As per my teliphonic conversation with voonik consul person on dated 11/02/2016 regarding product Return and cash refund he says that product refund within 2 days but I have no any call and no any visit till the time and I was informed last three days regular but no any response brand side so humble request pls provide solution on tomorrow....

Not satisfied with the quality of the product.

My mother ordered the saree from Voonik and the saree was not at all the saree wich we saw in the app and so we want to return it and they are telling that we have to only courier them again they will not collect it and they are not accepting the call also...

Horrible in customer support. The helpline number provided on the voonik website is always busy. I have no issues but I just want my money back since the order I had placed, I have returned the same to Jabong. I had called jabong regarding this concern to which I was requested to contact voonik since I had placed the order through voonik.

Please refund my money worth Rs. 961. I never got the product due to some pincode issue....

I have ordered Saree and it was not good as expected. so i returned it, i thought i would get my money back in 15 days but Its been 1 and half month and still it is under process and when i mail to helpdesk they havent taking issue seriously.

My order RO[protected] dated 2 Feb has not yet reached me. Every time I order something from voonik the delivery is not done. The previous orders refund is also not received. Pls look info the matter as soon as possible. I need the product urgently...

Hi I ordered a saree amounting 339 and with delivery charges the total amount payable was 416 as COD but the product delivered was wrong and I initiated a return and refund in account of the total amount that is 416 but I got the actual amount of the saree as a refund excluding delivery charges which is against business and trade laws as it was the fault on seller sending me the wrong product and on the other you people are following unlawful...
