I have been ordered a saree 20 days back it has been not delivered saying that not reachable and I got a meggase that refund has been initiated but the cash has not been refunded till yet.Please refund the money ASAP.

I have ordered TF latest red printed gown on 6february my order number is R[protected] the delivery date was 17 but i have not get the delivery yet.When i will get my delivery? i need the dress in urgent...

I ordered a dress material order no R[protected] form voonik.com but the dress I was delivered is totally different from the one I ordered and now they are attentng my calls nor any return is submitted...

I ordered a dress from voonik.com on 28th decmber 2015 with the order no R[protected]. I got the product on 1st january and the product was not to the mark. I innitated a return request on 2nd january itself and i was told that my product would be picked up in a week and in 10 days i will get the refund. When the product wasnt taken from my place in 7 days i lauched a request regarding the same on 9th jan 2016 with the Ticket ID...

I ordered 4 sarees under order no # R[protected] from which I received only 3. when i complained, they say it is delevered and when i asked for proof they sent me delivery slip of different saree.

my complaint was for green georget saree with black border -- shipment number [protected] aramax for which i need POD if delevered

they sent me POD for [protected] which i have received

If it is not...

Please find the enclosed COD draft which has not booked by me but unfortunately it has been received and paid by me worth of Rs.476.
by fault two kurtis delivered please manage to return one kurti. For this whom I contact ? please mention in this email by reply or call me over my mob [protected] so that I can return it properly.

I ordered the saree in biege colour with red design and golden inside border and velvet black border red outside velvet border it is completely different I got saree in brown with red outside border golden and white inside with white pallu. It is different I ordered this saree for my daughters farewell party which is within 6 days how will I manage trusted and...

I ordered a tamanna sraee of order no: R[protected]& order date feb 09, 2016 and invice no.[protected] I got a completely different dress. I called up the customer care executives and they are constantly saying it as busy. I need my money rs.607 rupees back at any cost. Please take your product back. Don't fool the customers this way. I need a reply. This behaviour is so cheap and disgusting...mangla kotecha...

I have requested for return product more than 1 month back. I sent a few emails n I was assured of picking up product in 5 days.. 2 days.. 10 days.now its been more than a month. I want my money back whether u pick your return product or not. There is no accountability on your part towards your customer.WORST SERVICE !...

The worst customer care service i have ever seen...i have placed the order till now no respond accept mail...that too the day of delivery is fluctuating...some time within 9 days delivery then 5 days now again 10 days...from 3 days i am trying yo call customer support all time busy...worst service...

It has been more than 10 days now, I have not recived any call from voonik,
I don't know what stage my order is.
I am really upset with the service provided .
When called on customer care number, no one picks up the phone.

I have received my voonik order no. R[protected] COD-692 Paid 700/- through carrier gojavas From Gopigen dated 18.02.2016, but i want to return this product bcoz of poor quality very this material of this product...
So i want to return and refund my amount Rs.700 in my account..at the earliest. I have permanent client of Snapdeal and i am full satisfy to that...but i am not satisfy with this material...very cheap, poor and thin leggings...

I am really disappointed with voonik service. I have ordered Black Printed Kurti (CODE: 652115) on 02/02/16 and the delivery date was 15/02/16. In the tracked history, product is not yet dispatched and I have already done the payment as prepaid. This is totally irritating and I need the refund for the product that I have ordered. Please do the needful as soon as possible....
