I ordered 2 clothes which i needed to exchange due to size issue, voonik mailed that they will not be able to exchange but will refund. now after 2weeks when asked they are refunding very few amount which is not even 50% os what i paid,

very bad system and poor service...

Since it was not delivered for many days i sent a mail to [protected]@voonik.com & since then when i ask for the status they reply me telling that somebody will attend to it within 48hrs or 2 days but till now i have not received any proper response....
