The product quality is so low that I have never imagined. Although its cotton only still the kind of material being used is like that if it would have been infront of my eyes, I would have never given it even a single look.

Also not even ''lining'' is being used which is o[censored]tmost necessity for any such dress. What if even we Customers would have paid them with half duplicate notes?
I even tried reaching them via customer support no but its out of service. Now ''Voonik'', will you plz tell me how should I return your product and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

I ordered this pink top and it was delayed due to some reason bt today I received the message that the delivery was failed when he didnt even attempt it .kidly deliver our products in tym.we were at home and has not even rang up.kindly deliver my parcel.I needed it today and it couldnt reach me in tym.

I have paid this as cash on delivery for an amount of RS.707/- plz arrange for my money back.                   This is to bring to the notice of the voonik that i have order a ishin black and pink embroider suit from voonik. But the result i got was disgusting. When the delivery was made, for the first time, i received a green suit, 'though embroided'. Since green was neither my taste nor my order, i put up a complain for exchanging it. But after exchanging the quality of the suit is worser than the last one. The suit is of green and white color and i'm not at all going to accept this. I ordered for a cotton suit and got this kind of material. Did i really pay 700-750 rs for this kind of thing? I want it to be changed as soon as possible and this time with the right suit and not this kind of crap. The last time my only problem was the colour. But this time every single thing in this suit is my problem from material to design to colour.

                    I juz found your company very useless... Am tempered up to the point for your bad customer support service.. Extremely absymal.. I returned a dress two weeks befre and the refund money have been creedited as voonik credits in my account.. How do i redeem my voonik credits.. I want my money back which i paid for the returned dres.. U juzz leisurelly picked up the dres.. An what about my money.. It went useless?..                       I had ordered black heels of London steps in april. Product was available on site so I ordered it. But the very next moment it said product is unavailable so it's been cancelled. But I could see the availability of product even next day. Could you please tell me why this lie?                               I had purchased three sarees through Voonik.com. Among the supplies, namely M/s Jegadamba creation had supplied some other designed saree with lower quality for Rs.389/-. Hence it was duly returned to them thro' their representative on 26.04.2017. The said saree was quoted as "Luga Fancy Multi color Bhagalpuri silk saree Light green silk saree - Rs.389/-
                              Till date the amount is not returned.

                                I have ordered a spiky parrot green shoes worth rs 453 order no m[protected] i am paid in my dabit card from voonik having order no. M[protected] on 26.04.2017 with a confirmation message that the will be delivered in my address on or before 3 may 2017.
