A. C got installed today (29/05/2020), after attempts of requesting the seller for installment. I also called voltas customer care for the installment but they never came. After the a. C was installed, i tried to run it at 16 degree temperature but it never achieved that temperature after 2.5 hrs of continuous usage. I tried to run the a. C at various other temperatures but it never worked. I found that the a. C stopped at 26 degree temperature, whatever i set. When i tried to set temperature more than 26 degree, say 28 degree, it cools more than set temp, say 27 or 26, but it never went below 26 degree. I am still doubtful, that the a. C has much more problem than i have experienced. Also, after complaining to the seller they either don't receive the call or cut the call in the middle. My family spent the hard earned money for their little comfort but seeing the service of voltas and its dealers, i feel guilty for buying a. C from this brand.
I baught a. C on 22/05/2020 and the sales person said that he will send the voltas technician for installing the a. C. But he didn't sent anyone, neither informed me. So, i tried to call them but they rejected our calls. Later i requested voltas customer care for sending the technician but, the too were careless of not sending.

I hope that my issue is resolved as soon as possible, as it has been already been so late.

Now, the working of A.C became worst.The cooling is not there anymore.The temp.lies between 27-28 degree when outside temperature is 34 degree temperature.I asked Voltas technician about the issue, he said that the cooling will never go below 25 degree.I know he is lying.My friend has LG A.C and it cools below 18 degree in less than 45 mins, when the outside temperature is 35 degree.
I am now frustrated.I want my A.C to be replaced if it can't achieve the desired temperature i.e 18 degree.
I request Voltas to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          On 24th may i contacted voltas customer care and complained about my non-working 1.5t voltas split ac; they took my details and told me that some voltas service agent will contact me.

          Complaint no: [protected] dtd 24.5.2020.

          On my enquiry about the charges-they told me the following:

          Visiting cum inspection cherges – rs 400/-
          Gas filling charges: rs 1800/-+18% gst = rs 2124/-
          Labour charges: nil-they will inspect and do the needful and take money for the replaced spare parts only!

          After continuous follow-up, some technician came from voltas franchise (M/s simron conditioners-boduppal) on 26.5.20.

          Now see the charges quoted by the said technician:

          Visiting cum inspection cherges – rs 500/-
          Gas filling charges: rs 3200/- (Says gas is not available so charging more (At his will & whims)
          Labour charges: rs 1000/- for what is not known.
          He says the aluminum condenser coil is gone and to be replaced with copper coil-why - (As per his will & whims)-says aluminum coil will not be available? He says that the outdoor unit is to be taken to workshop at boduppal for coil replacement.
          Transport charges (For taking the ou to workshop at boduppal)-rs 1500/- by auto; my residence at ramanthapur is about 6.5 km from boduppal and at worst it cannot cost more than rs 150-200/-

          Thus voltas is cheating their customers like this (Through their franchise) and hat reputation they will have in the market??

            Dear sir,

            I purchased voltas 70 l water cooler with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work. Every year i cont change the sensors for tank alarm unit. Please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

              मैने 27-5-20 को voltas एसी लिया।installation के लिये tollfree no. पर बात करने बाद नजदीकी authorised service centre मे सम्पर्क किया।वहाँ बताया गया कि मेरा नम्बर 7 दिन के बाद आयेगा अगर जल्दी installation करना है तो 1500 रुपया लगेगा।मैने पैसा सर्विस सेंटर मे जमा कर दिया।इसके एक दिन के बाद एक technician आया और गलत जगह पर acलगा कर चला गया।मुझे बहुत अफसोस है कि मैने voltas का एसी लिया।
              महाशय, कृपया उचित कारवाही करें और मेरा एसी उचित जगह पर लगवाने की कृपा करे।

                    Dear sir/Ma’am
                    I ve two ac of Voltas-one window and other split.They are under five year comprehensive warranty plan.I ve fulfilled all the requirements of the company regarding servicing of the ac.I ve lodged complaint ([protected], [protected]) regarding non cooling by ac.one technician came and checked the ac;and he told me that ac will be repaired but you ve to pay Rs.500 each.At the time of purchase I was told by the salesman, you will not have to pay anything for repair in future -up to five years.
                    Having faith in Tata owned company, I purchased the ac but now I feel cheated.
                    My ac cooling issue has not been settled till today.Pls do the needful on urgent basis so that my faith in the company should not be shaken.

                      I was registered complaint for my ac service before 10 days but voltas customer care not sent any technician to my home. I dont want purchase any item of voltas in future. They dont do any help to customer.. Voltas is not doing good job for customer fake promises.. Shame on

                        Dear sir i have purchased a voltas inverter split ac model no. Invsac183v czt2 r410a on 2 june 2019 from sanjay telecom, d-1 jag jeet nagar delhi-110053 phone no:-[protected]. The ac unit purchased is not working properly from the date of 10-may-2020. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorized service center. Latest complaint no.-[protected] (10th may 2020). The technician visits my home on the date of 12th may 2020 and he said that the change your faulting part in 4 or 5 days but now the date is 28th may 2020 and not repair my ac and i call your service center 5 times in a day no one responding and no action for my complaint. Request you to take strict action towards its repair as it's under warranty. I have experienced the worst service from voltas this kind of after-sale service is not acceptable from a reputed company like voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.                           It has been not even 1 year since i bought the voltas split ac 1 ton and we got to know there is gas leakage. We called voltas service centre they sent 2 guys who were not even sanitized and was wearing only mask. They dint even asked for the permission just went into my bedroom stood up on my bed without sanitization what the hell it is??? Just wearing a mask is enough at this covid-19 situation, voltas commpany should abid to government order. The service men checked and said there is gas leakage wrote on the pad and left also he said it will take more than 10 days to refill the gas.. You tell me not even 1 yr completed and gas leakage has started and this hot weather you should provide the service as soon as possible. Did i buy ac to use in winters when it is not used now? I am trying to reach them they are postponing today engineers will come tomorrow they will come what the hell it is?? Is this the service you provide to the customer? Till now gas is not filled how many days we have to wait or i[censored] cant provide the service let us know we will take care or will take further action. Treat customer complaint as on priority. You have saled the product doesn't mean you will not provide the service. And please try to maintain sanitized and follow the govt rules. You people should not b the reason to spread covid-19. Try to be patriotic and send the service man with proper sanitiation kit.

                                I want to loadge a case against volats company.
                                I bought an ac last year. (Aditya vision samastipur bihar.) it is in waranty. Since the day i bought it i am facing new issue day by day due to its cooling problem. It never worked. Whenever i need to use this i alwyas face awful. I am totally obsessed with it.. And facing a lot of problems. I bought a valuable brand like. Voltas but get disappointed. They chaeted on me
                                I think i wasted my money buying this voltas inverter ac - eu 184v szs (R32) since last year the gas has been refilled 3 times. And every time it got leaked. Again this time your engineer visted. And told me that the gas is leaked. We have to refill it.. So i've loose all the faith on this product.. So i request you to register the complain against this product. Not willingly but its my restraints for this product
                                Because.. I have i don't have any other option to secure my product.. And i have invested my on this.. So.
                                Kindly request you to help me out of this issue. I'll alwzz be gratef

                                  I raised request for installation on 21st may. But, it is 7 days er till now ko one is attended on this. After 7days your people open their eyes and handover this issue to a technician and he said he come at 12pm on 27th, then he changed time to 3pm, and after half an hour he told that my time is over. This is the way you people are playing with customers by giving false promises. I thought that you are showing your inability to handle this issue. Can i expect is there any possibility by chance.

                                    Its regarding my service request # is [protected] about voltas 1.5 ton window ac - vertis premium - model no. 401723. Date of purchase 12/05/2006
                                    The ac had cooling issue. The compressor did not switch on at times. It was an intermittent issue. Probably their was some lose connection of wire with the pcb.

                                    1- on the first visit the service person removed dust and from the pcb and refitted it. At that time the ac did not show any problem. He charged rs. 350 as visit charges. But the problem was not resolved so i called back. Bill provided in the name of tirupati services

                                    2- on the second visit, the pcb wires were reconnected. The service man was incompetent was able to connect wire with great difficulty. At that time things seemed to work well. He charged me rs. 500-on asking for bill estimate bill provided in the name of tirupati services

                                    The connection was done wrong, on pressing one of the buttons later on their was a short circuit.

                                    3- on third visit the technician removed the pcb and took for repairs and charged rs.2265 on repair ; bill provided in the name of radhe service

                                    The ac still has problems; the buttons on the control panel do not work. The ac works on auto mode.

                                    Total amount charged rs. 3115 still the problem was not resolved; on the contrary i was left with a fused control panel and wrong wiring which led to my mcb burning.

                                    Finally i got the ac repaired from an outside technician

                                      I have brought a voltas split a. C on 24 may 2020. First of all ways for placing installation order are not working.
                                      Customer care no. Is referring to apply on the website and online services (Website) have technical difficulties. Their watsapp services not working properly.
                                      It's been 4 days and i don't know where should i go to get it done.
                                      Everyone is making excuses.

                                      I have contacted to mr rahul vaidya and mr sumit kumar arora personally and they are saying their all commitments are failing. They say i am trying but they don't take us in confidence in atleast giving us the honest duration.

                                      My mather is a heart patient it's difficult for her to bear the heat here in delhi.

                                      I am really frustrated about the services.

                                      Kindly take into this in consideration.

                                        1st service person said the indoor unit pcb is not working, i waited for the pcb to arrive; the service center canceled the request stating the customer has declined to pay.

                                        2nd - on making an enquiry from the service center raynco cooling several times, i was asked to contact a person, who can repair pcb.
                                        The person took out both indoor and outdoor pcb and said that both are not working, needs to replace the indoor pcb and repair the outdoor pcb.
                                        Total charges will be rs.10, 900 and needs rs. 6000 as advance to proceed further. He had already opened both the pcb's, i was not left with any option. As per my intution the external pcb was okay and the service person has quoted an inflated amount.

                                        The person was not responding to my calls. Later on after one month passed, and several followups, i got the number of service manager. After speaking to him the person responded and said, he has got a pcb but it is over sized and will not fit. Later on he got a pcb but it was a substitute, and was not compatible with the ac.

                                        On speaking to the service manager he said that he will get the pcb in 4 days from chennai, it took around 15 days to arrive. On installing the pcb the the pcb did not match their was"lp" error on the display.

                                        Now the technicians have take both the indoor and outdoor pcb's so that they can match and bring the pcb's.

                                        Later on after complaining to the service manager the person returned my money.

                                        After failing to replace the pcb; they finalised to provide a replacement for air conditioner. They said they will offer a discount. They said the mrp is 45, 000 and they will offer me for 35, 000. I agreed.

                                        But after checking the online price of the model on various sites; i found that the selling price is rs. 35, 000.

                                        Thus i was duped and cheated by the company.
                                        Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
