I’m an unsatisfied customer of voltas air conditioner.
As we all say, we must promote our indian companies and products, based on
This thought my father bought a voltas ac last year in mid - may last year.
Due to lockdown we had to wait till 1st week of may for the service guy to

When he come, he did the service and it was still not cooling and i asked
Him that before you leave atleast make it work.
He said being shut for a long time it will take time to cool but it will
Work, but it didn’t
I called him the same day, he said that the gas is leaked which he told me
On call.
I asked him to repair the ac as soon as possible because it was already
May. He said that they don’thave the required machinery or equipments.
We all know which month it is and noone contacted me even though i have the
Not satisfactory code to the service person.
What i’msaying is you people being a reputed indian company should=
Try to
Satisfy your customers.
Delayed service is one reason, other is that your ac is defected in a year, i mean is it a quality product.
I am sending it first to complaint center and maybe i’ll have to forward it
To many more places as i’m completely disappointed being a devoted

Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now, for the past 3 days, a daily executive is visiting and unable to fix the issue.
During COVID it's already very difficult to entertain people at home. And we are entertaining on a daily basis due to the super service of Voltas.
Sometimes two people are visiting when work can be done by a single person and it's tough to maintain precautions/ hygiene.
It seems they are not well educated to the problem.
Can you guys send some experience and professional resources with proper COVID precautions?
From today onwards, service centers are not even picking up the phone. And when I am calling Voltas Customer care they are saying that, "we can't help if the service center is not picking and not responding".
Is this how voltas works?
Fed up with the service, will raise a complaint to the consumer forum for this. I am dealing on phones from the past 4-5 days every time explaining the issues from the start.
I have already attached the invoice and sent separate email.
Cant you get the complaint # from that?
