I purchased split ac on 21st may. The vendor arranged for a mechanic for installation on payment of his charges of rs.1000 + any extra. I paid rs.3500 to the mechanic towards same but there were some technical snag for which ac didn't function. Someone from voltas (Pankaj) got in touch and confirmed some part to be defective which needed replacement. His technician came and said the installation is faulty and same has to be redone for which another rs.1000 must be paid. This was on 23rd may. I agreed since i wanted my ac to work urgently.
Till date, no one has attended and my ac is still not functional. Frustrated with voltas.

    My ac is in warrantee period. Compressor is creating unusual sound like a generator running. Lodged complaint with customer care. Following up since 14th may2020 but no one attends. Also escalated. No one picks calls.

      My self reddy. I purchased voltas split ac in 2019. We are using very softly as per instructions 24 economy mode now with in 10 months water leakage inside unit and noise from external unit. Before warranty complete we complained but. They not taken on time action.

      The service team visited but the worst service which never i saw. Post they done service we are filling bucket water inside unit due to leakage and negihbours complaining outer unit sound.
      My humble request dont purchase voltas. Go for blue star.

          I bought 2 nos. Voltas 1.5 ton 5 star inverter ac on 24 december 2019. When used for the first time in the month of march, it was not cooling. Then registered a complaint in the voltas customer support but no action has been taken till date. It is 25 of may nearly 2 months and the company is denying any support. I am calling the company now and then but they are of no help except making false promises. Please help!

            We have voltas inverter ac. Purchased last july and not cooling well enough and there is not proper response at our complaints from the company side. No one is taking pain. We are much irritated to complain

                  I bought the voltas 1.5 ton from laxmi aircon, guru harkishan nagar on aprill -17, the details of ac is given below:
                  Customer name:-mr. Manikregistration no:-[protected]date of purchase:-15-apr-2017model :-1.5t voltas wac 183 lyeserial no. :-4011182c17cc10540
                  1. With in the year of buying, in the month of sep-17, gas leakage problem happened, attended by ginny aircon with in warranty.2. Next year in oct-18, gas leakage happened, again attended by ginny aircon and had paid around 2000/-.3. Again in sep-19, gas leakage happened, again attended by ginny aircon and had paid around 2100/-.4.in may-20, again gas leakage happened, i have raised the complaint on 23-may-20, nobody is visited till date.
                  My question is the quality of voltas air conditioner is degraded the service of ginny aircon is not upto the mark and worked in such a way, you have to faced problem every year and spend money on that. Due to this frustration i am going to buy another ac other than voltas.
                  Please send the engineer for rectification of the same and replaced all the faulty condensers or any other part & also talked about the same with the repairing agency about this matter. If this unit has company fault replaced the same.

Kindly tell me what the use of AMC if AM.C holders are not prefered customers. Instead of doing AMC wiil ask third part vendor to repair the same.                     Dear concern,
                    I am escalate this due to i am not getting solution.
                    I have registered my service complaint on 18/03/2020 with call no:-[protected] after few days some people came at my home and serviced my ac at a time of service i told to voltas guy "bhai ye ac cool nahi kar raha hai ek baar is k gas check kar lo but he's says abhi service kari hai thodi der main sahi ho jayega. Then he finished his job and went back.
                    Now the problem is started, after few days i was switched on ac but it was not cooling. I tried to log a call on your service center due to lockdown call was not connected.
                    After one n half month, (06/05/2020) i tried to log a complaint this time it was registered with call no:- [protected],
                    After 11 day one guy from voltas came and diagnose ac and found swing moter not working properly and gas leakage in ac.
                    Now almost 7 days was gone not one visit again for repair my ac.
                    You see temperature is going up day by day and i have two babies they were anable to sleep in night. I'll tried to contact your service partner but he always says we have shortage of manpower it will take another 3 to 4 days. They have a manpower for new installation not for the breakdown calls.
                    " customer suffer karta hai to karne do hume kya fark padta hai"
                    I am always suggest buy voltas ac to my friends and colleagues, but this kind of service you are providing i'll never suggest voltas to any one.
                    Plz get it resolved asap either repair my ac or replace. Tata is the name of trust please don't ruins it

                      On 7th may'2020 two installer came from voltas by instruction of gurbir singh,
                      Employee of voltas (M[protected], both of guys came and install the ac at wrong place.

                      On 9th may'2020 again came two service engineer under warranty period, they ask that the window ac install in wrong place.

                      Now the ac is not cooling due to wrong install and misleading by installer... And it seems to be pressure on compressor by checking of service engineer.

                      Now i need immediate action on it and reinstall at right place...

                      We complain against this twice..

                      Therefore request please close our complain in immediate action.

                        I bought a voltas air cooler grand 72 from unique enterprisers, d-79, malviya nagar delhi gst/uin: 07aabfu3392a1zg. On 20th may 2020
                        When i checked for air cooler the dealer recommended it to be a very good product and said it gives efficient cooling for at least 2 seasons but when the cooler was delivered i found it not cooling at all when i went to the shop to inform about this he spoke very rudely and said how do you expect a cooler to give cooling effect it’s not an ac i said then why did you sell it to me you should have said that don’t go for cooler it won’t be efficient so he said he will lodge a complain in the company and get it checked but no one came and now when i am calling him he is talking very rudely and saying that you directly talk to the company. This is unprofessional attitude and not accepted. The customer should not be treated like this once the product is sold and they have got all the money. Please help me getting my cooler repaired, changed so that it works efficiently or getting my refund.

                          I want my voltas cooler to be replaced as i bought this on 27th may, from day 1 its creating problem, cooling is veer poor.. Everytime i complain.. One mechanic came.. And tell this is enough..! I have asked many times voltas company to replace my cooler.. But they didn't do so..! They are renying to provide service.. I got the fault product.. The day i purchased.. Same day.. Water pump started not working.. Its useless.. I want it yo be exchanged..!

                              Activation key

                              After installing a voltas window ac. It shows you a code and asks for an installation key. To get the key you have to call the call centres but the number provided does not work and i cant unlock my ac otherwise....

                              I have bought a a air conditioner 2 years back with stabilizer with warranty of 5 years. Some problems are occurring with stabilizer and we are not able to on the air conditioner in this harsh temperature, please check the issue.

                                I have booked a service request with request no [protected] on 12.05.2020 but so far my ac is not repaired.

                                On 26.04.2020 my ac stopped working and i informed the matter to local service center, on 27.04.2020 one technician visited my house and said some part is damaged and need to replace, as my ac was in warranty period he said we will replace it free of cost, but there after no one call me or inform me anything for a weak, i was waiting for their call, but finally i called them for knowing the status, then the service center tried to confuse me by telling unnecessarily things, and give me contact no of sambalpur regional head no of mr. Sarangi. I called mr. Sarangi on 11.05.2020 and there after on 12.05.2020 they have booked the above request no [protected].

                                Now i called called them several times but both the service center and local head are misleading us by say today and tomorrow your ac will repaired.

                                It is summer time and in my area temperature is around 45 degree celsius, if i couldn't use ac now then it's useless for me, i am having a small kid she got rashes and not sleeping properly.

                                Hence i request you to kindly help us immediately.

                                    gas leakage in air conditioner - cooling issue since installation

                                    I have purchased voltas invertor ac in august 2018 online ethrough flikart for rs.34990/-and just few months later it has started giving problems. There was water leakage, throwing ice. Free servicing by voltas was done but never was this problem addressed. Few calls were logged at voltas call center to report the cooling problem but there was no solution. We have emailed customer care to report the cooling problem of ac but no response....
