Hello, I am very disappointed with your service i am trying to contact you from last one week continuously but no one receiving the call not even getting a call back only message pop up that will call you back after an hour but no call comes, worst after sales service i have seen. even though i also filled the complaint form but no response from their side. please work on your service, and my ac is not cooling i want to book a appointment...

My ac is not working since I got i have complained many time but my problem always remain unsolved I seek my ac should be replaced or my money should be refunded
So I would buy new...

I purchased my 1.5 ton split ac from new electronic plaza mehsaul chowk sitamarhi bihar. The ac was installed from voltas guys next day. They took 1700 rupees for installation.Since then the ac is draining water from front like hell after running for 5 minutes and the dealer is showing no response and negligigence on this matter. I have visited more than 10 times today but every time the dealer is giving me a time of technician visit. But...

Voltas is the worst customer care service.

We have to call N number of people to get the AC repaired. Even a govt work will not require so much effort.

A newly bought AC not working within 10 days, and no one bothers about it even after repeated complaints.

Voltas is the worst brand, i regret now to buy this stupid brand. Make in India my foot...

Voltas ac model 183v czt

Currently it is in warranty period.

Ac have no cooling, even mode as set as cool and set lowest temp.

Mumbai may month humid, we are in so much problems.

Please help

Ac led panel shows pc 04 error frequently.

Water drain is working ok....

Voltas spilt 15 t invter ac purchase on february 2020
As we on ac soon after its show pc 01 and pc 04.
Kindly solve my problem either replacing the same or refund amount.

Voltas invertor ac giving fault & not working...

I purchased split ac on 21st may. The vendor arranged for a mechanic for installation on payment of his charges of rs.1000 + any extra. I paid rs.3500 to the mechanic towards same but there were some technical snag for which ac didn't function. Someone from voltas (Pankaj) got in touch and confirmed some part to be defective which needed replacement. His technician came and said the installation is faulty and same has to be redone for which...

My ac is in warrantee period. Compressor is creating unusual sound like a generator running. Lodged complaint with customer care. Following up since 14th may2020 but no one attends. Also escalated. No one picks calls....

My self reddy. I purchased voltas split ac in 2019. We are using very softly as per instructions 24 economy mode now with in 10 months water leakage inside unit and noise from external unit. Before warranty complete we complained but. They not taken on time action.

The service team visited but the worst service which never i saw. Post they done service we are filling bucket water inside unit due to leakage and negihbours complaining...

I bought 2 nos. Voltas 1.5 ton 5 star inverter ac on 24 december 2019. When used for the first time in the month of march, it was not cooling. Then registered a complaint in the voltas customer support but no action has been taken till date. It is 25 of may nearly 2 months and the company is denying any support. I am calling the company now and then but they are of no help except making false promises. Please help!...
