Sir, I have booked both my packets from 21st June. Till now I have received a packet from Ahmedabad office. One packet has not been received, so please deliver the goods material to me a little early. vrl no [protected].

    Our company had ordered Homoeopathic globules from Indore which were stored in the VRL Logistics godown in Saki Naka, Andheri East. There were 100 kg quantity globules packed in 1 kg packaging. 25 kg globules were stored in each sack making it 4 sacks in total. One of the sacks was torn when our staff went to collect the consignment. We strongly believe the sack was bitten by a rat at several places damaging 14 kg worth globules. Kindly look in to this matter and give us compensation for our damaged 14 packets.

      Sir, I have Ordered one parcel from Mumbai UlashNagar on 07.06.2023 it has reached to Bangalore TPT on 12/06/2023 but till now goods is not cleared from that place and I have contacted through the telephone but they are telling parcel is missing how it is possible and I think they are cheating us and please do something to clear parcel from there do my needful

        VRL Tirunelveli is worst to the core.if we give the parcel for booking, they are not giving bill, they will ask the person to go and they are keeping the parcel with them for 2-3 days.if we try to call them ph no will ever switch off.

        Why are you running VRL in Tirunelveli if you treat customer like dogs with no response

          I'm from Selvi Tapes, Tamilnadu. I have booked a parcel from Mumbai ulhasnagar. LR No is [protected].
          While I tracked the detail, it shows as it is reached Bangalore. But when I contact Bangalore branch they said its missing. So I contact Mumbai branch, they told that they have sent the parcel. How could I get my parcel. Please do the needful for getting my parcel

            Recently I received my materials from Ahmedabad to pollachi through VRL which was very pathetic worst experience which I ever had...very inefficient people..they missed some of our materials in the consignment and lethargic attitude..they are charging for loading and unloading as well ..I will never go with VRL and will mot recommend..

                KURNOOL NEAR GADIYARAM HOSPITAL .
                We are not happy with transport service. The below major concerns are.
                1. Booking service is not good
                2. Customers response not good.
                3. No response on call.
                4. Staffs are not good.

                    Hi,

                    This is with regard to the packing and moving i made with VRL.

                    Firstly my goods were just dumped at the destination, not arranged as agreed.
                    My goods worth 46, 000 rs is damaged

                    The VRL agent is not replying to my calls or my messages. I have made full payment of 40 shifting charges. Which includes insurance amount too.

                    Please help me resolve this issue.

                      We are transportation materials from Chennai to gulbarga regularly.
                      But unfortunately this time it's too late almost 10 days no movement of material from Bangalore TPT. And no response from person consultants dept from both Bangalore and gulbarga

                        My material was booked on 26.05.2023 from chennai and today 04.06.2023 still it is not been deliver

                        now days vrl service has gone very very worst in terms of delivery part as we think vrl is safest logistic in india

                        but vrl has reached its high so they dont have customer service inportance now

                        i have my own 4 firms from which we deal with vrl in good values in inward & outward but now we are been forced to stopped the deal with vrl from now onwards

                        hope we get positive response from

                        we are really very tired of vrl service

                          DEAR SIR,

                          I am chethan kumar from MALUR, i have purchased a agricultural material (mushroom spawn )from my regular supplier company based on KALABURGI on 27th may 2023, my supplier booked the material in VRL Transport on same day from KALABURGI to MALUR. Which is very late delivery and On receiving the parcel there where multiple damages and material were coming out which is Loss of material. Which is caused of improper handling as they throw every boxes, even if we tell showing careless behaviours, We are very much disappointed by the service.

                              On tracking shipment status is incorrectly showing as Material Reached Destination, when it has not been recieved. Contact Employess are not receiving the calls, not able to know exact status of shipment.

                                Booked Material Haven't Received Yet

                                DEAR SIR,

                                I am venkatesh kumar from COIMBATORE, i have purchased a material from my regular supplier company based on MUMBAI on 16th may 2023, my supplier booked the material in VRL Transport on 16th may 2023 from Kalamboli(MUMBAI) to Kattoor (COIMBATORE) however my material hasn't been delivered yet also no response from the VRL Transport customer support after so many calls and mail.

                                This is inform you that on 24th April, 23 from Nagapattinam, 4 packages was sent to coochbehar West Bengal VRL branch but I have received 3 packages and one is missing, confirmed by your local executive Mr Yogeshwar, several calls was done to him but only he is replied, no update he has and will update soon.

                                For your ready ref I attached the invoice and delivery note where it was mentioned it was short.

                                For emergency I was ordered via your logistics but very bad and unprofessional experienced I have been faced.

                                Nearly to one month gone but no one taking seriously for my materials.

                                Requesting you, kindly check immediately and update me that when I am getting my package .

                                Awaiting for your early recovery and resolution.

                                The procedure and receiving product is very complicated and harash full, So don't use thuis logistics .plz use other logistic if possible, as my Product of Lr no [protected] reached destination at Berhampur without consignment copy and not able deliver after 20 days and unknown about when they will kind heart to give my product, otherwise I have to lost ..very very useless logistics
