This is with reference to my order R[protected] "Pink Top"

Its been almost 2 weeks that I have put the return request for the said top and no one till date has turned.

Issue while calling Voonik customer care at[protected]
1. I must have made atleast 5 - 6 calls and there customer executive are very unprofessional
2. Whenever I call there customer executive, they are just putting my calls on hold for almost 10 - 15 days and later the calls are getting disconnected. Is this the way they handle the call of there customers ?

I am very disappointed with Voonik services.

      on site they show the 2 items but by delivery we got only 1 item total price of item is 567 how ever give 567 rupees for 2 items but while opening it we get only one item on which the rate tag is also available of rupee 260.

                Previous order no.[protected].[protected] which were placed before and made payments later it was found that both the shipments were found faulty and returned herewith. by assuring for adjustment in new order.

                    Very cheap service
                    We had ordered jh impex pack of 8 mulitcolor solid leggings 1 large size. It was ordered on[protected] it got delivered on 01/02/2016 with order # - r[protected]. We paid rs.798 for this product and we received a xxl size product. We raised a complaint with voonik on 1st february itself and asked for refund. The person came to collect the product on 10 february. But still, up till now today is 11th march and we have not yet receievd a refund for that. Neither the service team from voonik tried to contact us after the product reached them nor they refunded our money. Today when i called them they tell me they want a receipt # for the order that was picked up. Wasn't it was their duty to call as back and take down the receipt #???
                    Y the hell it was delayed so much. Really a cheap customer service from them. Now they tell me unless we don't have the receipt # we cannot refund your money we are sorry. What the bull it is. I want my money back within 4 days or i will raise a complaint against voonik to the police. Will never in life order anything from voonik. Nor i will suggest any one to buy it. This is the 3rd time we are facing this problem. We made a big mistake by giving them a chance. Cheeeeaapppp serviceeeee.

                            My initial order no R[protected] placed on 22nd february. I immediately asked it to be cancelled. Yet they sent it across and I was forced to accept as the delivery guy said he cannot take it back. To my horror it was not what i ordered. I had asked for a different variety as mentioned on voonik website and I get totally different product, material, colour and not at all standard size. I ask for return and immediate refund. There are many to and fro mails most of them are automated mails and no proper response. Called innumerable times and I was then asked to take snap shot and send across to them. Later I get a call asking the images to be sent across to homeshop18. From then on these guys are just gaining time and never have ever done anything productive. They do not share thr contacts of the escalation matrix. The people in the hierarchy are asleep and unaware. Each time a mail is sent a ticket gets generated of no use.

                                voonik tech resolved our problem, we recieved refunded amount
                                I had oddered a saree on voonik.com .I had oddered p3 designer sarees printed bhagalpuri silk saree with blouse.But I got an ordinary saree and low quality.so I want to return the saree plz come and pick it up and send my money back by cash.

                                  I have sent mail to their customer care to refund money .but no revert ..

                                    I ordered a lehanga When I opened it was completely different from what I saw. I returned the product next day itself, and also i have a mail from voonik "Your refund request for following transaction is being processed
                                    and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days."
                                    But im following more than 15 days, till now money not credited into my account.

                                    Voonik cheating customers money. I have purchased lehenga from voonik, but the product is not satified, so i returned the product next day itself. They send the delivery boy to collect the product as soon possible (Next day itself). But for refund more than 15 days iam following but refund money not credited into my account. Please take neccesary action to get back my money and also to close this kind of online cheaters.

                                      I order a saree which doesnt satisfy me a bit so i returned it 10 day before and still i didnot get my money of Rs 599 either u charged me delivery amount also but refund atleast product .if your company provide this type of great service nobody dare to order something from u all site.pls refund as soon as possible.
