We bought Voltas Beko 8 piece table top Dishwasher from Amazon on 01-May-2021. It was delivered on 02-May-2021 by Amazon. On 03-May-2021 installation was scheduled however installation person denied coming in person to install the product.
We are struggling on this. Somehow using YouTube video, we were able to operate the product. We paid extra (even though installation was free) and got the product installed since it was urgent.
The installation executive from Voltas has been since calling on phones and asking serial number, bill, OTP for some free delivery of Tablets.
Post escalation, we received a call informing that due to Covid, installation cannot be done in person and will remain virtual. How in the world virtual installation is possible when the person is unable to help with basic tap connection?
