I am g sarjoo (Munna) from karaikudi sivagangai district tamilnadu. 8 month back i purchased voltas mini magic pure r water dispenser machine. (Dt:[protected] bill no 1725).in the voltas water dispenser machine no of time problem are coming one by one, before 8 in the machine 5 time repair, but your service is very very worst and your branch agency kumaran tv center sekkai road karaikud-630001 in the branch manager not responsible all the time.
Company like voltas water dispenser machine is giving such damage product and worst service in karaikudi sivagangai district tamilnadu. Further i can not any service in the voltas water dispenser machine i will meet sure the company the consumer court.

It just worked for 1 year. After just 4 days of warranty expiry there is a water leakage. Now I have to pay for service. Don’t buy Voltas products it’s life time is less.

    Our branch has renovated few months back and our contractor has installed 4 new 2 tonne acs in the branch. All the acs are not doing cooling. We have complained him many times but he has visited 2 times and that too the problem has not been resolved. Kindly arrange the visit of service man of your company as soon as posible. Our no.       This is bring you to notice that i purchase the ac 1.5 ton (Voltas) on monday dated 08/jun/20 from poiner electronics roop nagar jammu. And i have log a complain on friday dated 12/jun/20.
      That my ac not given proper cooling.
      After that one of your enginer is coming and they told that you have slect fan on slow mode that is the problem ac is not cooling properly after that they selet fast mode and told me now it is ok.
      On night the problem is still same.
      Pls look in to this matter and do the needful.

        We Approached Innovation Shopping Mall (Authorized Dealers of Voltas in Bhimavaram to purchasing a Air condition. And he is given a quotation of Rs.35000/- and his promised discount of Rs.1000/-. apartfrom this istallation charges 1000, Stblizer 2000 and outdoor uint stand is 700 are extra.

        After two days i went to that showroom and taken the AC, and after installation of the same they are demanded of Rs.3500 as installation charges.

        And they created a lot preamble at my home and they used abusive language in front of my family members. And i reported same to showroom owner, and shockingly his given a replay that charges are like that only, and if you notable to play i take back the AC back.

        This was the TATA Authorized Dealer service to customers. this is worst experience in my life.

        I would like to take a action against him and required a apology from him along with refund amount which is collected from me.

          I have purchased a window AC 1.5 ton in march 2018 along with the WTA warranty for extra 4yrs. I have purchased this product From Amazon and i have been following all the guidelines told by the company. For the WTA warranty i have received a certificate too from the company. And now after 2 yrs they are telling me that your product is out of warranty and any service comes under warranty like gas filling and repairment won‘t be available for you.
          They are denying that we haven’t given you the certificate of WTA warranty and you need to pay for any breakdown and other services.from last 6 days I have been on the Call with VOlats customer care and they are doing nothing. Every time i calls them they asks the same details again and again and nobody has the record for these calls. They mentioned only those information which they want to.
          And the guys who were on the call they were telling me that i should have checked before purchasing the product and i need to pay the money now else my AC won’t be serviced or work.
          This is mental harassment and the company need to pay for this. From last 5 days, i have called you guys 100 times. And the service center guy also misbehaving with me over the phone that he won’t send technicians to my home.

            This product is with a 5-year comprehensive warranty. For this, i have already sms wat to [protected] from my registered no. [protected]. I have sent an email to escalation matrix and tried multiple time to contact customer care and on email have provided all information

            But i am not able to register my ac for this 5-year warranty.

                Dear voltas,

                Could you please send your engineers (Well trained/knowledgeable) to finish the installation job properly and fix the errors that are prompting. The new ac was purchased from tatacliq assuring direct interaction and best services from you. But i don't know that some of your authorsied service providers are worst service providers.

                I would like to opt for 5 yrs waranty l, if you garuntee and prove thta and you/your representative service providers does proper job. Don't force us to opt cumplosoury preventative services of thy don't provide proper technixhinad and services.

                Your authorsied service providers haven't done proper job and not responding to the reported error soon after installation.

                Btw, please review the feedbacks on the agency who are offering services, some are below 2* out of 5.

                "voltas service centre - breezy air con" from chennai are worst performers and you are still forcing us to continue taking service from them to get waranty from you.

                Here is my ticket which was raised and no one has responded to the ticky yet.

                Could you please take back your product and pay me back my full money including instalation and accessories that are charged. Accessories are being charged more than the mrp for example ac outdoor unit stand is mrp is ₹800, they are selling it for ₹950. The same make is available on n open market for ₹420.

                Engineers also steal petty things like outdoor unit stand rubber shoes, screws, plugs. They don't use all and and won't surender to customer the left over. Are we not paying you full charge towards instillation charges? This is customers money. Teach them morals and ethics.

                Here is the ticket number request no [protected] (Installation) and [protected] (Complaint).

                I am not satisfied, reopen those tickets.

                    My ac was having some issues technician came and advised to buy a stabilizer first he installed a faulty stabilizer then he said a bigger stabilizer was needed then he installed that then also ac stopped working on same day i have called him multiple times so that he can return this stabilizer but he is ignoring my calls complaint number is [protected] registered mobile number is [protected].

                            I have been calling the service center for voltas ac at pincode 782002 for over a week but each time they pay no heed to the issue and just ignore it. The ac is still in warranty period. I am really irritated by this unethical and unprofessional behavior metted out to me by the service center. I am regretting my decision of purchasing voltas ac.

                              I bought split inverter ac 1.5 ton and after 1 day of installation it starts leaking.
                              I have registered 5 compaints but no one address the issue. Worst service from voltas.
                              People came but they were having no instruments to resolve the issue.
                              The person who installed ac took 12000 rs from us and didn't give any receipt to us.
                              Yesterday, its stabilizer also shuts off and now ac is not running at all.
                              Worst service from voltas.

                                I have purchased voltas 1.2 ton split ac and today 2 people came for installation. They started talking about issues in installation and asked to pay extra for additional items. I purchased the ac through tata cliq where it was mentioned that standard installation charge for this ac is 599 rs. But they were asking for 1700 rs. When i talked to their supervisor and explained this point then they agreed for 599 rs. I paid total 6065 rs. For below items but i have doubts on quality and quantity of these items, request you to arrange a visit of an expert to validate the same and return if extra money is taken from me. They have not given me any receipts for any of the item, when talked to supervisor he said i will receive the same after 15 days.

                                1. Copper wire - 4 metres 3280 rs. (820 rs. Per meter).in tata cliq it was mentioned that it should be in range of 300-600 rs. Per meter. I doubt they have not brought 4 metres.

                                2. Forecore wire - 4 metres 360 rs. (90 rs/meter)

                                3. Insulation - 120 rs. For 3 pieces but they brought only 2 pieces and didn't return any money.

                                4. Extra wire - 2 metres 180 rs.

                                5. Drain pipe - 7 metres 630 rs. (90 rs/meter), quality doesn't look good.

                                6. Top - 70 rs., i asked to bring anchor but they brought some local brand.

                                7. Stand - 826 rs.

                                8. Installation - 599 rs.

                                Total - 6065 rs.

                                Please look into this issue and revert.

                                    I have twice register service issue compliant. 4 time engineer came from snow cool center and have charged rs 2660 from me on some or other pretex and still they have not run my ac bought on 2017 june.

                                    I have given up on voltas as brand.

                                    Feel cheated on efficiency and attribute of voltas management.

                                    Tata a trusted brand is losing trust.

                                        Greetings of the day!

                                        Kindly help with the below concern i'm chasing for last 3 days.

                                        I've purchased one split ac from amazon and it's not doing cooling for 3 days. On the first day, engineer has not removed box particles from the outdoor unit so post removing those ac has started doing cooling but very low same we've informed engineer he said it is first time so it will take time to cool room.

                                        On the second day, it's not doing cooling again.
                                        Customer care only taking complaint and engineer is visiting but the cooling issue is still remain same.

                                        As of now zero cooling, now when we've asked voltas team to return order so that we can order other ac they are asking for the charges to uninstall the product which is 750+18%gst.
                                        Its product fault that's why i need to change and order other product but they are asking for charges why i will bear.

                                        My SRs are getting canceled with comments "Resolved over Phone" but there was no call received for resolution.

                                        I'm old customer of Voltas but this is the first time when I'm chasing for customer service.
