Hi,

I had ordered white color leggings but i got purple color. I had raised a return request with in 24 hours as per there policy . They said they will be communicating with me with in 24 hours but i never got a call from them. They have closed my ticket without any notification.

      My order no. Is R[protected] DT.17 jan, delivery date was 29th jan, but still not received the product. I have written many times but still no responds to my complaints.
      Today is 4th Feb 2016 but still not received the delivery of the product.
      I am very disappointed by the service provided by you.
      You are requested to either deliver my order or cancel my order and give me the refund.

        We are sorry that you didn't like our product. As per the telephonic conversation we have raised the return request. The product will be picked up from your registered address within the next 5 working days by our courier partner and will be sent to our warehouse. Once the product reaches the ware house. Our refund team will initiate the refund within 48 hours and the amount will reflect in your respective bank account within 5-7 working days.

        Please note : The entire process may take up to 15 days.

                My order no.RO 43055468 placed pn 20th january is not yet received . one od ota sub order was cancelled by voonik itself stating that the product was not available and the refund will be done . which till date has not been done.                   Hey my Voonik order number is R[protected]_1 I order 2 different sarees but they gave me the same saree for and they charges me double and now I felt I want to return but unable to connect to customer care they is no response kindly try to collect the product back and refund me back tlmy money.
                  And coming to product quantity it a fraude they shows some thing in site and provide something else.. And got receive from two different courier services

                  I wanna alert every one don't go with the face of farha Khan on advertisement and don't ever purchase any product and don't waste money and precious time of your life...

                    I ordered a jacket on 25/11/2015 and since the size was small, I raised a return request. Its been two months now and they have not initiated a reverse pickup and have not refunded the money.I am continously follwing up but all they say is we have escalated the matter and pick up will be arranged but nothing has happened. Being a frequent customer to Voonik I trusted them with my money but it was a huge mistake.

                        I purchased a great dress from voonik but did not like it. So I requested for return it. I received 1st mail 24/12/15 that delivery boy will pick up the product from your place within 5-7 working days. Still date waiting for pick up boy. please do the need full as soon as possible.

                            I had ordered an combo klick 4 pc leggings from voonik online shopping delivered by snapdeal.Being unsatisfied with the product quality, I returned it and was assured of money being refunded within 7 days.I consistenly waited for 15 days but received no response .Having spoken with the manager this issue is not solved have sent my NEFT details.

                              On dated 7/1/2016 i ordered a saree combo and the order no.was R[protected] and on dated 12/1/2016 received sms that 'your voonik -surat package is arriving through gojavas fulfilled by Gopigeon. please keep INR 643 COD collection ready. on dated 9/1/2016 received a sms from GOJVAS that " received your PIGEN order UNIPINC135395 has been received by gojvas . delivery will be attempted in next 4 to 6 days. again i received a sms from gojvas on dated 12/1/2016 that your PIGEN order UNIPINC135395 is out for delivery. please keep INR 643 ready and i received the consinement after some time. when i open the packet found one saree mismatched as per our online order. at the same time i called the customer care of voonik and inform the problem and registered a complain about this. On dated 14/1/2016a person from voonik name s.k Bhoi con. no- [protected] received the parsal gave a slip . and on dated 19/1/2016 i received a sms from gojavas that " your voonik order UNIVOOP100295 has been received by gajavas. Delivery will be attempted in next 4 to 6 days. on 22/1/2016 again received a sms from gojavas that " your voonik order UNIVOOP100295 is out for delivery. please keep INR 985 ready". My complain is at receive of the product on dated 12/1/2016 i gave rs. 643.00/- as cash on delivery. And for exchange of same combo saree again they are demanding rs. 985.00/- .

                                  Order cancel hone me baad bhi cash return nhi aaye. Transaction hone me baad order cancel hua. Fraud company. Don't trust

                                  Maine 2 top order kiyaa or kisi vajah se wo order cancel ho gya. I paid online but abhi tak mere account me cash vapas nhi aaya h. Kitne time m cash return ho jaata h...??? Mere paas order cancel hone ki koi image nhi hai. Bus inform me ki cash kitne time me return hoga. Account she cash transaction ho chuka that or uske baad order cancel hua.

                                      I ordered couple of items and made the payment online. Right after, I got a confirmation message that order has been placed. But I still see the items in my cart and no product has been delivered. No update regarding the order. This is the second time my money is deducted and very disappointed with this.                                       Hi, I did not get any order id after placing the order. I had contacted voonik customer care for checking the status and the person confirmed that there was some technical glitches and I should be getting a refund in 5-10 days. Its already been more than a week and I haven't got my refund. This is the second time my order is getting cancelled and I'm highly disappointed. Never again placing an order from Voonik.
