I have been trying to track one consignment coming to Bangalore from Ahmedabad LR no: [protected] since last week, but nobody from VRL knows or even cares about where it is.

We have been repeatedly calling the Ahmedabad office and Bangalore office like fools, but nobody gives a damn about replying to us with a proper update of our consignment.

All we are looking for is a proper update on the location of our parcel, and when can we expect it to come as the ETA of the parcel was 7 days ago. I'm sure this is not too much to expect from any company claiming to provide service.

This is undoubtedly the last time we are ever dealing with VRL logistics as we have never come across such a pathetic service.

Hello dear team iam Mohd kamaaluddin.i handover goods in Delhi on[protected]. Receiving location malekpet branch.but still I not get my goods.lod of time I requested to malekpet branch they give me [protected] I called lot of time then he pick the phone saying you will get on Monday only I request him give on Saturday so today is Monday he not receiving my calls I done 4 times head office branch kompally numbers .then I called today on this number [protected] he saying tomorrow on Tuesday you get your goods so this is the way to deal with parties.
please handover goods today me . already I getting losses the company is responsible on this .today I won't my goods iam waiting on branch malekpet give me today goods

Dear Sir

We have sent our person to your Nimtalla Depot, Kolkata office with our original consignee Bilty copy and person asked for identity card of the person and said he wont give the material without identity card. Where on earth this rules gets applied, when person is carrying the company stamp and also the consignee bilty copy in original

Very Worst Customer Service from VRL Logistics, i have emailed customer care 3 times and head office 1 time, in this week. but as a surprise i didnt get a single reply from them.

and called the Banglore TPT guy consecutively for 2 days([protected]) .he said he will send it tomorrow, if i call again tomorrow, he says the same answer tomorrow.

as a manufacturer, we face diffictulty with your transport and really no one is responsible there and the customer care number and email id given in the website, not one reply to calls or emails.

no one is picking calls, as im calling for past 5 days.

i need this issue to be resolved today.

This is a total fraud company..their simple plan is to initially provide affordable charges and after they collect all ur belongings..they open up their hidden charges, and if we argue, they just say than take away all the belongings and ask for money for packing, loading and unloading and hang up the phone..so u r stuck with them and u have no option other than continuing with them..it's like blackmailing
Rough packing, throwing of articles in the truck, totally unprofessional.
This is company should be seriously charge for these type of fraud.

Food not good quality but prices to much this foolish to people

Packages were booked on 07th December 2020. No transit details shown in system. Kindly check and confirm me the status quickly.

Material was booked on 28th nov 2020 from tadipatri vrl . to fathenagar vrl LR no [protected] and till now dated 9th dec 2020 we didnot receive material to fathenage godown. no one is answing the calls . if answered also telling some different stories like material is stucked in godown. I need the material urgently . Poor service

Worst courier service, from address they are 13.5 km and are not delivering the consignment and ask me to come and pick it up, i ask him if i pay online and you can handover it to ola bike, they refuses to do this also . worst experience ever

We have been trying to followup from last 10days but he is not responding.The answers from his received calls are creating a doubt of theft by him and we are very worried because we invested our hard earned money in buying them and they are not yet delivered .

We have also booked couple of company item's they are delivered but the items which are bought in the local market are yet to be delivered.

As per my observation, Ramesh from your team is doing insider trading and damaging the reputation of your esteemed organisation.

Please help us in tracking the parcels at the earliest

As i have booked 180 kg raisins from Bangalore to Vijayapura, but at my destination (i.e) in vijayapura only 165 kg materials received. one box of 15 kg was lost and still not found. |
As i am continue taking the follow ups since about 15-16 days and they are saying that they are searching.

The cost of product is worth rupees 3600.

Kindly resolved the problems ASAP or else i will go in consumer court.

Not getting gst invoice when doing booking

Your service is very worst now a days. from varoor tpt to udupi it will take 3 days to reach the destination. materials are simply lying down in your godown after booking 3 to 4 days. i have experienced this issues many times now a days. before it was ok.

Our supplier booked a parcel from jagadhri to Tirupati on j fashion date 23/11/2020 LR no:[protected] still we are not getting any update from your transport
Please kindly help us in this regard.
