I paid money for AMC on 2nd February. Today is 8th February. More than one month over but I haven't received the AMC document.
After calling customer care they told me DSC company is handling my AMC. I called them twice once the representative told me their server is down & she would call me back in 4 hours but I didn't receive any call in a day & then again next day I called them & the representative told me he would inform me on today. But I haven't received any information from them.
I'm completely frustrated with the service

    I have purchased 1.5 ton Voltas AC via Flipkart – Ref. [protected]
    I understood the installation is chargeable.
    I have received the installation engineer call from Chennai (Ramapuram) Mr. Christopher Dass – [protected] / his office no. [protected])
    And asked installation charges and Rs.1500 plus GST. I agree with this.

    After my home visit; to remove the old AC in my room asked Rs.750 separately.

    So I have to pay installation charges for new AC Rs.1500+ GST and Removing of old AC Rs.750.
    I felt ridiculous, I got disappointed.

    Other buyer gets free installation, when I am buying flipkart – my damages are more.

    I don’t want this AC, I want to do the purchase return of goods.
    Kindly tell the procedure.

        I had been contacting one of your service agent in Kundara (Adoor, Pathanamthitta-Kerala) for checking on my AC which stopped cooling a month back. I had to call them for almost 10 times for sending someone to check on my broken AC and when they came in they left it unfinished and the condition of my AC is still the same. They promised me that they would come back and check it today, but I didn't get a proper response when I called them. Hence, I thought to let you know that this is how your team is dealing with your customers. This is unacceptable. I hope you would take this experience into consideration and do the needful to satisfy your customers

          I had purchased a voltas 1.5 ton AC from Nandilath G Mart Shoppe, Ernakulam Kerala, on 11 Aug 2016. Invoice no: EKMS 1520. The purchase offer came with a additional 5 year warranty coupon as part of a scratch and win Onam offer. Following the purchase I registered for the warranty and was provided Warranty request No [protected].
          After a fault with AC in the last month, I approached the Ernakulam voltas service centre they advised me that my warranty has not been registered. How can you not have my warranty registered when I was explicitly told it was registered and a request no: provided for the same. Being a senior citizen under the COVID conditions, I had multiple phone conversations with the ASM Arun Pillai in the Voltas Ernakulam service centre, pallimukku.I was provided another service request no: and advised the unit is not under warranty. I have now waited for one month for redressal of the issue from my local service centre with no result. Now they have charged me Rupees 14075.
          This situation has caused me a lot of stress unnecessarily, I expected to receive a better service from a TATA group company. How can I be charged for the service when the same should have been fully covered under warranty.I have attached the warranty card which was part of a scratch card at purchase and invoice details with this complaint. I have also sent the details to voltas directly.
          I strongly believe that voltas being a reputable organisation and part of Tata group of company, will take up this matter with utmost seriousness and find a resolution for my complaint as soon as possible.

                    My AC isn’t serviceable since nov starting, numerous amount of complaints have been raised regarding the same to Voltas but no action is being taken against it leading to a delay of more than a month .

                      Hi myself Chandraprakash Mahulkar, I purchased a Volta’s Air conditioner on 30 October. I complain about the noise from AC on the time after installation but nobody attempt my complaint and today night(05/12/2020) again it was disgusting sound from AC after checking I saw one of the AC blower fan fin is broken. So pleas make it solve as early as possible.

                        I have purchased voltas split ac having model no.4502903/2020 as on 28/11/2020.
                        the main issue in regarding to installation by your service team .
                        My concern is that when i am ready to pay your installation charge Rs599 then why i have to pay in addition to this Rs200 for stand fixing charges.
                        Is it not part of the installition ?kindly confirm me .If i have to pay Rs 200 for unethicial way then lastly i have no choice except to return your product.

                          I had got my warranty extended for 5 years with your service provider m/s synergy
                          My ac was not working hence called team to look into it they came twice took 3-4 ac parts and no one is giving me a proper response it's mora than 20 days now nothing is resolved yet
                          1st they told me inspite of same inti warranty I will be charged 4k of which they took 2k in advance later I got a call stating nothing will be charged we will refund then again they started chasing me to take money
                          Secondly the engineers who come at home for repair do not have manners to speak

                                This is to inform you that we have purchased one Voltas Beko Dishwash Machine, EAN No:[protected] from Reliance Digital, Bangalore -560045 on 9th November 2020 but it is not cleaning utensils properly. We have tried with different option of cleaning but not satisfactory. You are requested to replace with new model or refund my money asap.

                                  Voltas installation is not proper and wall hole is not jammed by technician and my ac display wireing cut by mouse. But the technician is not agree his fault. So my ac is down due to negligence by service centre installation. I have photograph for his installation how the hole is not jammed.

                                    I bought voltas AC on december 1st 2019, installation then cancelled 4 times without any information /installation. After complaint customer care given area manager and agm contact numbers from anantapur but then are use less and they force me to pay installation charges of 3000/- from my pocket, cc also confirmed that iam eligible for free installation, i just need to pay 750/-, still they forced me to pay

                                    Again on 6th Nov 2020 i got a call for prevention service, even this call also service people cancelled without any contact.

                                    Let me know why??

                                    If required i can give all complaints details, let me know why these guys are doing such worst things and spoiling TATA brand name

                                        I had register a complaint on 3rd November. And a technician visited my home. And i got a message from your end as under

                                        "Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: No Purchase Proof(No Payment). To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com"

                                        I have already submitted(attached) the orinal bill of purchase with my complaint itself.

                                        And I am ready to produce the purchase bill. Please inform me to whom i share the bill.

                                        It is very serious complaint for me. If there is no positive response I may register this complaint with consumer court

                                        Please consider this as an urgent matter.
