We are sorry, that we had to cancel your exchange order after keeping you on hold since April 21st. We were expecting fresh stocks of “Manav Sandals(465061)" when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order. We have processed refund in your Mrvoonik credits on April 29th.

    I had ordered a glory bracelet watch last week which costs 428 Rs including cod charge and all the charges a and I received the watch this week and the product was a damaged product so I had placed an complaint a few days ago and the product was taken over by a sales executive yesterday but the product was not replaced it was taken over and the money is also not yet returned so I request to refund the amount of Rs428

        My amount has not been returned i placed an order for a kurta on voonik its amount is 474 my order no is r [protected] but due to small size i returned the kurta but i did not receive the bigger size kurta nor the amount please return the amount back as soon as possible we got the message of kurta being returned to voonik on 14 april and also we got the message that the exchange kurta has been dispached but still we have not received the exchange order kurta nor the amount.

          I had ordered an glory bracelet watch order no R [protected] which I had ordered a week back and I got the delivery today which was a damaged product actually the product is totally a damaged product which doesn't work nor fit in hand and paint is also gone so I request the voonik to return the product and replace the product as soon as possible or else please try to refund the money

            Sir i want return my product no.[protected] r[protected] name of product is beige satin chiffon cut work saree. Return authorization number is qfezu. Because it is transparent. And i don't wear transparent saree. The border of saree is also of big size and it may give itching problem which does not suit me. That's why i want to return the product. The picture of saree seen on your site it doesn't give clear idea of material of saree. I appreciate prompt delivery of your service.in future i may purchase other product from your site.                                       On 16/02/2017 i purchased one product. due to damaged condition and request from voonik team i return back to the seller. after that they are initiated and processed to refund the money.
                                      still now i did not get the refund money . i contacted so many time through mail and call. they always ask, our team will notify the same allow us 24 working hours.

                                      almost finished two months. still now voonik team didn't solve my issue.

                                        Its really looking like cheating my money.I dont like the product you have delivered to me so i returned the product, how could you refund the amount to Voonik credit, i paid the amount using my Debit card, In this case you have to refund the AMOUNT TO MY DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT.
