I contacted Voltas service centre in Bazar Samiti Road, Buxar-802103, with SR no. [protected] dated 27 May 20 .service centre staff Mr. Pandey (mb no. [protected]) told that it will be attended on 28 May 20, but it was was a bluff, when I again contacted Mr. Pandey told it will be attended any how on 29 May 20 but again nobody came to attend. I again contacted Mr. Pandey on 30 May 20 and asked him why they are making false commutations then Mr. Pandey abused and misbehaved using unparliamentary languages. After that incident another staff Mr. Shahrukh (mb no. [protected]) then called on my mobile on 30 May 20 then I told him about the misbehaviour of Mr. Pandey then Mr. Shahrukh said sorry and confirmed me that my request for AC servicing will soon be attained. Then some technician from service centre arrived on 31 May 20 and serviced the AC but was not cooling then he asked for AC purchase bill for checking warranty ( purchase date:- 15/ 05/19) took a snapshot of bill in his mobile and told the AC is not cooling because of low gas. He then told that he will come in evening in 31 May 20 and fill the gas then it will be ok. But nobody came. When I called the technician (mb. no. [protected]) he told the Mr. Pandey has instructed him not to fill the gas. On 31 May 20 I received a message from TD-VOLTAS and according to that I had requested for reschedule of the above SR No. I was surprised because I never had made any such request. On 01 Jun 20 I again received a message on my registered mobile that the above SR. No. is proposed for cancellation and the reason mentioned was reschedule which was beyond my understanding. I also wrote to you several times to email [protected]@voltas.com but no response was received. I was surprised to see the response of voltas vo. and also service centre in Bazar Samiti Road, Buxar. I again requested by email to [protected]@voltas.com to enquire in to the issue and resolve or else I shall be compelled to move to consumer forum.

Today I got a call from Voltas ac bazar samiti buxar he came to my home to install ac but I told him that my ac was installed in 2019 and I have not any call or log in to Voltas ac service meanwhile I talked with bazar samiti buxar branch customer whose name was chhaya tiwari .she abused and misbehaved with me .I told that I will fill a complaint against her then she said no matter you do anything.here is detail of installation Voltas ac .plzz Voltas service centre look in this matter immediately

    I am having voltas split ac which have 5 year (1+4) comprehensive guarantee plan. I bought my voltas plit ac on 08.06.2018 from voltas authorized dealer. I did my first ac wet servicing through pump in november 2019 (Charges of servicing was rs 500+18% gst=590). I requested for second half wet servicing on 06.05.2020 (Request no.[protected]) as it is the policy of voltas two services in a year though voltas (For june 2019- june 2020). Mr. Sanjya kumar (Technician) contacted me in after 2-3 days. I enquired him for doing servicing though pump. Mr. Sanjay told that due to lockdown and offices are closed, he don’t have pump whenever lockdown open i will do your ac servicing though pump. Further lockdown extended. After 20 days over, no one contacted me. One day i received a call from no.[protected]. The other side person told me that your complaint is standing a long we are unable to arrange pump due to lockdown and we will close your request no.[protected]. Further he informed me that servicing through pump has charge of rs 900/-. I insisted him not to close my request and reschedule my request. I told that customer care is telling me service charges rs 590/- and last ac servicing through pump done by voltas was rs 590/-. He was silent and rescheduled my servicing request.
    Today i again called to customer care no. [protected] and enquired regarding my service request. Customer care executive gave me the mr. Sanjay mobile no. [protected] and told that your servicing will be done by him. I called him. He told me that i don’t have pump you can contact mr. Naseem (Mobile no. [protected]). I contacted him he picked up the phone and told that your pump servicing charge will be rs 900/-. I told him that customer care executive informed me charges are 590/- and last servicing was done on same charges. He disconnect my mobile.
    Till date my ac servicing is not done and my request was generated on 06.05.2020. Now technician and service centre person are charging rs 900/- instead of rs.590 using extra benefit of lockdown. Kindly resolve my complaint. I am having option from urban clap who charge 599 for wet servicing through pump. But due to 5 year comprehensive scheme i have to do my ac servicing only from voltas. Everyone of voltas technician is charging extra rs 300/- without reason.

        Hi team i raised a complaint on 29th may regarding my ac for not cooling. Sr number [protected]. I mentioned about my gurgaon address in complaint. But they arranged it to delhi address and i am waiting for engineer visit. I called again and the person on call disconnected the call after put me on hold for 15 mins and it seems that he blocked my number so call is not connecting again. I want to raise it further

                  I regret to buy ac split voltas and strongly condemn the very poor service and irresponsible, unreliable behaviour of relevant engineers or executives. I shall never suggest any one to purchase voltas products. I registered a complaint regarding gas problem but evry concerned employees gave false assurance and still the problem or gas refilling has not been sorted out which forced me to condemn and criticise voltas company.

                      I have bought an ac of voltas split segment on 28th may 2020 from electronic bazar gomti nagar lucknow. I am dissatisfied with the installation process which is still pending by voltas team. I am damn sure will not suggest anyone to take voltas products in future specially installation service.

                        I had bought an air cooler from voltas dealer named "sanwariya electronics". The complete payment of rs11, 000 was made to the dealer for the product. The product was delivered on 27th may 2020. After taking the delivery, we found the water tank had a big leakage and cannot be used, which is the profit had defect. We spoke to the dealer and he said he will help us out tom. The next day when contacted, the stated dealer has denied any kind of help to solve the problem in terms of product replacement or refund of the product. Instead he is asking us to speak to company and has stopped taking any communication. We had lodged a complaint to voltas customer centre immediately. The voltas customer guys is denying replacing the product and asking us to deal with the dealer for refund queries. The voltas executive mentioned that it is not the responsibility of voltas to get us a refund for a faulty product. We have been using voltas product for last 5 years and this is one of the most disappointing experience. The location of this incident is sanchor 343041

                          A. C got installed today (29/05/2020), after attempts of requesting the seller for installment. I also called voltas customer care for the installment but they never came. After the a. C was installed, i tried to run it at 16 degree temperature but it never achieved that temperature after 2.5 hrs of continuous usage. I tried to run the a. C at various other temperatures but it never worked. I found that the a. C stopped at 26 degree temperature, whatever i set. When i tried to set temperature more than 26 degree, say 28 degree, it cools more than set temp, say 27 or 26, but it never went below 26 degree. I am still doubtful, that the a. C has much more problem than i have experienced. Also, after complaining to the seller they either don't receive the call or cut the call in the middle. My family spent the hard earned money for their little comfort but seeing the service of voltas and its dealers, i feel guilty for buying a. C from this brand.
                          I baught a. C on 22/05/2020 and the sales person said that he will send the voltas technician for installing the a. C. But he didn't sent anyone, neither informed me. So, i tried to call them but they rejected our calls. Later i requested voltas customer care for sending the technician but, the too were careless of not sending.

                          I hope that my issue is resolved as soon as possible, as it has been already been so late.

                          Now, the working of A.C became worst.The cooling is not there anymore.The temp.lies between 27-28 degree when outside temperature is 34 degree temperature.I asked Voltas technician about the issue, he said that the cooling will never go below 25 degree.I know he is lying.My friend has LG A.C and it cools below 18 degree in less than 45 mins, when the outside temperature is 35 degree.
                          I am now frustrated.I want my A.C to be replaced if it can't achieve the desired temperature i.e 18 degree.
                          I request Voltas to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  On 24th may i contacted voltas customer care and complained about my non-working 1.5t voltas split ac; they took my details and told me that some voltas service agent will contact me.

                                  Complaint no: [protected] dtd 24.5.2020.

                                  On my enquiry about the charges-they told me the following:

                                  Visiting cum inspection cherges – rs 400/-
                                  Gas filling charges: rs 1800/-+18% gst = rs 2124/-
                                  Labour charges: nil-they will inspect and do the needful and take money for the replaced spare parts only!

                                  After continuous follow-up, some technician came from voltas franchise (M/s simron conditioners-boduppal) on 26.5.20.

                                  Now see the charges quoted by the said technician:

                                  Visiting cum inspection cherges – rs 500/-
                                  Gas filling charges: rs 3200/- (Says gas is not available so charging more (At his will & whims)
                                  Labour charges: rs 1000/- for what is not known.
                                  He says the aluminum condenser coil is gone and to be replaced with copper coil-why - (As per his will & whims)-says aluminum coil will not be available? He says that the outdoor unit is to be taken to workshop at boduppal for coil replacement.
                                  Transport charges (For taking the ou to workshop at boduppal)-rs 1500/- by auto; my residence at ramanthapur is about 6.5 km from boduppal and at worst it cannot cost more than rs 150-200/-

                                  Thus voltas is cheating their customers like this (Through their franchise) and hat reputation they will have in the market??

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I purchased voltas 70 l water cooler with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work. Every year i cont change the sensors for tank alarm unit. Please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

                                      मैने 27-5-20 को voltas एसी लिया।installation के लिये tollfree no. पर बात करने बाद नजदीकी authorised service centre मे सम्पर्क किया।वहाँ बताया गया कि मेरा नम्बर 7 दिन के बाद आयेगा अगर जल्दी installation करना है तो 1500 रुपया लगेगा।मैने पैसा सर्विस सेंटर मे जमा कर दिया।इसके एक दिन के बाद एक technician आया और गलत जगह पर acलगा कर चला गया।मुझे बहुत अफसोस है कि मैने voltas का एसी लिया।
                                      महाशय, कृपया उचित कारवाही करें और मेरा एसी उचित जगह पर लगवाने की कृपा करे।
