I have filed the complaint against my Split AC which had been bought on 06/05/2020 complaint no [protected] on dated 28/04/2020 and the technician has arrived to check the fault.there is missing of cooling gas in the compressor but till now no proceeding has been taken by the company for it.i have made phone calls yo technician his phone is switched off and i have also re-register the complaint please make such proceedings before the end my product’s warranty

I have bought two Voltas Airconditioners for my home from my hard earn money through vijay sales vide Invoice No DGD-B-SI2093 Dated 10.04.2021 ...both the AC are defective and not working and even no one responding on voltas on my complaints.. kindly help.

An middle class spent half of its life to fit a single AC in a room and i have bought two, another for my parents..and took loan from my friend too for this but both as not working .

Ac is not getting cool in room.

I hereby to submit the complaint about the water motor of my cooler as it is not working from past 3 days,
It’s not even a month since I bought this cooler
Please take action to my problem immediately.

I have registered a complaint with Voltas on 18th of March 2021. After so much follow ups and escalations with Voltas customer care the technician came on 19th of April 2021. The technician took the board of the AC to check the complaint and after that there is no news. My request number is [protected]. I have no hope in these guys. Please stay away from Voltas. I suffered the entire heat of summer due to this guys.

When AC is switched on, the cooling is not happening in any of the modes. Seems to be some issue with the AC. The AC is under warranty. Please either replace the AC or set it right as soon as possible. Its. second free service is also due

I had complained to Voltas service centre they brought my ac but after service my ac is not working even all time shows DF error.

I have purchased ac from voltas unfortunately it got 20 days late due to unavailability of product and it was delivered 2 days before and still they didn't fix is our ac and keep telling reasons that it will donte tomorrow . I deeply regret this kind of customer service . Is this a way u treat ur customer who purchased a product from u for several thousands .

Suboptimal cooling

I purchase this AC inverter R32 last 2019 April.
From within 3-4 months I have started getting the error PC 04 and the cooling stops and AC gets restarted.

Last week I spent a good amount to service and fill gas in AV, but in not more than 7 days the same error starts coming up with no cooling.

There is some manufacturing defects in this AC that's why so many people are facing this same issue.

Please fix this or replace the whole unit.

Thank you @myvoltas for good follow up. Finally received a call from Mr. Vinayaka Waskar (Area Manager). However the behaviour was same. For the first time when the service executive (Mr. Riyankhan) gave me a call, he asked me to provide a helmet and a face mask to attend the complaint. Which I denied to provide and said as a citizen of India and with the prevailing COVID situation its your responsibility to have a mask. Helmet is compulsory to ride a two wheeler as per traffic rules. On 23 Apr 21 Mr. Waskar called me to ask about the situation, later he also asked me to provide a helmet to attend the complaint. He also asked about feasible time to send Mr.Khan to attend the complaint. I asked him to send after 1700hrs. On 27 Apr 21 Mr. Khan called me at 1600hrs and said I will come now to do servicing, however you need to arrange me a helmet. I again denied to arrange helmet and asked him to come after 1700hrs so that I will be back from office. He denied to come after 1700hrs but he neither mentioned the same during our previous conversation nor the area manager. Later Mr.khan says you have to remind me at 1630hrs then if I'm free I will think to come. I asked him why should I remind you, its your duty to attend the complaint. At that moment he started arguing with me and said you're not the only customer of voltas, if you want the service you remind me or else you do whatever you can.
From 28 Apr 21 Karnataka govt announced complete lockdown for 14days.
* Helmet is compulsory to enter defence area.
How can you hire such kind of irresponsible, negligent service executive?

Voltas has delivered me defective AC and is not willing to replace. The AC has not yet been installed and is in boxed state, Dealer is forcing to get it repaired.

This AC was purchased from Great Eastern Behala

New Ac Voltas is not functioning. The purpose of AC is to give us cold air and not just to give air out. This AC is not working even after switching on and not giving the cold air Just dried ams hotcsir is coming out. Raised 4 times request' the technician comes and keep checking for 3 hours and then says that it is now giving cold sir. after 3 hours to give cold air' what is the purpose of having new AC' .. I could have bought second hand AC or a table fan.

No one from Voltas or Girias showroom bothered. I lost my money buying Voltas AC

I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton inverter AC in 2019. From the day of installation I am getting the error PC 04 and the room never got cooled. By complaint after complaints almost after 8 months they have replaced some parts from the brand new AC and worked fine for some months. And again and again I’m getting the same error and the technicians they are sending for the issue they have no clue at all. If you cannot provide proper service in Mumbai, where will this Voltas will provide?? I did a great mistake by selecting VOLTAS AC to purchase.

The issue is when running ac, it's making weird sounds and leaking water in drops . It's only 2 months and getting this issue.

Rs 2500.00 collected for gas refiling charge in AC 1.5 ton which is under warranty period. Is it reasonable price pleas let me know the the actual price of gas refiling.

I have purchased Voltas ac thru Tata cliq order number[protected] with comprehensive warranty of 1 + 4 and it was in 1July 2017. after that I called and submitted my details regarding the warranty, they didn't have any certificate then, . God's grace my avc has no problem, now Voltas service staff saying won't honour this, without certificate, how one can provide certificate if some one doesn't provide

I have ordered voltas 0.8 ton ac from flipkart on april 2nd 2021, and the product was delivered on 6 th april from then today 20 april, the installation is not done yet. Once the techinician called us and asked for address and said he will come in half an hour but he didn’t come, we called him several times but no use, today he lift the phone and asked our type of home, we said we are living in apartment. He said the installation would be 4000 rupees but we said please once come and check there is extra hustle to make the installation, he said he will come but he didnt come . In these 15 days i raised complaints in flipkart and voltas also but none helped . Please kindly resolve the issue or take back your product. This will effect my shopping in future in flipkart and voltas also very bad customer service and issue resolving the team is just telling me to wait, whenever i raised complaints. You cant send a techinician in 2 weeks for ac installation, then why are you maintaining big company and name world number one ac company . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
