Due to regards that I amit Upadhyay who order a sharee and I have to receive the sharee but it didn't not my choice that fabric is so dull and I can never accept it because this sharee is so different to my ordered sharee so keep change or refund my balance ok thank you...

I had placed a prepaid order on 5 december 2015 and the order is still not delivered R[protected]. Two times i have tried to escalate but no revert from voonik. The Customer care is not even helpful, most of the time the call is disconnected. While placing the order I dint even get any SMS or email confirming the order....

I ordered a saree snd raised a reverse pick up as the product is not . Its been a month till date the reverse pick up not done. They also committed for the refund credit before the pick as there were lag from thier end, but the same was also not happened. They from the same time are saying that they are initiating my process for the pick up of my order from my home but till now there is no executive from there side....

The dress is so worst material is also not that good at all what is saw in computer and what us been delivered to me third copy of that dress...
