I am supposed to receive a parcel to Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh from Nashik.Everything was going good till it reached Hyderabad from Nashik.My parcel had reached Hyderabad TPT on[protected].Since then it had been sitting there ideally.I was waiting for it to be shipped.Even after five days of waiting since then, there is no progress at all.My consignment LR Number is [protected].I request the concerned people to kindly look into this and do the needful ASAP.

I transferred my bike (Bullet) along with two helmets and two luggage bags from bangalore to prayagraj via vrl logistics and when my stuff arrived at the destination, one helmet was missing. Both helmets were kept attached to the leg guard of the bike and were wrapped in cloth bags but when i received the bike, one of the cloth bags was torn and the helmet was missing.

This is a complaint regarding to the transportation company named vrl transportation jaipur.
It happened a month ago
We had booked two consignments with the vrl company both were meant to be delivered to different locations. But were interchanged and delivered wrongly. Our complaints and queries were not answered by the company. I had informed the company about the mistake on 7th july, and yet there is no response from their side.
We hereby request them to deliver the products correctly and pay the required compensation.

Please note we have been using vrl service to get our parcels from tiruppur and from past 2 months we have got 3-4 parcels, none of the parcels have way bill attached to the parcel and even when we insist to attach this bill along with the parcel tiruppur vrl office is not responding to our requests, once the parcel reaches destination they do not release the parcels and insist to get these way bill copies only then they release the package for this we need to wait for another 3-4 days to get the way bill thru courier service.
Or we are given another option to get an mail from tiruppur vrl to release package and once they receive this mail we are being charged 130 rupees for this mail service, but we do not get any bill acknowledgement for this additional amount we pay.
Some one is not doing his job properly and providing bad service and for this customers has to suffer with late package deliveries and additional non transparent bill amount.
Request to please look into this and urgently provide solution or we would look out for some other service provider.

I visited vrl branch in nigdi transport nagar. There are two people who are in charge of making the invoice/builty. Due to lockdown we could not get our software updated so i wrote my invoice no. With pen. Those men do not have any dignity of how to communicate with a customer. We requested them to kindly accept our material this once, we will get our software updated and be careful next time. But the two people were very rude to us they did not accept our material and sent us back. They had no sense of communication and talked to us in an intolerable manner. They totally declined our request to book the material. We went to another transport v trans and they accepted our material without any questions asked about the invoice no written from pen. The staff from nigdi needs to be changed immediately.

Sir, i am riyaz from nandyal. The staff in nandyal vrl using absuse language with customers. They don't reply properly on quarries. Pllease take an immideate action.

My consignment is where i dnt know and no one receiving my customer care call. This item has been dispatched on 27 june but i have no any answering about it. This dispatch made for delhi to ranchi (Jharkhand).

Its so worst and really bad manner of delivery for consignment. Its important consignment and you saidthat its available on next vechile, its very big damn thing, if you have no possibilities to do work so u dnt carry emergency consignment. Its fully fake manner. And i am very unhappy of this transport service. How u can hold many days.

I m. Big unhappy and i ll rate on google for this service. And service customer service is really bad and fake. From the next google will know about it.

I had booked item from bangalore to mysore on 29/06/20 on new timber yard layout branch, satellite bus stand mysore road branch. Even ihad given bill to the office they said server is slow and to collect lr tomorrow. Actually they took my bill in hand and started to book. On 29th.
As i went to collect lr on 1 june the item is still not booked to mysore the they started saying server is slow and other person
Bill amountt is less than. 1000 so to pay has to be done it is kept pending.

Your staff is functioning irresponsible
And not respecting costomer. They are least bother of the happening.
I think dedication is least in them.
Please look on them to focus on work

Product dispatched from erode to sindhanur and product delivered before 4 day's still the product is not delivered such a worst service and manager is talking ugly to the customer such a waste mannerse and don't know how to talk so i am requesting u to take action on ur employees

Staff supporting at prashant nagar, kukatpally hyderabad are very rude, started troubling to deliver the package. Earlier he was ready to send with autowala without any proof when we sent a person they started troubling with so many irrelevant questions during covid time expected good service, but people are so rudely speaking. Never expected from such a good company.

This is not first time, always they speak very harsh.

Had a very bad experience with VRL yesterday, 24-06-20, with home relocation within Hyderabad, from SR Nagar to BHEL. To start with they arrive late by 2 hours. They are slow and take an entire day what normally has never taken more than 4-5 hours. While unloading luggage, supervisor Pandit refuses to unpack the cartons, they had used almost 30 cartons to pack stuff loosely, he says it is not their job to unpack which has never happened earlier with any packers & movers, they always unpack! With this kind of attitude, I told him we will not pay for the boxes. What he does next is unbelievable. He stops his entire staff from unloading and threatens to take the carrier away. When we agree to pay, he calls his supervisor who again calls us and says we must make payment now or they will not unpack - even before the job is done. The lady from the office calls and says she will charge Rs 50 per day that we retain the boxes until we tell her that we are taking this to consumer court. Overall, this was a nightmare with this company, the frontline staff are great but the supervisors and the helpdesk staff are very unreasonable and have a threatening attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone in India!

Hi,
We are from vshine dish wash soap industries, we frequently send parcels to our customer thru vrl and we do the payment for the delivery the time of booking

When our customer receive the delivery, vrl staffs are forcing to pay extra, as we promise our customer with free delivery (Delivery charges owned by vshine) and we pay time off booking then why do you charge extra without bill?

Our customers are getting upset to pay the extra amount and keep raising the compliant with us and this affect the credibility.

Its been already one week from the date of my booking of transport of my scooty from vijayapura to chitradurga still not delivered the product they promised that product would deliver in 4 days and they took extra 400 for packing of scooty to transport.

I did not receive my parcel yet plz check n give exact status when it will b delivered... I got dispatch on 30 may...
