I had purchase suit...but that suit is not like as we select...so i just want to return my order...kindly give me suggestion what i do?...

I ordered a sari which didnt match the quality and the design i expected by seeing the catalogue. i otped to return it and they picked it up from my door step but i havent got the money yet, despite of their saying that it wil take 3days at maximum.

return my money, or else i would be forced to take legal actions.

I had order a saree but due to some Diffect i returned on feb9 but my money Was not returned my ur company plzzz return my mony.....

I ordered one product (saree) &received on. 26.02.2016 but it is a defective one so want to return back. but no option showing in it. Voonic Order No. is R[protected] & AWB no. UNIVOOC120841 from Mobile no.[protected]. Customer care no. also not responded. I want to return the product. so accept the saree....

I have orders this product but I have got other cheap product ...so I replaced that but I did not get till now...so please...

Inspite of several reminders to the Company (Voonik), I am not able to track my paid product (order no- R[protected]ordered on 12th Feb, 2016. The product was to be delivered on 21st Feb, 2016 but neither it is delivered nor it is traceable.
Kindly look into the matter....

I ordered a saree, and order num is R[protected], but they delivered som other saree with order num R[protected], please either refund the money or exchange it with the one i ordered...

I have to inform with this complain that i placed order for 2 Dress material as on dated 14/02/2016 and paid all amount with shipping charges by my credit cards and expected delivery date was 21/02/2016, i cant received, so i call to customer care on dated 22/02/2016, the replied me delivery on 24/02/2016, but they can't delivery on 24/02/2016 so i again called to customer but they cat give me proper reply, today i also called to customer...

I m totally disappointed with them...they hv not send me correct order also customer executive told me to pay charge for this...

She had disconnected my call.I m trying to call them back again and again but no response from thr side.I m wasting money in calling.

I hv msg themto give me my correct order or refund me all amount which I have paid.

Pls revert....

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of Voonik. I had placed a return of an order (R[protected] on 12th Feb. Refund was initiated on 17th Feb and i have still not got my refund back. Another ecommerce retailer initiated refund after Voonik & i have got their back, speaks a lot about the efficiency of Voonik.

To top it up, the customer care executives are always busy, minimum wait time is atleast 5-7 minutes....

I have ordered a saree in voonik. But I am not satisfied what I get.so kindly return the same.I wold like to place an another item behalf of this .order id is R[protected]...

I have bought an product from Voonik, and I booked to return the product.
But no body approached to pick up the product, When I contact customer care, they says this will be picked up in 3-5 days time.

I just wanted refund of this product and the product quality is worst

Order no : R[protected] is showing invalid when tracked on gojavas and seller is Ladyzchoice. Yet I have not received any order ID for tracking. Very disappointed by the service you provide I regret buying from your store. Please update me about the tracking order no which is valid....

I was highly disappointed as this is the first time I am making a purchase from this site. Hence, I initiated a return and refund on this item on the day it was delivered itself. This is Lokesh Verma From Delhi i booked a 2 Saree from rabish voonik online shooping my order no is R[protected], R[protected] i booked thease product on 14/02/2016 the delivery date of one product is 24/02/2016 but they are not dileverd by dotzot courier.And the second delivery date is 25/02/2016 but they picked up after 10 days from wear house the courier name is Aramex.that is bullshut company who gives a wrong comitments with the coustmours...

I had ordered a Saree, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved...

Product purchased online from Voonik Tech has not delivered same for which amount was paid.
They have return policy for the product which against of which they are not taking back the product and refunding the amount even after commitment.
Certain complaints have already been made still there is no response yet...
