Hello sir,

My shipment with lr - [protected] was booked on[protected] and till date the shipment is in the same location where it was booked and today it is more than 15days and there is no update from anybody. Whether i call customer care or someone from surat, i don't get any response. When ever i give a call they just disconnect it or keep me waiting. This is not the way to behave with the customers. When i got to spoke to someone from surat tpt, he said that "they need to search the parcel and they don't know if its there or not, they'll only sent it if they find it". What type of reply is this after they take the parcel?

As i have received the notice from vrl for goods i approached to hubli office on phone call they told me to approach the tirupur office i send my person to the tirupur office they told me to get the lr after that i called my customer for lr he told that lr is with pass after that i arranged the bound & given in the tirupur office tey told to wait for 4 days let the material come back to tirupur then i have to pay rs2500.00 and can get the material. After that there was a lockdown i went to the tirupur office in may month and it was also closed. The office was open after 1 june now i want the goods please help me out

My suppliers had send the goods and it's been more than 2 months booking was from banglore to pimpri chinchwad, pune but the goods are still not at its place. The goods are lying in pune (Phursungi) branch. Inspite of all the transportation started they have not send the goods to pcmc branch. And when we call them to know whether we can collect from phursungi they don't respond at all. And in one of the order they have lost 1cartoon and they are not even responding or taking responsibility. And no use of customer care as they never ever respond.

Courrier no. 30471585. The courrier was sent to chikkamagalur. So far letter not delivered at chikkamagalur. So kindly trace it out and deliver it at chikkamagalur. If not kindly return it time

This complaint is regarding non - delivery of our consignment of perishable goods (Indian raisins) within stipulated period. Our consignment which was booked on 20th march from miraj to chennai, is still on hold (Lr no.[protected]). Since it is a perishable good, the delay can cause substantial damage to our goods which is not appreciable. We have been contacting the vrl team and there is no proper response from their end.
As the delivery has been delayed, we couldnt satisfy our customers need and it is such a loss of goodwill to us.

Therefore we request you to promptly deliver our consignment and requesting proper correspondence so that we can take action accordingly.

Mai eak mahina hogaya joa Panchkula se 20/03/20 se booking kiya thaa lekin woh stock aaj tak nahi mila hai, aur kuch dino ke baad woh stock demage hoa jayaga so please do something better. According to govt medicine parcel bich mai rokna nahi chahiye.

I have not yet received my refund amount for the transaction number 18373707. I received a call from the bus operator saying that the bus is cancelled and i will receive 100% refund amount. I have also received an sms from vrl travels saying the same. Now my issues is that it is more than a month and i haven't received any refund. Kindly refund the amount as quickly as possible.

Drop time provided in ticket is 7.30 AM but bus is late around 1.30 hours. This is happening for 3rd time. I stopped using SRS travels for the same reason now VRL is also not following timings

Vrl logistics - i booked a shipment / consignment on 27 feb 2020 from rajkot to chennai.

This is not even dispatched from the place where i loaded. They don't respond via email nor their customer care attends the call.

This is really frustrating. I've sent an email to their head office and even they don't seem to take any action as they just keep ignoring it.

I have booked 9cartoons in ahmadabad depo to my native place markapur...21st date stock is in vijayawada depo till now i have not received my stock please send my stock immediately ...because it is food item already 15days have been completed after 10days that product will be expried and all items will be damaged no use for me please send my stock

I send 2 parcels from vrl logistics, a-74, block a, sector 5, noida, uttar pradesh 201301 and that costs 750 rupees. He asked me to pay amount at there office and he gave me slip.in that slip he have to mention "paid" but he mistaken and typed "topay" so because of that i have to pay at delivered office also. So basically i paid two times and now after knowing about that and i called to the office and explained this thing and he is telling that dont know anything. But he charged me unnecessarily

Our consignment of indian air force lr no:[protected] is hold since 22 feb 2020 in mumbai (Bhiwandi) and not delivered yet. Mar is the closing month for the financial year and budget and we are facing lot of reminders from our higher authorities for clearance of pending bills. This is a serious issue and we have to raise the matter upto consumer court and other authorities if we will not get the item till tomorrow.

My LR number is [protected].I have booked my consignment from panruti (Tamilnadu) to shapar (Gujarat) as on 26th Fab 2020, by tracking It comes to know that from Ahmedabad its going to Surat instead of Rajkot.
If it will go to Surat it will take 3-4 days extra and my order get cancel due to late receipt I need it by Thursday anyhow.
Requesting you to please co-operate with me.
I called to VRL panruti but they are not giving update properly.

Courier was done on 29th november 2019 from kormangala vrl courier service (Kormangala bda complex) to manyata techpark hebbal. Courier never reached the destination. Vrl courier service guy who took the courier is unable to track it and abusing me that it was my mistake. His name is appaji gowda : +91 [protected]

It was a 3lakh rupee's dd and very important to me. If not delivered then no one from vrl is responding to get it back. I need it back so i can cancel it in the bank and recover my money.

We had booked aluminium coil from your biwandi branch to have door delivery at parwada, vishakapatanam. Lr no - [protected] on 19.02.2020.
It has reached at your gajuwa branch on 28.02.2020 still not delivered. On having word with your branch team came to know that the amount paid is less for door delivery. But this charges were paid at your biwandi branch as per they demanded for door delivery. Its none of our business to analysis the cost for transportation. If you have charged less then its your mistake.
We are suffering a lot because of this, so request you to resolve the issue and material is very urgent required at site.
We cant bare a single day.
Do the needful.

With family traveling 2 Belgaum to Bangalore in bus KA25 C 8550 on 29 /02/2020 .Bus schedule time 2230 hrs departure n will reach by 7 am ..but he will reach by 930 am (2hrs 30 min.)Wen asked behaved rudely n Both Drivers Rash n negligence driving. Pls take action n update me
