Dear sir/madam,
It is regarding the improper installation of outdoor unit of my ac by the authorised technicians of voltas, and bad behaviour afterwards when asked to do right fittings. They have just increased the length of copper pipe fittings to loot us a huge sum of money and also fitted the outdoor unit at a place where it is most vulnerable to storms, cyclones etc. Which is very common in monsoon and summers.
When i told them to do the right fittings they refused.
