My machine parcel dellhi to surat demage condiction please give me my demage claim

Its being 18 days since one of my product is still missing, or have no details, when i call their staff they don't even answer my phone call, such worst service by vrl
I ordered two product from Tamilnadu (housr) to kerala(kunnmakulam)
One of the product reached nearest hub, but the other product is still missing its being 18days today(13 feb 2023) please do. Something about it

1. For an important medical life saving equipment delivery from Sangli to Solapur, MH about 2 days back.

2. For Medial Life saving material pick up from Delhi to Solapur, MH. Nobody is replying.

3. For All areas in Maharashtra, No service is provided by the VRL Logistics company. About 100+ instances o[censored]navoidable circumstances where VRl employees do not inform of Material Pickup, Arrival or status.
We have to contact them to follow up on the items. Many times unresponsive and unreliable behavior even after doing business for last 10 years.

I dispatched my material throw VRL Logistics Meerut on[protected] from Surat Gujarat but my material have not reach it.

I have contacted VRL Meerut and VRL Surat severally but no response then i have contacted customer care but ther result was same so

Please kindly check it and solve my problem as soon as possible

My name is Fayyazuddeen, i am from Andhra Pradesh.I stay in Bangalore for job purpose.

Recently I booked an online service for transport my 4 month old scooter from Bangalore to Vijayawada for temporary stay.

When I booked service they told me final price will be 3150 rupees, asked me to pay 2000 advance. When handed over vehicle and I made the payment 2000 then they sent me bill to pay 7000 more for total 9600.

Before taking service I asked them in email to confirm 3150, they said it's final amount.

Can you help to file case and sort this out . Now they have my vehicle and black mailing to pay 7000.

Please help me to get my vehicle.

Booking we done on date :[protected] from Delhi to Nagapattinam and the consignment no. is [protected], We have booked totally 7 products, out of 7 products we have received only six products on the date of[protected].

And the Person from nagapattinam (He is not mentioning his name) he told that you will receive the product on 01/02/2023, we are following continuously to that person he is not replying properly and not attending our phone call (his Phone no. is [protected].)

Today again called we him and asked about the product whether it is reached or not simply he is telling that material is in salem, And the person in salem forgot to send the material today also and we are completely disappoint with his reply (He is replying like "You go and file complaint against the salem VRL Logistic dealer and his phone no. is [protected] and don't call us frequently " and he suddenly hang down the phone.
Sir hope your VRL Logistics is a leading reputation company and the employee from your kind office like this kind of bad behavior is not appreciable, Because of his carelessness our National highway work is hampered and you are requested to take necessary action and as soon as possible please resolve our issue.

My bus booking through Vrl app is cancelled but amount is deducted in my bank account kindly refund my amount

I got vrl logistic number from just dial.
I called them ask for quotaion. they send me details on my whatsapp bybyhe name of vrl logistic.

I trust them because VRL IS reputated company. they ask for payment . i transferd money for services.

They cahrged me twice. 2200+3000/-

After payment they are not answering my call or messages.

I called VRL LOGISTIC GUJRAT OFFICE. they said there is not any office on that place

Please take strict action againat fraud and safe consumer from illicit services.

As I'm a frequent traveller to blr to mbl and mbl to blr im noticing that they are not maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the buss, curtains are not clean seats are smelling they don't clean the bus on daily bases or whatever they not at all maintaining cleanliness in the route of muddebihal to Bangalore and Bangalore to muddebihal and today is worst day at vrl bus seats are wet and smelling as when i entered in bus it's smelling and...

My shipment from delhi was despatched on 04th January to Kochi with Article number [protected] it has 5 packages but only 4 was delivered and VRL kochi wrote and signed (Seal) on the reciept for 1 package short delivery but even after 25 days i haven't get any feedback and no delivery, I have contacted VRL kochi and VRL delhi severally but no response then i have contacted customer care but ther result was same so kindly do needfull to get my parcel deliverd or refund.

In Lakdikapul, hyderabad office staff Rudely talking with the passangers. Shouted in front of others just for using the weight machine to check the weight.
He may tell gently but he didn't.

materil shipped from mumbai on 24th Jan but still materil not received on time .

if we not receive materil on time how we need to do further business at our side ?

please take care of this issues .

i have an issue with one more LR Copy [protected] (Gadag to odisa- Jeypore)
the materil booked at gadag on 23rd Jan and loded from gadag is 26th Jan still our supplier not received an materil .

kindly help me out of this delay issues

Dharmavaram VRL staf behaving not good some shops jari boxes delivery easy. my jari boxes not give he asking LR copy but he give all shops with out Lr copy

I placed my laptop bag in the bus on my seat and went to bathroom. After coming back to my seat my laptop bag was missing from the bus.

Less weight is becoming a regular affair now. PFA pictures of the same

Orders were delivered on Saturday and the delivery was not up to the mark. The contents were found missing.

No cctv in bus .. one of our traveler lost his bag and money while having dinner . Somneone entered the bus and taken bag and left.. who is responsible here?? Kindly look into this matter.

Kindly take action and refund my Double payment of Rs 7361.

Hi Team,

I'm supposed to receive a Cargo(Parcel of coffee beans) From Coorg,
The cargo was shipped on Dec 22-2022 a partial package was delivered on 31-Dec-2022.
Today is 12-Jan 2023 my other half of the package is not yet delivered yet speaking to the respective person in Miyapur ([protected]) After multiple follow-ups he keeps on saying that the parcel is in transit from Banglore (the same response from[protected]

its been almost 20 days since the parcel is been shipped with VRL
