We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your order was shipped through courier agency Evahan but unfortunately it was lost/damage by them so they couldn't deliver to you on time. We have escalated this case to logistics team and they are investigating with courier agency. We do not want you to wait anymore, hence we have refunded the entire amount and it'll reflect to your account in next 5-7 days.

    I have purchased an order from voonik site and now while returning i am facing with problem as ur customer executive have not send me any mail through which i could send my bank details to you for further processing of returning of order no R[protected]. i have called customer executive 10 times but they are busy. now i want to know that how would i return my order on time. this is my first shooping through this site and i felt very uncomfortable with this sites response.

        I've placed an order having 2 products and bearing order no. R[protected] on 25/10/2015. I received the same on 31st oct having invoice of the whole order but i received only one product among the 2. now they are showing that the whole order has been delivered. and after my continuous effort of getting in contact with the customer care team., i was asked to return the one i received and get the amount refunded, which is a clear wastage of my time and money. after my denial they promised me to contact next day with a solution but they never did. and now my calls are not going through and being disconnected all the time. i even mailed them 5 to 6 times for which i didnt get a single reply. so now my money and my product is stuck with you people and i am facing continous wastage of time and money by fruitlessly trying to contact you guys. if my matter wont be settled soon then i am afaid that i have to take legal actions against you.

          well.. i thank you for the consideration. but actually i bought that lehnga uder the offer of buy 1 get 1 so the credits wont be any good to me as i will not be getting the discount. its just like i wasted my time and money and waited long enough to have the same lehnga at the same old price. so, please either give me 50% discount coupon or deliver the same old lehnga which i bought at the first place. moreover, it is saying that my credits should be equal to that lehnga amount in order to have cash on delivery. now how could i rely on paying through my card and expecting for a timely delivery when you guys have done such a mess.? and why should i pay when i got that lehnga under an offer?

                  On 9th of October I placed an order for set of 4 leggings on Voonik.com on COD. I did receive the product, not one but two. As I was out of home at the time of delivery, my relative received the products and paid for two. I opened one parcel and found the product damaged. I contacted to customer services and asked both the products to be returned. They agreed and told me that they will arrange courier service for returning the products. Till date no one came to my door to pick the parcels up. I wrote to them several times but now they have stopped responding to me.

After opening the parcel I came to know that the saree I received is torn and threads are cut from many places. The phone number given on the invoice and website is not working[protected].                             I made online payment for buying "Valehri White Faux Georgete Saree" from IDBI bank on 08th Nov 2015 at around 11:30 Pm. After the payment process, the amount was deducted from my IDBI account. After some time page refreshed and instead of generating order id, I got this page with error:

                            1. Something went wrong with the order.
                            2. Sorry, Delivery or Cash on delivery might not be available to your location.

                                Please think twice before buying any item from voonik.com. This site not only cheats people but also harrass them when some body tries to lodge a complaint. Mine is a clear cut case of severe negligence, fraud and cheating. I HAD ORDERED SAREES IN BULK consisting of 10 items. One of the Product that was ordered has order no [protected] costing 929 rupees. In my case voonik delivered product of 397 rupees printed inside the box and also different from description. if this mistake by them would have not happened, we would have hardly notice this cheating. Moreover when I tried to raise complain against it I was told about the cumbersome process o[censored]ploading the pics and what not... I am highly disappointed by the behavior of voonik's customer care staff who repeatedly insisted me to prove that the product has been delivered wrongly without coming forth with any help... Above all even after copying with the whole cumbersome process, they told a long list of bureaucratic process. I suspect that owner is some old cheat government bureaucrat. GOD FORBID, BEWARE IF PRODUCT DELIVERED IS FOUND DEFECTIVE. Since money is already gone, and you are at their mercy. I guess people in customer support are hired for supporting customers and not casting aspersions on the genuine complaints lodged by the customers... its high time that voonik should overhaul its faulty process of delivery and hopeless customer care system and stop practice of cheating. In nut shell my experience with voonik is nothing less than a nightmare and will always act as a deterrence to avoid any future buying with voonik... and will always opt for better and reliable online retailer like snapdeal, myntra or amazon.                                     I ordered for a saree R[protected] and I received a wrong colour saree.I have informed them for the return of the saree and shared my bank information thrice. but still there is no response and i even spoke with Ms. Kalai about the issue, I was informed that the amount will be refunded in 24 hrs and the product will be taken return in 48 hrs. But nothing of that sort happened. Today I called the customer service to cordinate wit Ms.Kalai to find out what happened. I was informed that she was out for lunch and she will call me back in few minutes. After 2 hrs I called again to customer service but they were continuously disconnecting my call. very very worst behavior.

                                      I had ordered 5 items from voonik.com on 8th june out of which only 2 arrived. When I complained about it they told me to be patient and that the product is likely to be delivered by 25th june which did not happen. I again complained and the again told me that the product will reach by 29th june. It is 30th june today and it has been 22 days since I ordered the product. The payment of all 5 items has been made at the time of purchase. When i sent a message saying that i want the remaining amount of the 3 items i was not replied at all. When i called they didn't pick up my call. My order no is R[protected] and was made on voonik.com. please kind look into this.
