I ordered 2 clothes which i needed to exchange due to size issue, voonik mailed that they will not be able to exchange but will refund. now after 2weeks when asked they are refunding very few amount which is not even 50% os what i paid,

very bad system and poor service...

I have purchased Saris From Voonik site and it shows Delivery date was 15th Dec 2015 so for i am Not getting any my product raised compliant there is no use. Useless fellows are sitting in customer customer support team they will send the tick no immediately but not take action on that...

We have placed the order for purchased of 1 no sarees vide Order No. R[protected] but the delivery sarees is colour dificted & bad Condition. So, it is request to please return the same. Date of Delivery 05/01/2016...

My saree range is 664 including shipping charge etc . i called to the supplier so many times but they are not receving my call even not refund my amount....

I have ordered a wallet in Voonik on December 25 2015. Order num is R[protected]. I've mailed them many times but they are not delivering my item. They gave the delivery date 6 jan 2016. But till now they didnot ship it. I doubt its a fraud shopping service. Pls I request you to resolve my problem....

I have ordered a Fashionesta Red And White Silk Embroidery Designer semi stitched stright suit, order no. R[protected]. since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product i wanted to return the same. on my mobile i initiated the return through the app and accordingly, the product with order no. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 5th january, 2016 and i have the pickup receipt with me. however i have not been refunded with the amount...

When i asked for returning a product, the company have taken the product back but they didn't come up with money return. The product cost still not refunded nor they are picking the call....

A Top was ordered on 16th Dec'2015 and the payment was also made, Order#- R[protected]. Since it was not delivered for many days i sent a mail to [protected]@voonik.com & since then when i ask for the status they reply me telling that somebody will attend to it within 48hrs or 2 days but till now i have not received any proper response....

I have ordered Sari from Voonik long time back ( ORDER NO. R[protected] but due to Quality Issues has processed RETURN of order. No one came back for pickup for more than 1 month and then I raised query to Customer Support. After that also I was asked to Courier the package and attach courier slip receipt in email and my Order & Courier amount will be refunded. But there was no where written for this policy. I ordered a saree on, i get it replace as the product is totally different from the displayed one so I get it returned and after that it's being two month, neither I get the amount nor any support from voonik from where I get the order. . the worst and disappointing experience ....

The Picture of the Product (CODE_ 2209741) which was shown in the Website and the product delivered to me is different. I am not sure whether i will get back my money if i return the saree. I had written them but i received no reply yet...

I, ruzina chowdhury, south ramnagar(west)tripura, pin=799001, I placed an order(R[protected] on 4.10.15(for 2 sarres)rs.1023/online payment by using iob debit card.i m not getting the product& cancelled the order through calling in customer care or mailing to [protected]@voonik.com, but till now refund is not getting, further i talk for my refund to customer care exceutive&send mail also, then they told they already initiated refund in my a/c...

I ordered for a sarree in Voonik on December 14th and received the product on 28 December. The saree I orederd and the one I received was entirely different and seemed to have a cheap look. I sent a mail to take back the product and replace with the one I had ordered or give the money back. I have been sending continuous mails for which they reply they shall take it back through their delivery person since 30 December and till date nothing...

I have returned the product to the executive of voonik and i received a message saying my money will be credited to my account within 24hr (This msg i have received on 4/1/16) but till now the amount is not credited. The same experience is faced by two of my friends and also we are unable to contact Customer care executive people, so guys i would suggest all voonik online shopper not to use Voonik any more for there shopping as there are...

Product has been taken back by voonik bt the money has not been refunded trying so many times to contact customer Care services but no response I'm totally fed up with voonik service I need my amount to be refunded back within 12 hrs...
