Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings! My name is Nelson Paul, I bought a deep freezer on 5th March 2021 from Ponn Cook, Tirunelveli. During installation the service person found out there are two deep dents front and back and took a picture of the same and registered a complaint. I asked the service person, should I inform this to Ponncook and ask for replacement, he said no need, we will take care of this from Voltas end. Till today nothing had happened and people from Voltas talking differently each time, I am not getting any proper support from Voltas. To mention their names Mr. Shankar, service manager is directing me to Mr. Shanmugavel Area Manager, Mr. Shanmugavel is so arrogant and speaking very rudely. He speaks no truth and every time he is talking differently. Initially he said, he will talk to Ponncook and get me the replacement, believing his words, I was waiting till today but there is no response, but today he is telling that I should talk to Ponncook, this is not fair, if he would said this earlier I would have get this done by talking to Ponncook directly. I am really frustrated and in deep depression because of this cheating. I cannot use the damaged machine, seriously it’s troubling me a lot.
