1st service person said the indoor unit pcb is not working, i waited for the pcb to arrive; the service center canceled the request stating the customer has declined to pay.

2nd - on making an enquiry from the service center raynco cooling several times, i was asked to contact a person, who can repair pcb.
The person took out both indoor and outdoor pcb and said that both are not working, needs to replace the indoor pcb and repair the outdoor pcb.
Total charges will be rs.10, 900 and needs rs. 6000 as advance to proceed further. He had already opened both the pcb's, i was not left with any option. As per my intution the external pcb was okay and the service person has quoted an inflated amount.

The person was not responding to my calls. Later on after one month passed, and several followups, i got the number of service manager. After speaking to him the person responded and said, he has got a pcb but it is over sized and will not fit. Later on he got a pcb but it was a substitute, and was not compatible with the ac.

On speaking to the service manager he said that he will get the pcb in 4 days from chennai, it took around 15 days to arrive. On installing the pcb the the pcb did not match their was"lp" error on the display.

Now the technicians have take both the indoor and outdoor pcb's so that they can match and bring the pcb's.

Later on after complaining to the service manager the person returned my money.

After failing to replace the pcb; they finalised to provide a replacement for air conditioner. They said they will offer a discount. They said the mrp is 45, 000 and they will offer me for 35, 000. I agreed.

But after checking the online price of the model on various sites; i found that the selling price is rs. 35, 000.

Thus i was duped and cheated by the company.

I have purchased voltas stablizer from chawla refrigeration on 14 may 2020.They have supplied faulty stablizer I have made a complaint in voltas customer care vide complaint no[protected]dt 28 may.Voltas service engineer visited home on 19 may and told it will rectify, if not rectify it will be replaced.Till date no positive reply from voltas and chawla refrigeration.I have mail to voltas customer care and chawla refrigeration but no reply from there hand.
It is very disgusting from no reply from a reputed company.

Sir I bought AC from Denco & Sons Electronics, kingsway camp, new delhi-9
AC is damaged and it has no remote inside it. I have bought it on[protected] and due to some problems I didn't installed it and it was kept as it is.
Right now I have opened it and tried ti onstall then found that it was damaged and some parts are missing.
I want all my money refuned . I am attaching its Bill and image of damaged parts.

We want voltas compressor. Its not working

I have installed ac in my room after the installation when i switch on the ac it runs fine but after every 4 minutes it shows pc 02 and the outer exhaust fan automatically stops. Technician viewed the poblem but did'nt able to solve it.
I don't know what to do??

Hello, I am very disappointed with your service i am trying to contact you from last one week continuously but no one receiving the call not even getting a call back only message pop up that will call you back after an hour but no call comes, worst after sales service i have seen. even though i also filled the complaint form but no response from their side. please work on your service, and my ac is not cooling i want to book a appointment for the services can you call us back asap

My ac is not working since I got i have complained many time but my problem always remain unsolved I seek my ac should be replaced or my money should be refunded

I purchased my 1.5 ton split ac from new electronic plaza mehsaul chowk sitamarhi bihar. The ac was installed from voltas guys next day. They took 1700 rupees for installation.Since then the ac is draining water from front like hell after running for 5 minutes and the dealer is showing no response and negligigence on this matter. I have visited more than 10 times today but every time the dealer is giving me a time of technician visit. But there is no technician nothing till now i am literally frustrated and angry now.Please help me solve the issue

Voltas is the worst customer care service.

We have to call N number of people to get the AC repaired. Even a govt work will not require so much effort.

A newly bought AC not working within 10 days, and no one bothers about it even after repeated complaints.

Voltas is the worst brand, i regret now to buy this stupid brand. Make in India my foot

Sir i have purchased voltas dispenser of your company six months ago.
The floor mounted of dispenser is not working properly.
Please give us your service as soon as possible. At my address that is mention below.

We purchased voltas ac on 23.05.2020. Till today it's not installed. Very poor customer service. Such a worst customer service i have not seen.

Water is geting leaked like a continuous flow. Please help us as soon as possible and make oulives comfortable in this pandemic situation.

हमने फरवरी 2020 में वोल्टास का स्प्लिट एसी खरीदा था तथा उसको 24 फरवरी को इंस्टॉल करने के लिए बुलाया था लेकिन कुछ कारणों से उसका इंस्टॉलेशन कंप्लीट नहीं हो पाया और उसके बाद लोक डाउन हो गया। बड़ी मशक्कत के बाद उसका इंस्टॉलेशन कल 25 मई को कंप्लीट हुआ ।

अब उसकी आउटडोर यूनिट इतना शोर कर रही है कि उसने पड़ोसियों का भी जीना मुश्किल कर दिया है । वह एक ट्रैक्टर की आवाज से भी ज्यादा हल्ला कर रही है ।

आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया अपना मकैनिक भेजकर उसे चेक करवाएं और ठीक करवाने का कष्ट करें

Dear sir i have purchased a voltas inverter split ac in 2 june, 2019 from sanjay telecom, d-1 jagjeet nagar delhi-110053 phone no:-[protected]. The ac unit purchased is not working properly from the date of 10-may-2020. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorized service center. Latest complaint no.-[protected] (11th may, 2020). The technician visits my home on the date of 12th may 2020 and he said that the change your faulting part in 4 or 5 days but now the date is 26th may 2020 and not repair my ac and i call your service center 5 times in a day no one responding and no action for my complaint. Request you to take strict action towards its repair as it's under warranty. I have experienced the worst service from voltas this kind of after-sale service is not acceptable from a reputed company like voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it. Voltas ac model 183v czt

Currently it is in warranty period.

Ac have no cooling, even mode as set as cool and set lowest temp.

Mumbai may month humid, we are in so much problems.

Please help

Ac led panel shows pc 04 error frequently.

Water drain is working ok.

Voltas spilt 15 t invter ac purchase on february 2020
As we on ac soon after its show pc 01 and pc 04.
Kindly solve my problem either replacing the same or refund amount.
