Vrl logistics provides very good transportation.
But, in hassan branch, the customers need to suffer for simple selfish behaviour of personnel.
1. Unauthorised coolie workers around 10 people gather the customers to lift even a small item from the store to the vehicle. Bargain for the pay each one. The customers have to pay what they ask for. Otherwise, altogether threaten the customers of taking back the items.
I request the vrl to look in to it.
2. Xerox copy: no facility in the centre and also nearby areas. If we pay extra money minimum of rs 10 to the clerk, he will take the printout.
Please consider this feed back and improve.

The driver of the vehicle ka 25 d 6343 has drunk and driving the vehicle. He was doing rash driving and was misbehaving with public in bangalore's nelmangla toll booth @ 10:15 pm on 22/10/2019 i. E today. This vehicle belongs to vrl logistics and this driver made an attempt to assault and used unparliamentary language. Kindly take the necessary action and request vrl team to take care of such incidents. These incidents will be bad remark for the brand.

I had dispatched two wheeler feom kannur, kerala on[protected] and i got delivered on[protected] at mumbai andheri sakinakka office. First of all delivery people were arrogant and werwn't ready to bring vehicle out of their godown saying it is your job to move the vehicle. After i had objected they were ready to do and when i openes the cover, it us found that vehicle is in broken condition. Feont portion of the vehicle was in broken condition and was not in a running condition

I am from SALEM TAMIL NADU I am booking parcels from panruti to jetpur 70 cartons box of CASHEW NUTS tins till on 16 th October 2019 not Delivery no body response my calls and no body take any action seriously any office of VRL BRANCH SAY ONLY ONE WORD WHAT CAN I DO ASK ONLY FROM BOOKING PLACES when I call to panruti BRANCH VRL they say only one you send the complaint COMPANY after I will forward to my company this is VRL PARCEL SERVICES...

Jo ki delhi se jigani banglore ke liye lagaya gaya tha jisme 6 packages the lekin aapke logo dwara hame sirf 5 packages hi diye gaye or puchhne par bahut hi bura vyavahar kiya gya jo ki galt hai. Or wo log koi bhi jawab de ko taiyar nahi hai, puchhne par ye log kahte hai ki jao court me case file kar do dekh lenge ye bilkul bhi acchi baat nahi hai... Pls help us

My consignment ([protected]) shipped on 23rd september and reached kumbakonam on 30th september with different product. My product sent to kumbla, kerala. The company shipped the machine told that it will reach in 3-4 days. Though the machine reached kumbakonam on oct 5th there wont be any update on tracking website or no message at all. Still they didnt updated. This morning i called the vrl, kumbakonam and asked for the delivery details. The lady said that i wont get any updates as the consignment wrongly shipped.

Its been nearly 20 days, i couldnt receive the machine and i lost my valuable time. It was vrl's mistake, so vrl should deliver the product on door step.

They dont deliver our goods, withing given time, when we call them they say come here and take your goods, nd they say come with ur original stamps original bulty original id proof, lucknow is having 30 transports who never say these types of things, nd when we call them to deliver our parcel in door step they charge 300 rupees nd saying that we will deliver your goods in 2 ya 3 days

We sent a parcel from delhi to mancherial on 21 and 22 of september with lr no:[protected] and [protected] one parcel with reached the destination and the other one did not receive, it is still in hyderabad from 3 days, i don’t know weather they will send also or not. No one is there to solve our problem and no customer care executives are answering my call. Please solve my issue. Worst service from vrl transport,

The consignment no: [protected]. The materials have reached the vrl godown in virajpet. The respective staff have demanded for an id proof and the same has been provided. The staffs are still delaying it. Such a rude behaviour and we dint expect such a service. We have lodged a police complaint. Next, we will take this issue to consumer court if you don’t take immediate action.

Consignment booked from calcutta on 19/9/2019 wide lr number [protected] and reached salem on 24th at panamarathupatti depot. But consignment booked to prabathtalkies bilding, salem which is near to our place. Last 2 days the consignment laying at your panamarathupatti godown and not moved to prabath talkies depot due to non availability of vehicle.
Hope such a big transporting company, saying such chilly reason for delay is not acceptable. So please arrange immediate shiftment of the consignment to prabhath talkis building enable us to take delivery of the item

We had sent our goods on the date of 3-9-19 to our bhavnagar gujarat lr is [protected]
We had sent total 680 kg quantity goods in 14 bags. The value of the goods is rs. 49, 540/-.
Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the transporters, the entire bag became wet.in that case, the vrl company should be responsible for goods loss and freight charges. Now we request them to please pass the claim for this. But they are asking us to pay freight charges first and then they will send the goods back to jaipur. After that we can do claim for that goods from jaipur vrl branch. When the goods are all wet, why should we pay the fare in such a situation? Vrl the company should send the goods to jaipur at their own expense, but they are not doing so. Vrl bhavnagar team is neither returning the goods to jaipur nor responding properly. The jaipur vrl team is also not giving us proper response.
Very poor services are provided by the vrl group.

Sorry to say, very bad experience!

Our consignment was booked from rakhial tpt, gujarat to nagpur, maharashtra. Consignment no. [protected] (Containing 3 bags) dtd.[protected]. After too much follow up, got only 2 bags in hand at nagpur on[protected]One bag short). When inquired about the (Short) bag, it was tracked to be in patna, bihar. How can this happen?
Meanwhile, while tracking the missing bag, it was found that all customer care contact numbers were out of reach/switched off/not working for days.
We have suffered a huge loss due to such mishandling of consignment and we have adviced our suppliers not to use vrl services hereafter.
In such a case, we request you to take action immediately.

Now we request them to please pass the claim for this. But his team is not reacting to us. His bhavnagar team neither has to return the goods to return to jaipur nor respond properly. Jaipur vrl team are also not giving us proper response.
Very poor services are provided by the vrl group.

LR no.[protected], booked consignment from delhi to trivendrum at 03.09.2019. The item was worth Rs.50, 000.00 all goods received are damaged. Now the vrl agent is saying truck might got collide with something. Now they are not taking responsibility of the loss. You are so unprofessional, dont even know that goods must be handled with care..and now taking no responsibility...such a big company and providing such poor service..

With regards to the subject we would like to bring your kind attention that after waiting for more than half an hour at tumkur vrl office to collect the parcel but we were told to wait for another half an hour for issuing the parcel due to some issue of online server acknowledgment slip and no manpower to shift the material from inside store. Being such a big famous logistics in india we had a bad experience today morning, we advise you to have a close monitoring towards the front office executives / help desk for on time service with customers and standardize the manpower service.

Booked ticket from Bengaluru to Dharwad for journey on 11.9.19 with specifically to have lower seat, in the middle of bus and bus which leaves at earlier time even at higher rate compared to other option available but unfortunately the bus was cancelled immediately before departure and I was alloted last upper birth and scheduled bus was very late which caused annoyance to me.This way the service offered is very poor.I had good opinion with this travel agency but now I have changed my opinion about this travel agency.I usually use to travel with this travel only but this time it is unfortunate.The customer care is also not taking care n not registering the complaint.

I use your services regularly to send the material across india. And today i wanted to send some samples of my products through your service but the staff at chhatral branch refused to take the material by putting some lame excuses. They never give the l. R. Documents the same day and make us to visit the office 2-3 times to hand out the l. R. Document.

Our lr. No [protected] is booked on 26-8-19, from okhla c to erode. Parcel is now at delhi tpt for past 4 days. They are telling hub is full so we can't move immediately. Please take some immediate action to move parcel quickly. There is no response from vrl side for the delay. How could i suppose to suffer because of their hub inefficient. This is really disgusting. If they won't take immediate action i will file complaints against them.

Our parcel is about to come from hubli and it is arrieved location honnali... And the staffs in honnali are said its arrieved and we send vehicle to vrl office honnali from 20kms... When our vehicle is arrived they he is telling your 1 product is not arrived due to mistake... He said youve to come tommoro get missed one... They collect charges without giving missed products... The staff of vrl honnali office are very irresponsible... And they will neglect the customers... Please take action on them and create good and friendly envirnment to customers
