I have purchased a voltas ac on september 2019from the first day ac colling was not working, i log a complaint and they changed thier gastwo days later again it again stopped, similarly the ac gas was being replaced many a times. Now after opening the grill other functions are not working properly. When i asked for replacement of ac they abuse me.

Due to non gas we cant run our AC and without AC we both my self and my wife cant sleep in Night, & both are Sr. Citizen more then 65 years old . Air conditioners leaking. This 2nd or 3rd time it’s happening. I think it is due faulty installation. Please solve it immediately. Both the a/c’s having the same problem. Details of items is given below:

Dear costomer support team,

I purchased voltas 70 litre capacity with remotecontrol. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work & cooling air isn't coming, please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

Last year I purchased 1.5 TON 5 star invertor AC. There is water leakage problem in indoor uniit. Problem occurring from last week..

I purchased the voltas ac 1 year back and that one was the defective product, the installation was done and after the day of the installation there was the issue with the cooling, i called the cuatomer care and the next day they send the technician after detecting the problem he told us that there is the problem with the gas and currently company does have the gas so as soon as we get the gas we will solve your problem and my problem was solved after a week. From the last 1 year i used my product for only a week, now when 5 days back i had seen that the product is again not working i complaint about this and told the technician that there will be the issue with the gas so please carry gas with you now when today morning he inspected the product he told that there is the problem with the gas and again he told me that currently there is no gas available in the company. Now voltas company tell me what to do? I am mot expecting anything from voltas in free i paid 40k and my product is in warranty. Kindly solve my problem or if you are not able to solve the problem kindly change the piece or take your product with you i dont want your services. Thankyou.

I have bought voltas inverter ac 183vczt at [protected]@co salem. But no i can see some kind of gas leakage and formation of ice in a tube, and also the horizontal louver is not working properly. We still have a free service so i request you to send a technician to resolve those problems.

I had purchase new voltas 1.5 ton non inverter ac from m/s paresh trading co. Jamkhambhaliya gujarat 361305 during winter season. After installation ac was not used regularly. Few days after when i check the ac, same was not working properly i. E not cooling. I informed your above dealer many times to check the same but they were hiding the fault. Then when i pressured to keep the money which i had paid and also to take back the ac unit, he replace the outdoor unit. After installation the same as working ok. But after 1 week again cooling problem occured. Hence i contacted the same dealer but they used to refused and told to contact the service engineer.

Hence solved the above issue on prompt basis or else i will complain further.

The outer unit Fan is not working, as a result the AC is not cooling.

Voltas water cooler ps 40/80 n r 134a ser no 6010293p19d000121 was purchased from jaipur during jul 2020 and installed at kawas, barmer, rajasthan in a company cluster no 01, c/o mohan lal mali. This water cooler is not cooling water for last 2-3 days. Since this item is still guarantee period, kindly depute a mechanic for its repair as soon as possible.

I have a purchased a new ac window and after unlocking new ac fan is not giving air and customer care is also. not. responding.

I am going to sue them, i will case against them that. they are just looting the customers .

Dear sir/madam, my name is shubham khandelwal, i purched new ac voltas inverter r32 two month ago.ac not properly colling temperature 27 to 30•c.

Facing gas leakage issue in 1.5 ton window ac almost every year. Last year only, they checked & filled the gas & this year again its same issue. Pathetic customer service. Its almost 6 years that i have purchased this ac & almost every year, i face one problem after another.
Every year we log a complaint and service engineer re-fills the gas identifies the problem with a component replaces the component and promises us saying that this issue would not repeat again. However, the issue repeats after couple of months. Once the service engineer changed the coil outside saying the gas is getting leaked from there. Next time they changed some pipe, next time they said the gas is getting leaked inside so they took out the coil and performed soldering after that they did the same thing again with the coil.
I don't understand that how many times a issue should repeat to identify the problem and fix it. If it was first or second time then i would not even taken the pain to search for this forum and log a complaint. But this is 4th time we are facing the same issue.

Here is the complaint regarding the delivery of fault voltas a c., we purchased a voltas ac 3ton under the name: subramanyam, kaleru from a local shop:shri padma t v centre and home needs, mandapeta, east godavari, andhra pradesh. They deliver the ac n installed on jan 1st 2020. It is not working from the installation itself. They told to change the stabilizer, it was done but still not working. We complained to the shop owner but no response.. We talk with the dealers but no use, instead they are asking extra money..

Bought window AC on June 2019, since last year complaining that AC is not working properly, electricity tripping while compressor gets on. But Voltas every time sending unqualified engineer.
