    I have been calling the service center for voltas ac at pincode 782002 for over a week but each time they pay no heed to the issue and just ignore it. The ac is still in warranty period. I am really irritated by this unethical and unprofessional behavior metted out to me by the service center. I am regretting my decision of purchasing voltas ac.

      I bought split inverter ac 1.5 ton and after 1 day of installation it starts leaking.
      I have registered 5 compaints but no one address the issue. Worst service from voltas.
      People came but they were having no instruments to resolve the issue.
      The person who installed ac took 12000 rs from us and didn't give any receipt to us.
      Yesterday, its stabilizer also shuts off and now ac is not running at all.
      Worst service from voltas.

        I have purchased voltas 1.2 ton split ac and today 2 people came for installation. They started talking about issues in installation and asked to pay extra for additional items. I purchased the ac through tata cliq where it was mentioned that standard installation charge for this ac is 599 rs. But they were asking for 1700 rs. When i talked to their supervisor and explained this point then they agreed for 599 rs. I paid total 6065 rs. For below items but i have doubts on quality and quantity of these items, request you to arrange a visit of an expert to validate the same and return if extra money is taken from me. They have not given me any receipts for any of the item, when talked to supervisor he said i will receive the same after 15 days.

        1. Copper wire - 4 metres 3280 rs. (820 rs. Per meter).in tata cliq it was mentioned that it should be in range of 300-600 rs. Per meter. I doubt they have not brought 4 metres.

        2. Forecore wire - 4 metres 360 rs. (90 rs/meter)

        3. Insulation - 120 rs. For 3 pieces but they brought only 2 pieces and didn't return any money.

        4. Extra wire - 2 metres 180 rs.

        5. Drain pipe - 7 metres 630 rs. (90 rs/meter), quality doesn't look good.

        6. Top - 70 rs., i asked to bring anchor but they brought some local brand.

        7. Stand - 826 rs.

        8. Installation - 599 rs.

        Total - 6065 rs.

        Please look into this issue and revert.

            I have twice register service issue compliant. 4 time engineer came from snow cool center and have charged rs 2660 from me on some or other pretex and still they have not run my ac bought on 2017 june.

            My complaint no are [protected], [protected].

            I have 3 time written mail to service head, coo, vcare of voltas still no reply from them.

            I have given up on voltas as brand.

            Feel cheated on efficiency and attribute of voltas management.

            Tata a trusted brand is losing trust.

                Greetings of the day!

                Kindly help with the below concern i'm chasing for last 3 days.

                I've purchased one split ac from amazon and it's not doing cooling for 3 days. On the first day, engineer has not removed box particles from the outdoor unit so post removing those ac has started doing cooling but very low same we've informed engineer he said it is first time so it will take time to cool room.

                On the second day, it's not doing cooling again.
                Customer care only taking complaint and engineer is visiting but the cooling issue is still remain same.

                As of now zero cooling, now when we've asked voltas team to return order so that we can order other ac they are asking for the charges to uninstall the product which is 750+18%gst.
                Its product fault that's why i need to change and order other product but they are asking for charges why i will bear.

                Product details : voltas 1.4 ton 3 star wi-fi inverter split ac with amazon alexa (Copper 173vwzj white)

                My SRs are getting canceled with comments "Resolved over Phone" but there was no call received for resolution.

                I'm old customer of Voltas but this is the first time when I'm chasing for customer service.

                Also, AC remote is full of sketches and it has one crack on body, my indoor-unit is also having many sketches. It looks distributor sent a sample/demo piece.

                  I have registered a complain regarding a problem in my air conditioner on 10/06/2020 which was installed just three days prior on 07/06/2020. The complain has been registered. A person from the service centre came and was unable to fix the problem. We have recieved a message saying that the issue is resolved while the problem remains as it was. No further information is provided. This type of behavior is not acceptable.

                    I am facing an E2 error in AC from the next day after I had my service done from Voltas on 31st May, 2020.
                    I tried calling customer service on the same day but the call didn't connect, may be due to limited services in COVID.

                    Now, when I am calling the customer service for the error, they are saying that your warranty is expired on 1st June 2020 and it will be charged.

                    Didn't you guys extend the product warranty as ongoing covid issues when everyone is extending warranty till 31st July?
                    Also this error came after the service was done. So, don't you have any warranty period of service done as well.

                    I have already raised a complaint to Voltas for the same.
                    Now, for the past 3 days, a daily executive is visiting and unable to fix the issue.

                    During COVID it's already very difficult to entertain people at home. And we are entertaining on a daily basis due to the super service of Voltas.
                    Sometimes two people are visiting when work can be done by a single person and it's tough to maintain precautions/ hygiene.

                    It seems they are not well educated to the problem.
                    Can you guys send some experience and professional resources with proper COVID precautions?

                    From today onwards, service centers are not even picking up the phone. And when I am calling Voltas Customer care they are saying that, "we can't help if the service center is not picking and not responding".

                    Is this how voltas works?

                    Fed up with the service, will raise a complaint to the consumer forum for this. I am dealing on phones from the past 4-5 days every time explaining the issues from the start.

                    I have already attached the invoice and sent separate email.

                    Cant you get the complaint # from that?

                      I registered a complain to voltas costimer care for my ac due to some problem when it was under warranty period. Then they send engineer but he couldn't solve that. After that i call so many time to cosumer care but they not resloving my problem. Now my product is out of warranty. What i do. It's whom fault.

                        Our ac (5 star split inverter type 185v zzy) stopped working on 28th may 2020. We had complained on 30th may.
                        Today is 10th june and even now it aint repaired.
                        This is a serious concern to make your customers suffer like this.
                        Please take this seriously. I wil like a reply back soon. And talk to a superior, if possible.

                              Sir, i purchased my inverter ac on 10/05/2019. I complained for service on 06/04/20 &11/04/20 but due to lockdown it could not be done. Today i complained & came for service and told gas to be filled and told since warranty expired i have to pay the cost. If service was done in april it would have been free. Pl consider my case and fill the gas free of cost. Technician will come tomorrow for filling gas. Kindly instruct them accordingly. Thanks, my mobile number [protected]

                                Hi team,

                                I am janani here from vettuvankani chennai-600115 we have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton ac from kottivakkam relaince showroom and we have received the ac while installation the service engineer informed that the outer unit fan blade has been received damaged and asked us to raise a complaint we have raised that too. Still now we don't received any update on that issue. Recently two months ago we faced an errror in the ac it showed as "f3 error" again called and raised a complaint due to covid 19 they could not able to reach us and provide any facility. After this situation we remained calm understanding your problem and 15 days back one of the service engineer named karthikeyan [protected] visited us and checked our ac he stated that he doest have any tools with him and he said i will come by next day morning and he left our place next day morning we tried to reach them he was not picking the call if he picks the call he used to give some excuses after that he was not picking the call so we reached the area supervisor mr. Velmurugan [protected] and informed him he stated thath he doesn't have a proper phone so he can't communicate with the technician but he can able to speak with us and those both people were talking so rudely to me and my mom when we called them i want to escalate this issue to the higher level and this issue needs to be resolved asap. Regarding this issue you can reach me [protected] # [protected] this is serious issue really frustrated with voltas service and people if this is not taken care really we are going to take this issue to the higher level. We need both issues to be fixed.

                                  Raised a ticket on 14th may for f0 error which suddenly started coming in one of my 2 ac's (Same model number)
                                  Technician came, took rs 400 and went back saying that we need to provide him a photo to ensure there are no issues, we provided the photo and then technician said that its due to heating that the ac gives f0 error, however, we have never seen this error on the other ac in other room
                                  We have been struggling with voltas customer care everyday, they open the same ticket, assign the same engineer and he refuses to do anything

                                  This is the worst customer service i have received, i will go to LinkedIn and Facebook to showcase how Voltas is cheating the customers, their own technicians do not know what errors are coming and how to resolve it

                                    I’m an unsatisfied customer of voltas air conditioner.
                                    As we all say, we must promote our indian companies and products, based on
                                    This thought my father bought a voltas ac last year in mid - may last year.
                                    Due to lockdown we had to wait till 1st week of may for the service guy to
                                    Come.
                                    When he come, he did the service and it was still not cooling and i asked
                                    Him that before you leave atleast make it work.
                                    He said being shut for a long time it will take time to cool but it will
                                    Work, but it didn’t
                                    I called him the same day, he said that the gas is leaked which he told me
                                    On call.
                                    I asked him to repair the ac as soon as possible because it was already
                                    May. He said that they don’thave the required machinery or equipments.
                                    We all know which month it is and noone contacted me even though i have the
                                    Not satisfactory code to the service person.
                                    What i’msaying is you people being a reputed indian company should=
                                    Try to
                                    Satisfy your customers.
                                    Delayed service is one reason, other is that your ac is defected in a year, i mean is it a quality product.
                                    I am sending it first to complaint center and maybe i’ll have to forward it
                                    To many more places as i’m completely disappointed being a devoted
                                    Fan of
                                    Indian made products.

                                      We have purchased one ac on 08/06/2019. But due to some unavoidable circumstances we could not call them for installation.
                                      Now we called the deeler for installation but he denied that we cannot offer free installation.
                                      We decided to get it installed by outer agency when we opened the ac, one part something like wall mount of ac was missing.
                                      We called the deelar and he directly denied by saying that i can not do anything since long time is passed its your responsibilty now..
                                      In all this drama entire summer is passed
                                      Now we need to install ac asap.
                                      Plz help us how can we get the missing part.
                                      This was the first time we purchased ac of voltas..
                                      So much disappointed by deelar's unempethatic attitude..
                                      Plz help us we need to install ac today or tommorrow.
                                      Else we will have to purchase a new one..
                                      Which will result in economic lose to us..
