    I ordered a sari which didnt match the quality and the design i expected by seeing the catalogue. i otped to return it and they picked it up from my door step but i havent got the money yet, despite of their saying that it wil take 3days at maximum.

    return my money, or else i would be forced to take legal actions.

                I have to inform with this complain that i placed order for 2 Dress material as on dated 14/02/2016 and paid all amount with shipping charges by my credit cards and expected delivery date was 21/02/2016, i cant received, so i call to customer care on dated 22/02/2016, the replied me delivery on 24/02/2016, but they can't delivery on 24/02/2016 so i again called to customer but they cat give me proper reply, today i also called to customer care, but TODAY ALSO THEY CANT GIVE ME PROPER REPLY FOR DELAY reason, so please take solid legal action for this, otherwise many more people may suffer the same as me

                    I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of Voonik. I had placed a return of an order (R[protected] on 12th Feb. Refund was initiated on 17th Feb and i have still not got my refund back. Another ecommerce retailer initiated refund after Voonik & i have got their back, speaks a lot about the efficiency of Voonik.

                    To top it up, the customer care executives are always busy, minimum wait time is atleast 5-7 minutes. They are unco-operative. No mechanism for escallation, even if there is, they are not willing to escallate. Spoke to Asmita Khanal and she didn't provide any solutions to my queries, rather arguing . They can't give an approximate ETA for a request. Moreover, customer care number of other websites are toll Free!!!

                    Please treat my request on a priority basis.

                    My first experience with Voonik and such a bad one. I would never recommend it to anyone.

                              Hi,

                              I recently purchased a dress from Voonik. The item I received was entirely different from the item I ordered. I was highly disappointed as this is the first time I am making a purchase from this site. Hence, I initiated a return and refund on this item on the day it was delivered itself. Its been 10 days but so far no response has been made from the company's side. I tried to raise this issue to them, but I faced with no response. Later, I tried calling the customer care number multiple times but no one answered my calls.

                                  This is Lokesh Verma From Delhi i booked a 2 Saree from rabish voonik online shooping my order no is R[protected], R[protected] i booked thease product on 14/02/2016 the delivery date of one product is 24/02/2016 but they are not dileverd by dotzot courier.And the second delivery date is 25/02/2016 but they picked up after 10 days from wear house the courier name is Aramex.that is bullshut company who gives a wrong comitments with the coustmours and they are not given the wright information on the sight.

                                    I had ordered a Saree, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!!

                                      Hi,
                                      I had ordered a Saree, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!!

                                        Product purchased online from Voonik Tech has not delivered same for which amount was paid.
                                        They have return policy for the product which against of which they are not taking back the product and refunding the amount even after commitment.
