I ordered 2 clothes which i needed to exchange due to size issue, voonik mailed that they will not be able to exchange but will refund. now after 2weeks when asked they are refunding very few amount which is not even 50% os what i paid,

very bad system and poor service

                  I have ordered a Fashionesta Red And White Silk Embroidery Designer semi stitched stright suit, order no. R[protected]. since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product i wanted to return the same. on my mobile i initiated the return through the app and accordingly, the product with order no. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 5th january, 2016 and i have the pickup receipt with me. however i have not been refunded with the amount in respect of the return. moreover the executive have not given me any response as i was told and have not recieved any mail. kindly address to the concern.

                          I have ordered Sari from Voonik long time back ( ORDER NO. R[protected] but due to Quality Issues has processed RETURN of order. No one came back for pickup for more than 1 month and then I raised query to Customer Support. After that also I was asked to Courier the package and attach courier slip receipt in email and my Order & Courier amount will be refunded. But there was no where written for this policy. How can I send Courier and What was the guarantee that my amount will be refunded. Since the only excuse was reverse pickup was not arranged by Voonik, So I had picked the package myself from deleivered location and came to Noida ( NCR ) . Now can you please arrange pickup from my Noida location . Please call me for getting my Noida location @ [protected]

                          We are sorry that you didn't like our product .We have tried reaching on your registered contact number but you have been unavailable.We understand it must be hassle for you to pack and send the product back to the seller. We have different courier partners for delivery and return pick up. Our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city . We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. please send the package to the seller and send us a mail with the courier slip. Seller address is given in the bill attached with your package.

                                    I ordered for a sarree in Voonik on December 14th and received the product on 28 December. The saree I orederd and the one I received was entirely different and seemed to have a cheap look. I sent a mail to take back the product and replace with the one I had ordered or give the money back. I have been sending continuous mails for which they reply they shall take it back through their delivery person since 30 December and till date nothing has been done on this issue.

But unfortunately, your location is a NSZ(Non service able zone)Our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city . We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. please send the package to the seller and send us a mail with the courier slip.                                       I have returned the product to the executive of voonik and i received a message saying my money will be credited to my account within 24hr (This msg i have received on 4/1/16) but till now the amount is not credited. The same experience is faced by two of my friends and also we are unable to contact Customer care executive people, so guys i would suggest all voonik online shopper not to use Voonik any more for there shopping as there are may other good online shopping sites.

When the item will reach to Seller warehouse and quality check will be successfully done, refund amount will be given into your account. (Bank/Voonik Account).                                         Product has been taken back by voonik bt the money has not been refunded trying so many times to contact customer Care services but no response I'm totally fed up with voonik service I need my amount to be refunded back within 12 hrs
