I have registered a complain regarding a problem in my air conditioner on 10/06/2020 which was installed just three days prior on 07/06/2020. The complain has been registered. A person from the service centre came and was unable to fix the problem. We have recieved a message saying that the issue is resolved while the problem remains as it was. No further information is provided. This type of behavior is not acceptable.

    I am facing an E2 error in AC from the next day after I had my service done from Voltas on 31st May, 2020.
    I tried calling customer service on the same day but the call didn't connect, may be due to limited services in COVID.

    Now, when I am calling the customer service for the error, they are saying that your warranty is expired on 1st June 2020 and it will be charged.

    Didn't you guys extend the product warranty as ongoing covid issues when everyone is extending warranty till 31st July?
    Also this error came after the service was done. So, don't you have any warranty period of service done as well.

    I have already raised a complaint to Voltas for the same.
    Now, for the past 3 days, a daily executive is visiting and unable to fix the issue.

    During COVID it's already very difficult to entertain people at home. And we are entertaining on a daily basis due to the super service of Voltas.
    Sometimes two people are visiting when work can be done by a single person and it's tough to maintain precautions/ hygiene.

    It seems they are not well educated to the problem.
    Can you guys send some experience and professional resources with proper COVID precautions?

    From today onwards, service centers are not even picking up the phone. And when I am calling Voltas Customer care they are saying that, "we can't help if the service center is not picking and not responding".

    Is this how voltas works?

    Fed up with the service, will raise a complaint to the consumer forum for this. I am dealing on phones from the past 4-5 days every time explaining the issues from the start.

    I have already attached the invoice and sent separate email.

    Cant you get the complaint # from that?

      I registered a complain to voltas costimer care for my ac due to some problem when it was under warranty period. Then they send engineer but he couldn't solve that. After that i call so many time to cosumer care but they not resloving my problem. Now my product is out of warranty. What i do. It's whom fault.

        Our ac (5 star split inverter type 185v zzy) stopped working on 28th may 2020. We had complained on 30th may.
        Today is 10th june and even now it aint repaired.
        This is a serious concern to make your customers suffer like this.
        Please take this seriously. I wil like a reply back soon. And talk to a superior, if possible.

          I registered my complain in voltas that my ac having cooling problem which is in guarantee, on 4th may but till now my ac is not repaired every time they says that today your ac will be repaired but nothing they are doing they are just making fool to the customers

            Complaint letter for product and poor service
            Dear

            I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of volta's ac. (S) 1.5t. Sac183vs252 inverter cool. I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by voltas. I have purchased this ac last year 11/07/2018 and i have done regular service and gas filling of my product but not able to understand how poor quality product volta's is manufacturing, that it has got problem just last year and now this time. Such a poor quality of voltasa/c.

            I have lodged a complaint no [protected];[protected];[protected], at volta's care for low cooling, one engineer (Princ) has visited my home and diagnosed there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He is not able rectify the problem and transferred this case to another engineer after filling gas for next day visit. After many follow ups with mr. Shajid another engineer visited my home on next day.

            Now here question arises that what is product quality and durability of volta's ac that its cooper cooling is started leakage just after few months of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor quality quality of product. This is really disappointing

            Hi Team,

            Greetings…!!

            This complaint is against the reference number [protected].

            I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with our Voltas AC having serial number 4552518A19DA91694 that we have been experiencing.

            Despite having the unit serviced and the gas refilled just three months ago, the cooling has ceased to function properly. Our initial service request was attended to and the gas was refilled, for which we were charged accordingly.

            Attached is an invoice for your kind consideration.

            However, we are now facing the same cooling issue again and have been informed by your service team that another gas refill is required, which we are expected to pay for. Given the recent servicing and refill, it is unacceptable that we should be facing the same problem so soon and be expected to incur additional charges.

            This situation suggests a potential underlying issue with the AC unit that was not addressed during the initial service, or possibly a quality issue with the gas refill performed. We rely on Voltas for its reputation of high-quality products and services, and this current experience is not in alignment with those standards.

            We request an urgent re-evaluation of our AC unit and a resolution to the cooling problem without any additional charges. Your immediate attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated, as the summer heat is making this situation quite unbearable.

                Sir, i purchased my inverter ac on 10/05/2019. I complained for service on 06/04/20 &11/04/20 but due to lockdown it could not be done. Today i complained & came for service and told gas to be filled and told since warranty expired i have to pay the cost. If service was done in april it would have been free. Pl consider my case and fill the gas free of cost. Technician will come tomorrow for filling gas. Kindly instruct them accordingly. Thanks, my mobile number [protected]

                  Hi team,

                  I am janani here from vettuvankani chennai-600115 we have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton ac from kottivakkam relaince showroom and we have received the ac while installation the service engineer informed that the outer unit fan blade has been received damaged and asked us to raise a complaint we have raised that too. Still now we don't received any update on that issue. Recently two months ago we faced an errror in the ac it showed as "f3 error" again called and raised a complaint due to covid 19 they could not able to reach us and provide any facility. After this situation we remained calm understanding your problem and 15 days back one of the service engineer named karthikeyan [protected] visited us and checked our ac he stated that he doest have any tools with him and he said i will come by next day morning and he left our place next day morning we tried to reach them he was not picking the call if he picks the call he used to give some excuses after that he was not picking the call so we reached the area supervisor mr. Velmurugan [protected] and informed him he stated thath he doesn't have a proper phone so he can't communicate with the technician but he can able to speak with us and those both people were talking so rudely to me and my mom when we called them i want to escalate this issue to the higher level and this issue needs to be resolved asap. Regarding this issue you can reach me [protected] # [protected] this is serious issue really frustrated with voltas service and people if this is not taken care really we are going to take this issue to the higher level. We need both issues to be fixed.

                    Raised a ticket on 14th may for f0 error which suddenly started coming in one of my 2 ac's (Same model number)
                    Technician came, took rs 400 and went back saying that we need to provide him a photo to ensure there are no issues, we provided the photo and then technician said that its due to heating that the ac gives f0 error, however, we have never seen this error on the other ac in other room
                    We have been struggling with voltas customer care everyday, they open the same ticket, assign the same engineer and he refuses to do anything
                    Please help and advise

                    I just spoke with Voltas Support care, they shouted at us that we do not want this to be resolved and we should pay again
                    This is the worst customer service i have received, i will go to LinkedIn and Facebook to showcase how Voltas is cheating the customers, their own technicians do not know what errors are coming and how to resolve it

                      I’m an unsatisfied customer of voltas air conditioner.
                      As we all say, we must promote our indian companies and products, based on
                      This thought my father bought a voltas ac last year in mid - may last year.
                      Due to lockdown we had to wait till 1st week of may for the service guy to
                      Come.
                      When he come, he did the service and it was still not cooling and i asked
                      Him that before you leave atleast make it work.
                      He said being shut for a long time it will take time to cool but it will
                      Work, but it didn’t
                      I called him the same day, he said that the gas is leaked which he told me
                      On call.
                      I asked him to repair the ac as soon as possible because it was already
                      May. He said that they don’thave the required machinery or equipments.
                      We all know which month it is and noone contacted me even though i have the
                      Not satisfactory code to the service person.
                      What i’msaying is you people being a reputed indian company should=
                      Try to
                      Satisfy your customers.
                      Delayed service is one reason, other is that your ac is defected in a year, i mean is it a quality product.
                      I am sending it first to complaint center and maybe i’ll have to forward it
                      To many more places as i’m completely disappointed being a devoted
                      Fan of
                      Indian made products.

                        We have purchased one ac on 08/06/2019. But due to some unavoidable circumstances we could not call them for installation.
                        Now we called the deeler for installation but he denied that we cannot offer free installation.
                        We decided to get it installed by outer agency when we opened the ac, one part something like wall mount of ac was missing.
                        We called the deelar and he directly denied by saying that i can not do anything since long time is passed its your responsibilty now..
                        In all this drama entire summer is passed
                        Now we need to install ac asap.
                        Plz help us how can we get the missing part.
                        This was the first time we purchased ac of voltas..
                        So much disappointed by deelar's unempethatic attitude..
                        Plz help us we need to install ac today or tommorrow.
                        Else we will have to purchase a new one..
                        Which will result in economic lose to us..

                            I bought a slp it ac on 27 may 2020 and installed on 30 may 2020. After one hour it became faulty. Technician visited 4 times. The new ac need to be part change i can not bear this please provide me replacement of my product don't feel me like i have bought a wrong brand. Please make in one week i have already passed a week without working of my so called new ac.

                              It's been two good two months to my brand new ac. First thing technician didn't do proper installation. Right within 2 hrs we realised ac gas has been leaked! When we complained neither the company is taking action or franchise!!

                              Voltas company,

                              Try to hire niceer people who knows how to behave with customer. I paid 60k at a time, not a small amount. Don't play with customer. I am tried of following up with ur employees. None of your employees responded. With no other option i am left.
                              I am gonna put consumer court against you and dealer!

                                  I Sachin Kumar Mishra, Registered Mobile No.:- [protected], purchased a AC of 1.5 ton from Amazon.com 7 days ago and now my remote is not working.

                                  So I made a complain in Voltas Customer Care and my Service Request No. is [protected].

                                  Yesterday when I made a query regarding the same, one of your employee in the call said that your request has been registered so kindly contact today for further details.

                                  So I made a call today at 5:10 PM on mobile number [protected] and one of your employee named Debu (i don't know whether he said his correct name) was talking very rudely and in an inappropriate manner with me.

                                  I know its a Lockdown Situation going on but there's still a way of saying that.
                                  Its my humble request to please look into the matter else I have to take further action.

                                    I am being charged now for the servicing of my ac which would have happened for free since my ac was in warranty till 10th of april, 2020. But due to lockdown the service could noy happen earlier and now they want to charge ahefty sum for the same.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purchased window AC from Khanna Radio Co Lahurabir Varanasi UP on 28 May 2020. Engineer has visited on 31 May 2020 for installation after 4 days from date of purchased, after installation he started AC and his fan has brokened after that engineer has confirmed that I have informed to Company he is sending fan and will be installed by evening, AC is open and kept in my room from that day. Concern shop is giving every time given falls commitment that my engineer went to your home for installation but he never come at my home. This type of service is very bad and it's my first and last experience on Voltas product.
                                        I have send several mail on your company I'd and also send what's up but we have not received any response from your company.
                                        Request you Pls look into the matter and change my AC on Priority otherwise I will bound to take shelter of consumer forum.
