My consignment has reached from delhi to madurai. I have mailed the original bilty to madurai vrl office through the delhi vrl office.
Madurai transport (M.[protected], 79)
My client and i have called on these numbers since morning about 15-20 times. They are not providing any information and rejecting our calls.
How is my client supposed to collect their material? Madurai vrl is providing...

I had sent bike and one bag from vrl logistics packers and movers ahemdabad gujarat his contact number is [protected] on 23 dec 2018. He delivered my bike and one bag on 21 may19. Further he deliver damage bike and with front shocker damage and all the key points damage all the locks damage oil lock, tank lock, handle lock and oil pipe connection at t point damage. Further he took 05 months to deliver my items. I want compensation for all...

The products we purchased from Belgum reached our hands with mere damage and many a time I had complained accordingly and no action is taken until now. This damage occurred for the product booked on 12.09.2018 which reached here 2 weeks later. They react very rudely when ever asked for claim which is much more disheartening and now I am attaching all proofs here and hope clear cut action to be taken.

Dear vrl team, the said parcel is booked on 08.05.2019 with door delivery. But as on today we have not received the parcel. We have spoken to your kompally branch, and tried on mobile no. Today i travelled in vrl 10pm bus num 6003 seat u30 from bijapur to bengaluru, reached gorguntapalya at 7am, i requested whether he can stop near metro but driver n cleaner not responded properly they were rude, i get down took rick n came to metro stop, i could see they were many vrl bus stopping at gorguntapalya metro, they not stop there that's ok even not speak properly that i want to raise complaint...

The well known transport services from pune to nagpur is fail to arrival at there desired time. Not for first tym. But in last 2 month i travel 2 time but all time the bus is change at 3 am.

Hello, this is the second time in a month iam facing issues from vrl for a different complaint. Each time this disgusting logistics transport can't sleep without causing trouble to their customers.
I had booked 3 parcel from gujarat to thalassery and the guy here in thalassery called me yesterday that only 2 parcel is reached and he had no idea when will the other receive in his office.
I already complaint regarding late...

The said material was given tovrl logistics goregaon warehouse on 3rd may 2019.
After a lot of followup lr no. Was given on 6th may 2019.
Vrl tracking system does not any status the said consignment.
I have sent several communication to vrl customer care, varur h. O. & made several calls to goregaon warehouse in vain.
Yesterday i received a mail from vrl goregaon/ bhiwandi warehouse that material being loaded for...

Today I am travelling from raichur to Bangalore by using vrl bus facility at 9:15 pm (ticket details provided as below).

1) Driver driving very harshly without bothering about us at speed breakers. Our back hurts very badly several times and when we asked driver he said to not to sleep till ballery comes (till 1:00 am). So we are not suppose to sleep till that time.

I had booked a/c coach on 11 april 2019 to travel on 21st april 2019, tr. No:15931720 hubballi to banglore, pnr no:450! 20581097~15931720, ticket number:tn5a18084038. They have changed my travel bus by saying that actual booked a/c bus has not arrived so they are providing non a/c bus services as a replacement. This was not at all acceptable still i agreed. The total amount i paid for booking is 1418.00rs but the difference amount they offered...

This person was very badly misbehave with me even with lady passenger and misguided for boarding point location at late night... Also shouted on lady passenger and abuses. He was on in bus.. He was at boarding point and lying frequently that bus is already came and waiting for passenger and when passenger came to that location, bus came after...
