As per my teliphonic conversation with voonik consul person on dated 11/02/2016 regarding product Return and cash refund he says that product refund within 2 days but I have no any call and no any visit till the time and I was informed last three days regular but no any response brand side so humble request pls provide solution on tomorrow.

It's almost been five days that I had requested a return of the order no. R[protected] but none of your representatives have come to collect the objects
Your support had sent me a link about ticket but the link is not accessible.
I wish that you see to this matter as the return policy says that the product should be returned within two days after receiving the order.
I had also sent a mail regarding this issue.
I request you to see to this matter as soon as possible.

Fabric is not good.

I have returned a product costing 880 which I paid through cash on delivery and I got refunded amount only rs. 799 to my bank account.. what about the balance amount?

I have purchased 20 items from Voonik, out of which I have returned 8 items due to lot of issues with products worth Rs. 2735 but my Voonik Account is credited with only Rs. 1718.

I want the rest of the money i.e., Rs. 1017 to be credited in my account as soon as possible.

The worst part is, I opted for PAYMENT ROLLBACK to my account from which I did the payment (My Credit Card) but still I am forcefully given Voonik Credits.

I never had such a bad experience, there are other websites that credits the amount as per the payment done.

The Customer Care Numbers [protected] / [protected] provided are of no use, Calls are never transferred to the operators.

VOONIK IS THE CHEAPEST SITE I HAVE EVER COME AC-CROSSED.
CHEAP IN SERVICE PRODUCTS QUALITY AND EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.

More over I still didn't receive one of my item yet, when tracked it just shows "ORDER PLACED"

Voonik needs lot o[censored]pgrades and safety, highly NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.

It would be better if the team look into this matter as priority, or else I will have to take strict actions against your policies.

            Horrible in customer support. The helpline number provided on the voonik website is always busy. I have no issues but I just want my money back since the order I had placed, I have returned the same to Jabong. I had called jabong regarding this concern to which I was requested to contact voonik since I had placed the order through voonik.

            Please refund my money worth Rs. 961. I never got the product due to some pincode issue. They said they'll refund the money. Please look into this concern .

                        Horrible in customer support. The helpline number provided on the voonik website is always busy. I have no issues but I just want my money back since the order I had placed, I have returned the same to Jabong. I had called jabong regarding this concern to which I was requested to contact voonik since I had placed the order through voonik.

                        Please refund my money worth Rs. 808. I have already returned the item I had placed to Jabong few days back but haven't got back my money.

                                        Hi I ordered a saree amounting 339 and with delivery charges the total amount payable was 416 as COD but the product delivered was wrong and I initiated a return and refund in account of the total amount that is 416 but I got the actual amount of the saree as a refund excluding delivery charges which is against business and trade laws as it was the fault on seller sending me the wrong product and on the other you people are following unlawful business practices. Further to this email I have initiated a legal notice against you people. It's not a matter of mere 77₹ but you cannot cheat your customers like this.
