Hi,

I have been ordered a saree 20 days back it has been not delivered saying that not reachable and I got a meggase that refund has been initiated but the cash has not been refunded till yet.Please refund the money ASAP.

        Sir,
        I ordered a dress from voonik.com on 28th decmber 2015 with the order no R[protected]. I got the product on 1st january and the product was not to the mark. I innitated a return request on 2nd january itself and i was told that my product would be picked up in a week and in 10 days i will get the refund. When the product wasnt taken from my place in 7 days i lauched a request regarding the same on 9th jan 2016 with the Ticket ID - 1344264. And i was said it would be taken care in 48 to 72 hours yet nothing happend. On 14th jan i again lauched a complaint with theTicket ID - 1361304. And i was again told the same. On 23rd jan i again lauched a compalint with theTicket ID - 1393302. And as usual i got the reply that the prob would be taken care in 72 hours. On 8th february i got a mail that my refund has been initiated and i will get my refunds within 24 to 48 hours but nothing happend so i had to lauch another complaint on 14th february withTicket ID - 1470828. And again i am promised the same 48 hours thing. Its more than a 1.5 months and they have done nothing to refund my money. They havent even taken the product back. The product which i got is so pathetic and is not even stiched properly. Kindly help me out and stop these online sites from fooling people with there policies.

          I ordered 4 sarees under order no # R[protected] from which I received only 3. when i complained, they say it is delevered and when i asked for proof they sent me delivery slip of different saree.

          my complaint was for green georget saree with black border -- shipment number [protected] aramax for which i need POD if delevered

          they sent me POD for [protected] which i have received

          If it is not delevered i need my money back.

                  Refund will not credit after one month

                  After one month i will not get my refund amount 277 and 377 and my one order will not reach yet after 10 day .i want my money soon

I called up the customer care executives and they are constantly saying it as busy. I need my money rs.607 rupees back at any cost. Please take your product back. Don't fool the customers this way.                       I have requested for return product more than 1 month back. I sent a few emails n I was assured of picking up product in 5 days.. 2 days.. 10 days.now its been more than a month. I want my money back whether u pick your return product or not.                             I have received my voonik order no. R[protected] COD-692 Paid 700/- through carrier gojavas From Gopigen dated 18.02.2016, but i want to return this product bcoz of poor quality very this material of this product...

                                    I am really disappointed with voonik service. I have ordered Black Printed Kurti (CODE: 652115) on 02/02/16 and the delivery date was 15/02/16. In the tracked history, product is not yet dispatched and I have already done the payment as prepaid. This is totally irritating and I need the refund for the product that I have ordered. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      I can't order any product from my cart since from 4-5 months till now. I am a commercial student i don't have much time . Already i tried a lot of time and wasted much of time to place a single order but still your website is not working . And customer care, helpline numbers also useless, always engaged. while seeing any product after 'BUY' option and filling all info website does not work there then how can i place an order even though a already signed in.
                                      I want to place an order of 'Koelle caro womens ethnic polyester knitted blue kurta" of price 479 Rs. only with code = 1890145. Please place this order immediately and inform me early. It's my humble request and please reply fast. Don't encourage me to take steps against your company.
