I purchased my voltas inverter ac few months back but started using it only last week. First day itself showed p3 error after one hour running and compressor did not work. Complained in voltas and tech checked and said loose connection. Next day same error. This time tech asked to change to double booster stabiliser. Done and again same error. Now tech says he doesn't know what to do. What am i supposed to do if you don't know how to rectify...

I bought voltas beko washing machine from surabhi electronics, semmenchery, chennai on july 15, 2019.

I have repeated issue (Twice) with it since within 4 months o[censored]sage. The machine is used very less frequently and then too there is issues. Voltas technical team is not efficient and they give lame reasons, leave with no proper/permanent fix.

Later in one or 2 days, same problem occurrs....

Brand new 2 ton split ac of make voltas bought from "national agencies"patiala has been non functional since 27th aug 2019.ac serial number 4552444a19da00169. Same has been repeatedly followed up with voltas customer care via phone through the customer care helpline. Complaint number is [protected].
After repeatedly contacting voltas customer care, false dates and promises have been time and again advised to self for the repair date....

I have purchased voltas 1.5t sac 18v dy model ac now my ac broke down with e5 code display voltas technical staf[censored]n able to attained from past 2 months they say that there is a pcb problem and un able to repair it now 2 months have passed and enquiries are made by me only and online call center doesn't no and are un about of following the complaint need help...

I have purchased volta's beko washing machine on[protected], and on[protected] it has stopped spinning, on that day i have booked call for servicing, from that day onwards daily one technician called and ask address after taking address telling that some other technician will attend your call. Finally i have given complaint to general manager then he arrenged one technician to service my washing machine that technician checked and discussed...

Today got a call from the same center that a part in external fan unit cannot be replaced as it is not available in your company.

Preventive maintenance from voltas was scheduled on 26th october. But the same has not been attended yet after repeated calls. Technicians kept on closing the request without visiting my place. I requested customer care 4 times to reopen my request. But still waiting for it.

I purchased a voltas 1.5 ton ac whose warranty period was over in march'19. After expiry of warranty period, i want to take amc for the same and i talked with your different representative but no one take it seriously and not provided any information about amc.

So it is my request, please look into the matter and give the high priority for resolve the issue.

This product was bought from Lotus electronics Ujjain on 26th April 2014 .
This is exactly 5 years and little more now .
Suddenly my AC stopped cooling and i had to call your technician for checking .
Who came and charged me 450 rs for the visit .

I have purchased voltas 5star inverter ac on 4-8-19.in the month of october the ac stepped cooling. On complaint it was told that due to defective outer unit the gas leaked. On 15th october, i contacted your customer service ac chennai number. A technician came and repaired the ac. He requested for amc & repair charges for three years for an amount of rs 5000/-and i agreed. I transferred the amount immediately to the managers s. Voltas inverter ac indoor motor is not working, product is in warranty period. I have brought running model of 1ton, but still parts are not available. From last 15 days false commitment has been done from voltas service centre and customer care.
Do not buy such product. It's better to go for another brand.

New product got breakdown in warranty period, no parts are available.
