Voltas — NO ONE IS COMING FOR AC SERVICE///

I have called to your customer care on sunday that is 22-march-2015 for the AC service, I have got the SMS that executive will visit in 24 hours. your guy came to my home on 23-mar evening, but was not able to do service because of electricity issue, so he said I will come tomorrow.but on same day evening I have got the SMS that your concern has been resolved from voltas if you are satisfied than reply or else reply with 2, so I replied to 2. than I received a call from some guy on 24-mar-2015, he was saying I am coming to your place but I will provide dry service only I asked why so he said if you want wet service than I will come tomorrow.but today is 26-mar-2015 and no one has visited yet. will u guys provide the free service or not please tell me clearly because I'll get it done from my end than. purchase date : 30-apr-2014 ac : window capicity : 1.5 ton

THEY GUYS DON'T EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY ON MAIL, I HAVE MARKED FIRST MAIL ON 26-MAR-2015 BUT EVERYTIME I AM GETTING AUTO RESPONSE ONLY.
MAIL ID : [protected]@VOLTAS.COM AND [protected]@VOLTAS.COM (THESE MAIL ID'S ARE OF NO USE)

I HAVE TWEETED ON VOLTAS OFFICIAL TWEETER ACCOUNT ON 3-APRIL BUT STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.

ATTACHED ARE THE PROOFS IF MAIL WHICH I HAVE MARKED AND SMS FROM VOLTAS ALSO.

NO ONE SHOULD BUY VOLTAS AC ITS A FACT.
