I have sent a parcel through vrl courier service on[protected] GC NO.387I8043 to bengaluru. Till this time courier is not delivered. Please look into the matter urgently and courier should be reached within 1 pm itself.

We booked 25 Parcels Qwik Supply Chain Private Limited, Bangalore against LR Number [protected] on 10 October 2023. Out of which only 24 Parcels delivered to Customer and balance 1 Parcel along the Original Invoice copies they had missed it. When asked about it, No proper response from them. We had suffered monetary loss and also our goodwill got affected because of VRL Bangalore's irresponsibility. We have booked material from Delhi To Visakhapatnam vide LR no [protected] on 9/10/2023.
The Material Was Lying In Delhi Branch Till 17/10/2023 And After Continue Inquiring Regarding It They Dipatched ON 17/10/2023.
Till Now We Have Not Recieved It At VISAKHAPATNAM, And Our Customer Has CANCELLED The Order.
We SUFFERED The Loss And A Good Customer because of VRL Negligence.
please take strict action against the branch manager whio is concerned.

With reference to above the consignment reached Chennai-Vanagaram Branch on 5th Oct 2023. But till date it is not yet forwarded to the delivery point at Chennai-Broadway. We were so many times called your person in charge in Vanagaram @ [protected] on upto today & explianed the seriousness that the our customer going to cancel our order. But till date we have not received our material delivery from broadway office. Every day they are simply promising to delivery the material next day but same not yet happen, Our customer unhappy with delivery & going to cancel the order. In this case who will bear this loss. please inform. we hope you will take this matter in top priority and make delivery arrangement of material today itself to avoid our business loss. waiting you immediate reply.

The person incharge in Vanagaram @ [protected] not responding our calls now and finally we informed him that we are going to complaint in your head office. for that he simply told that you can complaint anywhere and disconnected our call. So he didnot give any proper response.

Today at any cost we need our material to be delivered in Broadway Branch else we can book a complaint in Consumer Portal

Our supplier booked a parcel at VRL noida B branch with LR no [protected], due to sheer negligence of noida B branch they wrongly put booking number in our parcel as [protected] and has been sent to VRL Vashi branch, now we are unable to contact customer care also there is no response from Noida B branch to send the parcel to the intended location which is VRL chennai porur branch, now our parcel which was booked on 27.09.2023 reached at mumbai vashi on 03 oct 2023 and is idle till date, they have not taken any steps so far in sending it to us

As I wanted to start this complaint with either dear or respected but after experiencing your service I realised you are neither dear nor respected one(atleast the delhi branch).
This complaint is about my experience in VRL logistics KIRTI NAGAR branch, Delhi.
I had a parcel to be received from kirti nagar branch. When I called regarding the same the employee told me that parcel has been arrived and can be collected on the same day. So I took half a day leave and went to your branch. But on arriving they told me to collect it on very next day as the shipment hasnt been disbanded from the truck and made me wait for hours to tell this. My issue is with the person who picked the call. He could have told me to collect my parcel on later on other day, atleast it could have saved my time, money and leave.
Hope you start valuing your customers again.

Lr [protected] booked in rajkot to palamner, while booking charges are 2147 considering volume and actual weight ch weight considered as 190 kg.Parcel reached destination and now asking me to pay 3500 extra.Actual standard volumetric weight conversion is l×b×h(cm)/5000 standard calculation, vrl is showing their own calculation and asking me to pay 3500 extra, Im trying to contact through phone nobody responding, Mail sent to customer care nobody responded till now.Im not ready to pay extra charges, I need resolution on priority.

Currently I'm traveling in a vrl bus from Mumbai to Bijapur, I have booked ticket in sleeper bus, but when the bus arrived it was a sitting chair they told us at hotel the other bus is waiting for us but now the hotel is in the Pune and they are forced us to travel like this till Pune and charged us for the sleeper and also condition of the bus is too poor, dirty the sit cover is fool of dust I want my money back! Worst experience ever!

The stock has been stolen in transit.

My parcel has been wrongly delivered. The parcel has been exchanged and I have no idea where my parcel is.
It's impossible to contact the VRL customer support and the VRL office staff just hang up when I explain them about the issue.

I've received a wrong parcel which has been exchanged. My item has been delivered somewhere else and somebody else's item is with me. The LR No is [protected].
The customer care phone number and email are not responsive. When I call the VRL offices they simply hang up.

My goods/parcel was sent from Karnataka to Indore. The baggage has been reached on 9/08/2023 and the workers at VRL OFFICE LOHAMANDI INDORE are neglecting to deliver the parcel at my doorstep as it is door delivery mode of payment. I continuously requested them to deliver my goods but they blocked my phone number. One particular worker from the office was rude and his phone number is [protected]. The baggage has important things and i need it on urgent basis.

Goods not dispatched from delhi even after 5 days of booking having tracking number :- [protected] booked on 07.08.2023 but till time the same was not dispatched from delhi, very unprofessional, due to such delay i am facing loss who will be responsible for the same

We had booked goods for Bhubaneswar on VRL transport which received only 59 bundles in Bhubaneswar 01 bundle not received or no update

I booked a carton 0n 7/07/2023 from Ludhiana to chennai guindy .carton didnt deliver upto 18/07/2023 . Ludhiana authority say its short in ambala and ambala authoriy say its short in ludhiana. no one is giving proper answer.
