The techanicians of Voltas Limited, which company send for installation of Split AC unit were quite unskilled and mannerless persons. They not equipped with proper instruments, which has required for AC installation, all items they carried have rusted. They have cut my copper Coil of 10 foot in middle of its length, after failing to bend it for installation. This coil has received with AC unit. After that they have welded this coil very unskilled manner and damaged all copper coil. In future any time gas o[censored]nit leakage will be happened, because gas having its own high pressure and it will be leak any time.
It is also noted down here that when i have shared secret post code with him he just asked whether it is satisfactory or not, but didn't answered his behaviour was suddenly changed, he didn't provide operational details by remote to AC. The techanicians used our many household things for lifting up, instead of provided plastic chair and metal ladder, result they demaged many things, photo already shared your service centre Head jaipur.
My only request from Voltas limited to provide 10 foot fresh copper coil without any cut in middle of length and installation of this new coil with any extra charge.
I am very hopelass and its my promise, that i have never recommended VOLTAS products to any one in future.

I really appreciate the prompt response from your end, but that is not the case with your service centre. We have waited for a week not 24 hours, but have been studiously ignored.
