We ordered a gown on this website. On 27th december, order delivered. We paid cash of 2587rs./-. The delivery guy even asked this may be fraud. And then all the torn cut clothes was there in the box. Now there is no response on the number on website and we have been a victim of the fraud. Please don't buy this. Delete this website. These guys are the biggest frauds and they even don't response.

    I ordered saree and churidar materials from this company, just received a parcel containing old saree and 2 dupattas against ordered dress from bluelady.in it was cod we paid1600 rupees and received the parcel. Realy i was shocked i ordered 1 chiffon saree and 2 silk churidar materials, they cheated me nicely return but they didn't refund the money. This company is fraud, any possibilities to refund the money? Anybody can help me, please

    They sent wrong product that to torned one. They not even response properly. The address in parcel is fake. No reply in whatsapp also. They r very fraud site. Please close that site. Please don't order in this site. Very fraud
    I have ordered churidars of nice design and colour, but they have given cloth pieces .fraud and dirty company.dont purchase products of blue lady.the website also not opening now, I have given return complaint but no use .I purchased it for 1400 rs, my money lost.dont purchase products .dummy company

      I had ordered designer lehenga from blulady.in online on 30th december 2018. On 4th jan 2019 i received the courier. I paid cash of 862rs. But when i came home and opened the courier there were waste piece clothes. This is fake website and cheating people. I requested for return but have not received any response from them. Please help me in getting back the amount of 862rs i have paid.

        Voonik.com — received a waste cloth pieces instead of a saree which I had ordered.

        I ordered one saree about 646/- rupees from bluelady on 22nd december (Ordered number #11449). But i received waste cloth pieces instead of the saree which i ordered. I had attached the pics what i ordered and what ihad received. I had applied for refund. They sent a text message, that you will get refund in 10 days. But still i had not get my money. I mailed them 2 times but no response from their side. This site is fraud. Don't order anything...

          I ordered a kurti in blue lady. I received the shipment through the courier. I paid rs.538/- and collected the ordered kurti. While opening the box, i got shocked because only some cut pieces of clothes found in the box. I called the consumer cell no. Was switched off. How i can sue on the fraud company. I want to lodge complaint against these fraudsters. Give me the solution on the issue....

          I ordered 3 kurtis but i received three old sarees of very cheap quality. They said they will refund in 10 days but they did nothing. They cheat people we should not believe these website. They a whatsapp number and a customer care number both the numbers are switched off. They cheat people showing cheap prices but the send things which are not worth the amount we pay. Share this if you want to save your money.

            Voonik.com — torn clothes received

            I have ordered a gown from this site and instead of gown they have sent me torn clothes. Total garbage they have sent. Order was of 754rs. Which was cod.
            This is completely fake website address that they have given is also fake.
            Courier service they used is delhivery.
            Order id is 13953.
            Now they are not picking up phone nor replying on whatsapp not even on mail. I tried everything but its not working.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered a shoe last month but the shoe i got was different. So i have informed for reverse pick up but still they dint turn up for taking the shoe back.
                      I have called the customer care more than 5 times they are informing that within 24 hours they will come and pick the product. But we could not see anyone coming.

                            I have ordered a shoe . Made the Payment online . (Transaction amount is 638 for the payment was executed by 22.47pm. on 15th july, 2018 ).

                                  I had ordered a kurti which showed bright red color in the pic.. Whereas the one that i have received is of dull red color.. Also it is not properly stitched as the white thread lining around the neck is clearly visible nd is very loose also.. It seems it can tear off only after 1st wash.. The cloth quality is very poor.. It is nt at all appearing like a new kurti.. I think it will be a total waste after its 1st wash.. Price too high for such a cheap quality kurti
