace it or try to repair. The new machine is so troublesome that it is preferred you replace the machine. The number of days I am losing out on using the machine is unacceptable.

                              I requested for servicing of my Voltas split AC, on 1-4-2021. It was registered vide no.[protected] dt.1-4-2021. I got an SMS that engr Praveen will attend the work. Instead, one Mr Majid phoned me that he is from Voltas nd was given the duty. I checked with Mr Praveen. He clarified that mr.majid was sent by Voltas only nd no need to worry. mr.majid attended the work y.day evening and completed the work. But I got a message from Voltas that the work was done by a non Voltas third party. When I registered with Voltas, why a third party person was sent may pl b clarified.

                                  I bought a spilit ac on july 2019 from Flipkart. But after 2 years I got to know that indoor unit cooling coil got damaged by itself. Now the voltas executive asked me to replace the old coil with a new one costing around 7000+ gas charges 2950rs. If voltas are not able to provide a good quality product, then what’s the use of selling that product? Voltas should close the company.

                                  One more scam I got to know that when you buy an ac from a dealer, they will provide you with a 5-year warranty, and if you buy it online, then you will get a 1-year warranty.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have 2 voltas ACs(1 split and 1 window) installed at my home and registered with [protected] mobile number. For both of them, I have registered extended warranty (WTA) when I purchased them but have not received WTA certificate for any of them. Please send me the WTA certificate for both of them.

                                        My AC is showing error as PC.
                                        It's blinking and ac just turned off.
                                        Also the fitting was not done properly.
                                        After complaining so many times they had not repaired it properly. There was some water leakage from the front side of the AC.
                                        Now this new problem arises.
                                        Also after fitting they doesn't done the free servicing of the AC.
