    A VOLTAS 2 Ton Inverter AC R2 Gas was purchased month of Oct 2020 and the same is presently as warranty period. AC shown as F5 due to sensors was damaged. I will inform to vendor and says that sensors to be changed within 3-4 in working days but one month has been completed, no response on this regards and says that sensors is not available in market so you are requested to advise the nearest service center for complete your task.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings! My name is Nelson Paul, I bought a deep freezer on 5th March 2021 from Ponn Cook, Tirunelveli. During installation the service person found out there are two deep dents front and back and took a picture of the same and registered a complaint. I asked the service person, should I inform this to Ponncook and ask for replacement, he said no need, we will take care of this from Voltas end. Till today nothing had happened and people from Voltas talking differently each time, I am not getting any proper support from Voltas. To mention their names Mr. Shankar, service manager is directing me to Mr. Shanmugavel Area Manager, Mr. Shanmugavel is so arrogant and speaking very rudely. He speaks no truth and every time he is talking differently. Initially he said, he will talk to Ponncook and get me the replacement, believing his words, I was waiting till today but there is no response, but today he is telling that I should talk to Ponncook, this is not fair, if he would said this earlier I would have get this done by talking to Ponncook directly. I am really frustrated and in deep depression because of this cheating. I cannot use the damaged machine, seriously it’s troubling me a lot.               I bought 1.5 T Split Type AC (Voltas EU 185V JZJ (R32) with Bar Code 4552411A19BA02914 a year back and ever since I have fixed this unit at home, its not working properly due to technical failure. Had contacted the Service Team and they came and done something as if everything is alright but again after 2-3 days its going to the same old condition. Following issues have been faced and the same is continuing ever since I bought this new unit.
              -Even at Temp 18, the unit is not useful as Room temp still continuing at above 24;
              -Turbo adjustment is not working
              -Unit is throwing Ice inside the room coming out of indoor unit
              -Ice cubes are thrown at mid night and through out the night causing disturbance in sleep
              This unit doesn't seem to be a worthy one and I had escalated the issues with the show room but no resolution so far

              In view of the above, please arrange for a technician who is aware of the product issues and can provide a solution.

                The Incident happens on March 08th 2021. I applied to A/C service via voltas service portal and technician received. Dealer interesting to fixing the price to customer by phone call (technician) to Dealer (owner). Voltas website initiated discount for Voltas customer. But dealer it's not acceptance for discount. Issue not fixed, however they make charges as RS 472, as informed for visiting charges. Also informed to the dealer, I register the complaint, hence as they informed no issues. @Voltas Please deal with valuable Service Centre Dealers.

                  Since the AC was installed I had gas leakage issues for 6-7 times. I've refilled the gas but the gas keeps leaking. I think I've been given a faulty AC. I purchased it on December 2019 and until now I've faced gas leakage for 7 times and the Company only solves the issue for 15-20 days and then the problem continues. I have written ample emails to Service managers and Area service managers but to no avail. I wish to have a refund of my AC because it hasn't given me any satisfaction

                      After purchasing new volatas AC in may 14 2020 installion was done without putting white cement to close the outlet connect hole. And having coupon also they charged 1000 rs.

                      In corona time I tried multiple times to give complaint but didn’t get proper response.

                      I need my paid amount 1000 rs to be refunded and properly close the out let and indoor connectivity hole.

                          I bought a Voltas Ac from Lulu Hyper market. After some days i feel i didn't get more cooling. so i call the technician who has installed my ac. First day he asked the service report, and I shared it throgh his whatsapp. After that i didn't get any response at that day. the very next day i called again and he told he will come next day . this process continues two three days. But now he blocked my number. I tried from another number .. phone ringing butnot pick.

                              What is the update ?? i am the one who is calling everyday to chcek on the update for the AC, no calls from Voltas, no calls from Service centre. after calling i get to know that they will let me know how much i have to pay, is this a joke going in.
                              I said very clearly that i am not going to pay any peny for your mistake and negligence.
                              Need to response quickly .

                                The techanicians of Voltas Limited, which company send for installation of Split AC unit were quite unskilled and mannerless persons. They not equipped with proper instruments, which has required for AC installation, all items they carried have rusted. They have cut my copper Coil of 10 foot in middle of its length, after failing to bend it for installation. This coil has received with AC unit. After that they have welded this coil very unskilled manner and damaged all copper coil. In future any time gas o[censored]nit leakage will be happened, because gas having its own high pressure and it will be leak any time.
                                It is also noted down here that when i have shared secret post code with him he just asked whether it is satisfactory or not, but didn't answered his behaviour was suddenly changed, he didn't provide operational details by remote to AC. The techanicians used our many household things for lifting up, instead of provided plastic chair and metal ladder, result they demaged many things, photo already shared your service centre Head jaipur.
                                My only request from Voltas limited to provide 10 foot fresh copper coil without any cut in middle of length and installation of this new coil with any extra charge.

                                I am very hopelass and its my promise, that i have never recommended VOLTAS products to any one in future.

                                  We have purchased Voltas AC from DIGI 1 Kamote on 14th May 2018, since than there were no person who has come for servicing, we also didn't followed up considering they will come on their own, now since 1.5year we are struggling for the same, since AC is not working, there were few technicians who have come they mentioned the Gas in not workng, some said PCV and some something else. we had a pathetic experience with you guys, a dn you people are just lootofying people.
                                  i want my AC issue to be resolved with a single peny, cot otherwise i will sue VOltas Company.

                                  Giving fake commitment and giving bad quality of AC to people.

                                    Voltas India, Tamilnadu Cuddalore, I had Book Complaint Call against my Deep Freezer on 17.12.20 after Several follow up's (More that 2 months) Finally with the help of Mr.Vignesh, Tamil Senior Customer Care executive on 15.02.21 & he connected Mr.Santhakumar Area Manager - Service & Cuddalore Service Dealer, More that 2 months there is no update regarding this and also my machine was took to there place with out any acknowledgement like Job sheet ect..(Oral Information by the service dealer is there is a major issue in that gas pumping so that all the 3 Compressor Defeated so that the service failure) due to this stage i had requested for Product replacemen after this things Mr.Santhakumar Area Manager - Service promised me & asked 2 days time if failed he agreed to proceed for replacement i had waited end of 2nd day i call Mr.santhakumar he didnt pick my call & i acknowledged with the SMS, Today Morning i had received my machine with full of fungus & too much of Dirty even guilty to touch, i have attached photos of After Service & I acknowledged to Mr.Santhakumar with the picture and message he didnt respond, Machine was not in an looking good condition & Kind information We didnt Run the machine So far.

                                      Just to inform you that I am just frustrated with your Poor Voltas Services. I registered a complaint - [protected] on 13th Feb'21 but didn't get any response from your service center. Every time they said that the executive will visit by today but yet today is increasing day by day and no one is visiting to attend the call. I am continuously taking follow ups with Service Centre Incharge Aashish Pandit - [protected] and Engineer Anand Kishore Yadav - [protected] but all in vain.

                                      I had faced the same servicing problem from your side at the time of Installation also and still facing the same servicing problems from your service centre.

                                      IF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE AFTER PURCHASING TO YOUR PRODUCTS THEN I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM YOUR END.

                                      Issue – I have a split 1.5 Ton AC having a cooling problem and also in my indoor water leakage problem. My voltas AC is under warranty but still, no one is helping me out. My request Details are as follows.
