This is with reference to my order R[protected] "Pink Top"

Its been almost 2 weeks that I have put the return request for the said top and no one till date has turned.

Issue while calling Voonik customer care at[protected]
1. I must have made atleast 5 - 6 calls and there customer executive are very unprofessional
2. Whenever I call there customer executive, they are just putting my calls on hold...

On 19 december 2015 I have ordered the zeel fashion karishma kapur georgette blue ambrodary work best fancy dress when this order is delivered to me so because of product quality i have returned this order
and till now i have didn’t got my money for this product back about this issue i have also called to the voonik support number many times but i didn’t got any response so i am requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible...

We have ordered one item from voonik order no. R[protected] on date 10 march 2016 AWB no. is[protected] ..
on site they show the 2 items but by delivery we got only 1 item total price of item is 567 how ever give 567 rupees for 2 items but while opening it we get only one item on which the rate tag is also available of rupee 260....

I need to exchange this dress as it has got the fitting problem ...
there is no customer care no available on this packet ..
can you please contact me [protected] I would like to exchange this order...

I have ordered a saree that was not good which i got, as it is not same as in which i have seen in website Company name ( VOONIK.COM) i have returned back the saree next day itself My order no ( R[protected] i got the saree on dated 04.03.2016. I have returned the saree on dated 06.03.2016. I called up the customer care they told tne money will be return back in 4 days. They are not responding properly and giving money back ....

I ordered a clothe from voonik.com through Debit card on 24 feb but they do not deliver my clothes try to message them but didn't get any reasonable response. they keep procrastinate.

I want full refund of my money....

The quality of the product is not as per standard shown in image on voonik.com. there is no option showing in voonik.com how to return. My order I'd is R[protected]. Invoice no:[protected]
The product is sold by Fabboom, "C-206" Surat. By voonik. I am not satisfied with product so I want to return it. Product code 2850802...

Previous order no.[protected].[protected] which were placed before and made payments later it was found that both the shipments were found faulty and returned herewith. by assuring for adjustment in new order.

i have order for new one (no.[protected] but the adjustment could not be done. You are therefore requested to send my order by adjusting the amount of previous order.

Very cheap service
We had ordered jh impex pack of 8 mulitcolor solid leggings 1 large size. It was ordered on[protected] it got delivered on 01/02/2016 with order # - r[protected]. We paid rs.798 for this product and we received a xxl size product. We raised a complaint with voonik on 1st february itself and asked for refund. The person came to collect the product on 10 february. But still, up till now today is 11th march and we have...

I purchase one hangbag (code.2959799) and one Jaipur kurti XL (code.3019932) from Voonik through online shopping by using my debit card on February 24/2016 after the transaction is successful it shows my my order no is R[protected] and mail me product will delivered within ten days but till now I didn't get it..so am so disappointed...am from punalur, Kollam dist, kerala...

Hi, I had done a COD purchase of a dress, but as the material was not good, I returned it the very next day, But i haven't received any call or mail for the payment which I have made????...

I will suggest not to buy any product from such a fraud company...

I ordered a lehanga When I opened it was completely different from what I saw. I returned the product next day itself, and also i have a mail from voonik "Your refund request for following transaction is being processed
and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days."
But im following more than 15 days, till now money not credited into my account.

I order a saree which doesnt satisfy me a bit so i returned it 10 day before and still i didnot get my money of Rs 599 either u charged me delivery amount also but refund atleast product .if your company provide this type of great service nobody dare to order something from u all site.pls refund as soon as possible.
