The machine is under warranty and has been a source of trouble to my family since the time I bought it. First their Group company Tata Cliq sent me a damaged product and it was a hassle getting it replaced. Now the replaced machine is misbehaving. All three faucets - Hot, Cold and Normal - are producing HOT WATER only.
Already technician has visited and claimed to have found a loose wiring which he said he’s rectified. But because we had not kept the hot switch on for a long enough period before the technician arrived, it seemed to work alright after he finished his work.
But again after a few hours when we decided to switch on the hot water, all three faucets started producing hot water.
On 1st April, Technician visited and explained us a lot of technical stuff. I wanted to believe him but couldn’t, simply because I purchased a machine that should give normal water from normal faucet and not hot water from normal faucet. He explained that with use of hot water the normal temperature will go down, as it is a single tank. Not true because we have a Voltas top loading where the faucets are correctly giving the right temperature. I agreed to observe for two days and therefore I have not allowed to close the service request.
Today however, there is a bigger problem. The Normal Tap has stopped dispensing water completely. Both hot and cold switches are off and I am using only ormal water. Now that has stopped too.
Same person has come again and is trying explain with technical jargon. We are not interested in his talk.
Now it is more than enough. Voltas has to replace the unit immediately with a correctly working machine.
We didn’t buy the machine so that the technician visits us everyday. It is a bad product. Either needs replacement it or refund. Plus any cost towards damages for harassment due to bad product and due to continuous exposure to COVID from visiting staff of Voltas.

Updated by ssimlai Please note that the defective machine has been picked up and taken away by Voltas person. It is not clear whether they will replace it or try to repair. The new machine is so troublesome that it is preferred you replace the machine. The number of days I am losing out on using the machine is unacceptable.

Can i see a response? as committed i should get an call in 24hrs or is it 24 days? Are we serious about resolving the issue or its the way how voltas handle customer issues?
My AC stopped working today, despite of complaints, no action has been taken. Who is responsible for this ignorance? Do we have anyone in voltas who really cares about there customer?
