till today 24days delayed to deliver at Vadodara from Pune Maharashtra.
concern person Mr. Prafulla Gajra Vadodara concern person ([protected]) .
from last few days he is not lifting phone calls and when we recall from other no he commit false commitment.

THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

Hence fourth we are unable to do business with such logistics !

VRL Docket # [protected]. i have bokked my two Wheelar Mangalore to Bangalore Hoodi. Friday and SAT i was calling Hoodi VRL, No one is responding on Query. today i visted and i found my Two Wheelar front Side is Damaged. its Totally packed condition and stilll its damaged. lokks like little careless and Hoodi VRL responce is not upto the mark.

We had sent a scooty from Koppal to Bangalore through VRL transport and we are seeing damage on bike. The side mirror is broken and there are scratches on scooty. We are very much disappointed by the service you have provided and want to have some resolution.

Dear VRL Team,

Our Party Booked the material from Patna (Bihar) to Mumbai, Sakinaka. GR no is [protected] on April 14, 2023. It is 20th May 2023 today and we have not received the material. This is not the first time we are facing this problem. NO proper update available on your tracker also. This is the worst of the services we are getting from your company. We have made more than 100 call to related branch of VRL logistics but non of your employee communicating with us properly and we not getting any update form your team.

Our Person is visited to collect the material on 16th May 2023, Where they asked us to pay Rs.800/-( Rs.604 buity charges +200 demurrage charges) (Payment slip attached) we had paid that also, Then they informed that they don't have person to search your parcel, so you can check & search your parcel yourself. (this is the service from most reputed logistics) still my person search the parcel and get to know that only one box is received. this is almost more than one month delayed, how VRL justify this?? When there is delayed from outside, you people charged demurrage charges, now its delayed from your side and Our Customers have already cancelled the orders due to this delay and we have suffered huge financial as well as reputational loss due to negligence, We Need Compensation against our loss. We will not Pay anything against this consignment. and we need this material at our office within next 2 days, If we will not get our Material within 2 days, we will go to customer care and I will also update whole case on social media.

false tracking updates and non committal behavior from VRL staff. Being such a reputed business, VRL management should address this issue as we are observing these incidences increasing gradually.

Consignment are not being delivered on time
Some goods are lost while in transit.
No refund received for the lost consignment.

Materials are being held at the loading office more than 5 days

No proper response from the vrl team in rectifying the problems

I am Writing this complaint because of worst service and the inconvenience cause by the time I have chosen this service it’s been 6 days from the date the product shipped on 16th of may and not yet received ma product yet, also the poor response form the agents not responding to the emails calls also I attached the bill and order is so please check the details and do the needful and I need my order by end of the day I, e 20 th may and your extending the patience level if not received by end of today will proceed legally.

Our Party Booked the material from Madurai to Murthal, Sonepat. GR no is [protected] on May 4, 2023. It is 19th today and we have not received the material. This is not the first time we are facing this problem. NO proper update available on your tracker also. This is the worst of the services we are getting from your company.

We have booked consignment no: [protected] on[protected] from Bhiwadi to Ahmedabad but our consignment dispatch to some another place form Delhi TPT. We have made more 400 call to related branch of VRL logistics but non of your employee communicating with us properly and we not getting any update form mail also, please check our consignment and solve our issue ASP.

Dear Sir

This has reference to our shipment of furniture good booked at VRL Wagholi, Pune office on 4-May-23 AWM [protected]. The said consignment was for destination Guwahati expected to reach Guwahati by 13th May. By 15th may it didn’t reach Pune and when we enquired, we were told that material was lying in Pune Phursungi hub and didn’t even start from there. The status was not updated correctly on online tracking and no reason was given for the delay. After requesting the staff, they told that they will send the material with special attention and urgency but nothing happened. On 18th May we enquired again and we are told that material has reached Calcutta and still will take 5 days to reach Guwahati.

Our Customers have already cancelled the orders due to this delay and we have suffered huge financial as well as reputational loss due to negligence, false tracking updates and non committal behaviour from VRL staff. Being such a reputed business, VRL management should address this issue as we are observing these incidences increasing gradually.

This consignment was booked on 13th May but is still now the consignment was in Bengaluru. I accepted that it took around 780km and 17 hours to reach the destination by train, but on roadways, at least you can able to deliver in two to three days, which is acceptable. Here, this consignment was still in Bengalure. I've inquired yesterday at the Bengalure office of the Bengaluru TPT (SBCTPT), and the person said it would be moved to Salem and reach Coimbatore today[protected]. Please improve your logistical service and be more customer-friendly to improve the service you provide. Kindly do the needful.

When i go to my booking office of your company, your executive replied me that there is stuck of heavy load in surat depo from last 15 days so it will be delayed but when my client will get that, there is no answer

Please let me inform about my material and if it is not possible to dispatch, let me inform where is my material ? And when it will be delivered ?

We have booked 4 bags of seeds from vijayapura to kurnool. Out of 4 only 3 got delivered and one is missing . I have tried calling VRL customer care number and it never worked. This is not happening for the first time it happens most of the times when i book something with VRL Logistics. Please send the material back to kurnool .

@VrlltdOfficial @transportindia my item was booked on 2nd may 2023and today is 15 may 2023 ! Where bad @VrlltdOfficial transport! I have booked food products value of goods 10k if items is demage or spoil I wil file case on @VrlltdOfficial service

I ordered one material in Delhi. The vendor packaging the consignment and hand over to VRL Logistics on 08/05/2023 and tracking number is [protected]. Still the material is Delhi only (14/05/2023). Very poor customer service. They are not picking any customer calls. Always busy. We can't connect any booking office also. They given customer care number but it will not connect. Bad service
