With ref to shree jagdish sarees pvt ltd, naya sarak, cuttack, odisha, we have not been given invoices for your services and yet after calling your office staff innumerable times in last 7 days, nbody has time to come and solve the issues.
I would like to specifically inform you that we have never delayed any payments for even one day, rather we have sent cheques to your office when yr staff failed to turn up.
Today we were denied delivery of our grounds on grounds that our payment is outstanding!!!
I request vrl to take immediate steps to solve such issues where your clients are made to feel so insulted for no fault of theirs.
I am sorry to inform you that such abusive behavior where we are denied to take delivery of goods, is something which is unheard of in any other transport.
Sorry to say that such actions shall be very detrimental to future business

This consignment was sent from karaikudi to trivandrum door delivery. At ernakulam this product was kept in their office for many days. Finally we tracked them and on delivery the driver had a quarrel with watchman while carrying it. Somehow the driver delivered it in the clients house. On opening one side of the product was broken. I have proof of before booking and after delivery photos. I need immediate refund of ₹15000. I have already booked acase in consumer court.

I had made by transaction of Rs. 1044/- to your company (VR logistics ltd hubli) on 28/05/2019 by using my hdfc credit card for the purpose of booking bus tickets from Bengaluru to Ballari. Even after debiting the amount from the account there was no confirmation from your side neither in the form of tickets nor refunding the debited amount after waiting long time. There after i had succeeded the transaction for the second...

We have booked a ticket under PNR No.21250857 on 12. 06.2019 from Madiwala Bengaluru to Hubballi at 9.15 pm on 14.06.2019. Pickup bus dropped my daughters in Anand Rao bus stop but bus departed from Gandhinagar at 9.15 pm picked and without any phone calls. Why this negligence? You should do a comfortable alternative arrangements to travel and take suitable action against your staff immediately.

I have been sending goods though VRL to my customers at karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh for the past 10 years.

I have sent 10 Steel Drums of Tyre Coat (Rubber Goods for Retreading) to TEEGEE TREADS, Makarpura, Vadodara on 25th May, 2019 vide L.R.No.[protected] from Palakkad . But, Out of 10 drums., one drum is missing and other one is empty. So, in total, my party received only 8 items.

I request you to pay the price for 2 Steel Drums of Tyre Coat to my party. Details are given below:-

person sitting on the vrl office counter won't let us keep our luggage inside her office, she said "place for sitting is only for those who book tickets offline from the office".And also its her own policy.Very rude, other offices like in pune, they let us keep our luggage.I hope you look into it because of person like these reviews are bad. And while taking a picture she hid her face and kept on saying its her own policy

We are book sellers in Bangalore. We get books from Chennai every week through VRL transport.

The branch at Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore, does not deliver the goods in time. They unnecessarily delay in giving delivery of the goods. Our business in time bound. If we do not supply in time, our business is lost. Having given many complaints, no response is from the staffs. Kindly take immediate action.
LR No. [protected] dtd 4.6.2019. We have still not got the delivery. This is not the first time, it is happening in every booking.

The consignment bearing LR number [protected] was shipped from Delhi to Mysore on 25th May this year. This item was neither delivered nor traceable by concerned VRL personnels.

Let us know the procedure to claim the compensation or would be lodging a case at consumer court. Spoke to Mr.Manikant once on this and he is not reachable now over phone.

This is really horrible experience with vrl, i have booked a seat for 4/6/19 at 5pm but that gets cancelled and they don't provide facilities for the same time, and instead gives sum other boarding time and even that bus is 1hr late. You people charge so much for a single ride and the way you treat your customer is very pathetic.
Will never choose this vrl hence forth.

I bought goods from ludhiana and the consignor forget to send consignee copy to me and goods reached ahmedabad vbut not realse goods on photo copy and demanding email from ludhiana brnach. Ludhiand vrl charging rs 150 for email and ahmedabad branch rs 100 for miscellaneous charges and they were not relieve my goods prior i submit miscellaneous charges with transportation charges. The staff of vrl so rudely behave when we asking for service.

My client and i have called on these numbers since morning about 15-20 times. They are not providing any information and rejecting our calls.
How is my client supposed to collect their material? Madurai vrl is providing terrible service.
Please do what is required and give immediate response.
We have regular business with vrl and your service providers at madurai are the worst. Please do something about it.

I had sent bike and one bag from vrl logistics packers and movers ahemdabad gujarat his contact number is [protected] on 23 dec 2018. He delivered my bike and one bag on 21 may19. Further he deliver damage bike and with front shocker damage and all the key points damage all the locks damage oil lock, tank lock, handle lock and oil pipe connection at t point damage. Further he took 05 months to deliver my items. I want compensation for all this harassment and damage of bike and finally sent my bike from gatti docket number[protected].

The products we purchased from Belgum reached our hands with mere damage and many a time I had complained accordingly and no action is taken until now. This damage occurred for the product booked on 12.09.2018 which reached here 2 weeks later. They react very rudely when ever asked for claim which is much more disheartening and now I am attaching all proofs here and hope clear cut action to be taken.

Today i travelled in vrl 10pm bus num 6003 seat u30 from bijapur to bengaluru, reached gorguntapalya at 7am, i requested whether he can stop near metro but driver n cleaner not responded properly they were rude, i get down took rick n came to metro stop, i could see they were many vrl bus stopping at gorguntapalya metro, they not stop there that's ok even not speak properly that i want to raise complaint

Dear sir docno [protected] booked from hubballi on wednesday dated 15/5/2019 not reached till now i. E dated 18/5/2019 to gangavathi. I suffered very hard and lot. Since my party refused the items they ordered becoz of your late deleivery.

The well known transport services from pune to nagpur is fail to arrival at there desired time. Not for first tym. But in last 2 month i travel 2 time but all time the bus is change at 3 am.
All the passanger move to another bus.1st time the ac is not working that's y we have to move.. N today we have to move just because there are only one driver in my current bus.. So these is the reason we have to shifted to another bus. Both time bus late about 3-3:30 hr. So what's the difference between others buses n vrl buses. We choose vrl for on time arrival. Not for there late services. And today i'm still traveling nagpur is 1hr (12:30pm) from here. We should reached nagpur at 9am in morning. So let me known why should i choose vrl in future for traveling.

Hello, this is the second time in a month iam facing issues from vrl for a different complaint. Each time this disgusting logistics transport can't sleep without causing trouble to their customers.
I had booked 3 parcel from gujarat to thalassery and the guy here in thalassery called me yesterday that only 2 parcel is reached and he had no idea when will the other receive in his office.
I already complaint regarding late delivery of 18 days from gujarat to thalassery previously, now this time its a different matter.
I will never book any parcel in vrl that this # service provider can't sleep without causing problems to thier customers.
