Due to regards that I amit Upadhyay who order a sharee and I have to receive the sharee but it didn't not my choice that fabric is so dull and I can never accept it because this sharee is so different to my ordered sharee so keep change or refund my balance ok thank you

We are so sorry that the product you got is very different from the image on site. Sometimes the image and the product differ slightly. This is because the images are taken with different lights etc.Images are for reference.

    I had placed a prepaid order on 5 december 2015 and the order is still not delivered R[protected]. Two times i have tried to escalate but no revert from voonik. The Customer care is not even helpful, most of the time the call is disconnected. While placing the order I dint even get any SMS or email confirming the order.

    We have tried reaching on your registered contact number but you have been unavailable.We are sorry that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since Dec 5th.We were expecting fresh stocks of “White Printed Shift Dress(252035)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have credited your Voonik credits with Rs 100 as a token of apology.We have initiated refunds for the same on Dec 4th with the Reference ID: 568a4e358a4e4.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

        This is regarding the order R[protected] which raised long back but still some products are in transit for long time and for few refund was pending. No support from Customer Care as well. Colorful Rhinestone Bow Earring (CODE: 1513995) Cute Round Bridal Earring (CODE: 1514069) Seller: E Smart Deals Pvt. Ltd. Also We have returned 2 products of Voylla vendor in same order but so far no refund was provided to my account irrespective of multiple calls to customer care. Today your call center executive asked me to send email to support team so I am sending the email and expecting prompt response on the same. For Voylla products, reverse pick up was initiated on 26th Nov 2015 from www.Delhivery.com and the Tracking Number is AWB[protected]. I even confirmed from delhivery support that they successfully returned back the parcel to voonik.

          Voonik.com — Refund

          have ordered a net saree worth Rs 806. i received my order but the cloth was very cheap quality. i returned my order but they not refund my money. i called customer care no [protected]. The executive told my that she raised my complaints. But still my money not refund. please help me....

          My complaint is against Voonik.com. I ordered a saree from there. My order number is R[protected]. I ordered something else and got a worst saree in place of beautiful costly saree. I got a worst saree in well packed package and they took the whole payment from me. When I called on there customer service number they are not responding me well. I don't this to be happen with another customer again. I request to take legal action against voonik.com. Thanks Harsha Retrekar

                    I had ordered two sarees with Order Nos. R[protected]Fleafair) and R[protected]Snapdeal) and since I was not satisfied with the quality of the product I wanted to return the same. On my mobile, I initiated the return through the app and accordingly, Order No. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 28th November, 2015 however, I have not been refunded with the amount in respect of the return. Moreover, nobody has taken the reverse pick up of the Order R[protected]Fleafair) yet. Kindly address to the concern.

                      i had ordered for peach coloured a line skirt days ago.the product that i received did not at all match the colour shown and it was orrange on the contrar.this was a horrible experince for the frequent buyers of voonik like me.please help me return the product.i had also calleda number of times at your customer care help line number but it was not entertained by anyone.

                      We have received the shipment, but that's not up to the mark, color of suit is different from description, for the same we didn't like this product as well.So, we are returning this consignment.Plz return this as soon as possible.

                          I ordered a saree snd raised a reverse pick up as the product is not . Its been a month till date the reverse pick up not done. They also committed for the refund credit before the pick as there were lag from thier end, but the same was also not happened.                             I ordered a shrug on 15th Nov. My order number is : R[protected]. the delivery date was 26th Nov. Status remained as 'confirmed' and order didn't get delivered. The customer care was rude and when asked, informed the order will be delivered by today. Still no sign or change of status. When i cancelled the order, refund is as expected under 'process' which, by my experience, I know that I wont get. I want my refund immediately.

                                    Not just worst but worst ever as every time i send an inquiry about when my item would be shipped, i get a reply which not only makes you a foo, as well as funny an the message says courier could not ship it your city and we have changed the courier service will receive in 4-5 days, again after five days when i didn't receive the material and contacted the customer care, i got the same message courier change, so this clearly identifies that vooniks job is to change courier companies and nothing else as i received the same message four times. And when I ask for refund they say dispatched so no refund can be processed, So if it is dispatced where it has gone to AIR or WATER.

                                      On 16th November, I thought i would buy a pair of jeggings online since I cant seem to find any in the market nearby. I saw that the waist starts from 32 and the hips start from 24..I have attached the screenshot, It seems to be an obvious mistake and I dont know how can you do such mistakes. Please, its very confusing for us because no one wants the wrong size. I advise you to change it ASAP
