We had book the consignment from pune, maharashtra on dated 17/04/2023 and destination pincode address is Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. But it is now nearly 20 days passed still material is not reached to its destination. Our client suffering a major loss due to unavailability of material. So we request you to look into this and send the material to its original pincode address.

Why customer service people are not responding on to the voice calls from since one day even upto 5 pm no response from your side
Because my parcel has been delayed

Why customer care number are not responding to calls from since yesterday date 12/5/23 regarding the delivery details too much neglect towards the customers why are u not lifting the calls

Dear VRL Logistics team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from VRL company. I had placed an order with your company on 27/04/2023, for Bangalore.It reached the hub on 03/05/2023 but unfortunately, the delivery was delayed without any prior notice. However, that was not the only issue I encountered. The delivery team's behavior towards me was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I tried to inquire about the delay in delivery, the delivery team member was very dismissive and seemed to have no interest in helping me. I was taken aback by their lack of concern and rudeness towards me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the situation.

Furthermore, I had to wait for a long time without any response from the delivery team. This lack of communication only added to my frustration and inconvenience.

I expect that this matter will be addressed, and that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Dear sir my name is deepak from Koppal karntaka i have booked one parcel from Koppal to Mumbai on date of 24/4/2023 and doc number [protected] so the problem is this material is still not reached to Mumbai location its already 19 days completed.and i am daily visiting to Koppal VRL office the office person is not taking the responsibility.i sent mail to customer support not received any reply from customer care..and i tried to call to customer care it's continuously line is busy so if any responsibility person is there from VRL logistics group please solve my problem..my mobile number [protected] i attached receipt also please download and clear my problem please

LR No-[protected] consignment booked from Indi to Belagavi. Booked on[protected]. I have contacted Belgaum and Hubli office many time. No body is taking responsibility and all cell phone are either switched off Or not replying. Very irresponsible behaviour of staff. I request to pay Rs 4000/- the cost of two lost bags and deliver the three bags. I have given email to Hubli no action is taken. So l am thinking to approach Consumer Court . My cell [protected]

Everyone is switched off the cell. If contacted on land line they telling that searching. It's pathetic and worst services i have ever experienced with VRL. We have handed over our consignment on 13th April for multiple destinations including Trichy, till today our client has not received it and it is 01 month. After taking 100% payment in advance (Rs 53497/-) you have no responsibility to deliver the consignment in time. Because of your service our payment have been stucked who takes the responsibility VRL? to make get our payment from our client!! I need immediate action on this issue otherwise we don't hesitate to raise a complaint in consumer court.

on 25th april 23 i made payment worth rs 250 having[protected]. I had to pay this amount to vrl tronica city but by mistake i made this payment to vrl sangli as i am regular customer of yours my consignment booked from tronica to hubali and other state by the name of ktc products llp
i contact to vrl sangli branch and told them about this mistake and said to return the amount he confirmed that he received the amount but from 25th april to today i call him many times about rs 250/- but all in vein they didnt refund the amount till now
i request to you kindly refund the amount as it is not a big amount

Material was booked from vrl logistics Jamnagar to bangalore sarakki gate on the name of Raj Trading Co. On 12th of April 2023 Which I received on 20th of April 2023.The loat was of 7 articles of which they gave me 6 articles from then no one is giving any resolution.

Our Client Booked on[protected] from Delhi to Vallioor. we like to know the status of Transfer goods but we can't able to know the status through VRL Tracking system.

We mailed and called Customer Service but no reply from VRL.

We came to understand that the VRL not suitable to transfer goods in emergency basis. They're delaying lot and we can't able to find the status at any way.

Now a days each and every corner we can track the word bu we can't track VRL

It's very Critical situation for our Plant Maintenance.

We want to know the status of Delivery date.

I have book consignment from Gandhidham to Nashik ozar on 22 April 2023 the LR number was [protected]. It will reach at Surat on 25 April after that it will not forwarded to Nashik I am trying to contact with the VRL Gandhidham office Surat office in Nashik office I have also sent mail to customer care and head office but till today is 12th May but I don't get any reply or assurance when I get it.
Please reply me otherwise what I have to do?

I have ordered soaps, Shampoo and dental kit for my lodging purpose from "Exotika Amenties and Events"- New Delhi.

They have packed and dispatched the order through "VRL Logistics " on 06th May 2023, with Consignment No : [protected]

On 12th May, still the order details are not found and there is no response from the logistics partner.

There is no clue where the order is at present.
The items are worth ₹10, 500 and the amount has been fully paid.

Traveling from Bangalore to Bagalkot on 11- May-23... Bus was to come at 9:15pm at Yashvantpur stop but got delayed by more than 30 minutes. I had booked for a passenger bus but it looks like goods vehicle ... So much goods loaded at top of the bus. Loading of goods not only delayed the bus timings, it's huge risk for customers. The safety of customers is completely compromised. Even, maintenance inside the bus is pathetic.

Lr [protected] goods reached vrl tpt madurai on 6 may2023 but still now may11, 2023 not reached delivery office, also for any enquiry in vrl branch office, not attending calls of number [protected] and [protected] in vrl delivery branch.
We are with you for past 25 years in business around annual turnover of 5 lakh, but still now no good response

We were informed by the consignee M/s. Anita Enterprises, Hyderabad, that the above parcel booked to their Factory has not been delivered so far. It is learnt that the parcel is held up at Salem. For a parcel booked on[protected], it is not yet delivered even after 2 weeks. This is very much delayed and the consignee is complaining about non-delivery of the parcel. If delivery is delayed like this, how can the businesses run? Please arrange to deliver the parcel immediately to the above consignee and inform us acknowledgement details. /ramm precision - [protected]

This is regarding LR number [protected] dated 12/08/2022 for which the wrong parcel was delivered to Preethi Designer Boutique instead of PARAM TEX parcel. We have been complaining for 7 months. Our parcel is still missing with no update from the VRL side after contacting the branch.
