I want to return items of order no. M[protected] at mr. Voonik, delivered on 4th june, 2017. The price refund system to my bank account is having a problem.
Although i'm entering my acc no. Twice correctly, it still says acc no. Isn't matching. I can't even return the products.
The customer care email id - [protected]@mrvoonik.com is also not helping me. Please help me. I want to return it.

      I have paid 528 rs and only 499 is returned y?

      It's a size issue den y i have to pay d shipping charges on other online sites m size fits me but voonik size chart is sumthin different... Der is some problem wid ur size chart n u guys are looting people.

      I want complete refund of 528 rs or i m going to post this on social media... Let everyone know how voonik is doing its business.

        I have returned the product but i have not received the amount to my bank account. Please do as soon as possible. I don't know why this happens. Return my money as early as possible. I have returned the product 10 days ago. But i have not received money. But you have informed that i t will be returned in 3, 4 business days. It is not fair for not returning the money.           I ordered "Raabta Red Net Short Dress" of Rs. 524 and got totally changed product. When i was trying to exchange then it was unable to process so finally i had to return that wrong product(Cost 349 rs.)My Order number is R[protected]. And i got money back only 494 Rs.
          If Voonik people do not have such command on their software/department then why are they making fool to us and not refunding the amount which they took from me.
          This is totally wrong.

          Either voonik should deliver the same product or return full money(524Rs).

            As per my order no r[protected] i have returned three product and return confirmation sms received on 18.05.17. But on 19.05.17 i have received payment refund confirmation sms only for one product. Till date 25.05.17 no amount credited to my account. I need a proper feedback within 24 hours otherwise i shall take necessary action. None of one customer care number response and their is no such customer support e-mail id.

                This is Sumeen Rattan a customer of your site. I bought a top a few days back which costed me around 485 Rs. including Delivery charges and some how i dint fit me so i returned the product and the refund which was given to me was 455 Rs. I just wanted to clarify where did the extra 30 rs go which probably would have been delivery charges.

                So i called your customer care number and got a response which wasn't convincing at all. I request you to please look into the matter and refund the rest of the amount which is deducted for no reason.

                All the e- commerce websites return the exact amount of refund which they have charged for the product + its delivery. I don't understand your policy of not returning the delivery charges. It's a small amount i could have let it go but then as a genuine customer who keeps shopping online. I thought to give a feedback and raise a query.

                Please look into the matter and initiate refund asap.

                                  I made a purchase of 4500/- earlier this month and I returned the items because if the size issue. But the refund isn't made. I don't the credits. I need my money as soon as possible. Please make sure you do it at the earnest. Is this how you treat your customers? I need my refund. 4500/- isn't a small amount. Make sure the refund is made as quickly as possible. I've been mailing and contacting. But none responds correctly. And please remove your stupid website and application. Nothing properly works!                                         I have ordered for dungree dress product details shoppertree cotton linen dungarees for women cost rs 838 it was ordered on 05/05/2017 and recieved it on 12/05/2017 the product was a dress shown in the picture and I had order for a dungree dress but I have received a pant which is totally different from what I had ordered I had Oder for a dress but it's a pant when I get this is totally disappointing from the site it is shown what and getting what totally disappointing now I would like to request to please help me out for returning it back the product and requesting to refund my amount charged .
