Last year I purchased 1.5 TON 5 star invertor AC. There is water leakage problem in indoor uniit. Problem occurring from last week..

Still problem is not resolved. Every day I am contacting to voltas customer care executive but there is no technical visit happned till date. Contact to customer care executive & technucian many times but no result, no technician visit. Voltas disappointed to us a lot.

      I purchased the voltas ac 1 year back and that one was the defective product, the installation was done and after the day of the installation there was the issue with the cooling, i called the cuatomer care and the next day they send the technician after detecting the problem he told us that there is the problem with the gas and currently company does have the gas so as soon as we get the gas we will solve your problem and my problem was solved after a week. From the last 1 year i used my product for only a week, now when 5 days back i had seen that the product is again not working i complaint about this and told the technician that there will be the issue with the gas so please carry gas with you now when today morning he inspected the product he told that there is the problem with the gas and again he told me that currently there is no gas available in the company. Now voltas company tell me what to do? I am mot expecting anything from voltas in free i paid 40k and my product is in warranty. Kindly solve my problem or if you are not able to solve the problem kindly change the piece or take your product with you i dont want your services. Thankyou.

        I have bought voltas inverter ac 183vczt at [protected]@co salem. But no i can see some kind of gas leakage and formation of ice in a tube, and also the horizontal louver is not working properly. We still have a free service so i request you to send a technician to resolve those problems.

          Dear team,

          I had purchase new voltas 1.5 ton non inverter ac from m/s paresh trading co. Jamkhambhaliya gujarat 361305 during winter season. After installation ac was not used regularly. Few days after when i check the ac, same was not working properly i. E not cooling. I informed your above dealer many times to check the same but they were hiding the fault. Then when i pressured to keep the money which i had paid and also to take back the ac unit, he replace the outdoor unit. After installation the same as working ok. But after 1 week again cooling problem occured. Hence i contacted the same dealer but they used to refused and told to contact the service engineer.

          I had also wrote the mail to [protected]@voltas.com
          Hence solved the above issue on prompt basis or else i will complain further.

          Do also share the area manager contact details for our area mentioned above.

                      Facing gas leakage issue in 1.5 ton window ac almost every year. Last year only, they checked & filled the gas & this year again its same issue. Pathetic customer service. Its almost 6 years that i have purchased this ac & almost every year, i face one problem after another.
                      Every year we log a complaint and service engineer re-fills the gas identifies the problem with a component replaces the component and promises us saying that this issue would not repeat again. However, the issue repeats after couple of months. Once the service engineer changed the coil outside saying the gas is getting leaked from there. Next time they changed some pipe, next time they said the gas is getting leaked inside so they took out the coil and performed soldering after that they did the same thing again with the coil.
                      I don't understand that how many times a issue should repeat to identify the problem and fix it. If it was first or second time then i would not even taken the pain to search for this forum and log a complaint. But this is 4th time we are facing the same issue.

                      Its not even a month & again issue repeated. Last month only, your engineer came & checked the display & filled the gas. But now AC is not even starting. Last year only, its display kit was changed. This is kind of support you guys are providing that your repair work didn't last for one month. Kindly check & resolve it ASAP.

                        Here is the complaint regarding the delivery of fault voltas a c., we purchased a voltas ac 3ton under the name: subramanyam, kaleru from a local shop:shri padma t v centre and home needs, mandapeta, east godavari, andhra pradesh. They deliver the ac n installed on jan 1st 2020. It is not working from the installation itself. They told to change the stabilizer, it was done but still not working. We complained to the shop owner but no response.. We talk with the dealers but no use, instead they are asking extra money..

                                  Since the day we have purchased voltas ac, every session we are required to fill gas twice. Is there no quality check while manufacturing products. We are really in trouble from the day we purchased your product.
                                  We purchased it just because of indian tata product but you guys are cheating indians. I would recommenced people never to buy voltas product.
                                  This session again ac is not cooling again repairs, fed up of this product. Shame shame voltas for such a 3rd class products.

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,

                                        We have purchased an voltas split ac from vijay sales on[protected]
                                        And having problem till now, installer didn't provide stand for motor/fan but they put it directly to window grill and due to vibration of motor/fan gas always leaks.

                                        We have used occasionally filling gas and been changing many things every six months and spending 2500rs/6months.

                                        Recently we have spent about 6500 rs to change the condenser and fin
                                        But still having cooling issue.

                                        We want to repair this from your service provider.

                                        Please advise for the same.
