1st service person said the indoor unit pcb is not working, i waited for the pcb to arrive; the service center canceled the request stating the customer has declined to pay.
2nd - on making an enquiry from the service center raynco cooling several times, i was asked to contact a person, who can repair pcb.
The person took out both indoor and outdoor pcb and said that both are not working, needs to replace the indoor pcb and repair the outdoor pcb.
Total charges will be rs.10, 900 and needs rs. 6000 as advance to proceed further. He had already opened both the pcb's, i was not left with any option. As per my intution the external pcb was okay and the service person has quoted an inflated amount.
The person was not responding to my calls. Later on after one month passed, and several followups, i got the number of service manager. After speaking to him the person responded and said, he has got a pcb but it is over sized and will not fit. Later on he got a pcb but it was a substitute, and was not compatible with the ac.
On speaking to the service manager he said that he will get the pcb in 4 days from chennai, it took around 15 days to arrive. On installing the pcb the the pcb did not match their was"lp" error on the display.
Now the technicians have take both the indoor and outdoor pcb's so that they can match and bring the pcb's.
Later on after complaining to the service manager the person returned my money.
After failing to replace the pcb; they finalised to provide a replacement for air conditioner. They said they will offer a discount. They said the mrp is 45, 000 and they will offer me for 35, 000. I agreed.
But after checking the online price of the model on various sites; i found that the selling price is rs. 35, 000.
Thus i was duped and cheated by the company.
