I have booked 60 kgs of consignment to mumbai on 9.04.19 with consignment no : [protected]

When i booked for express the guy who booked the consignment promised to deliver in two days time

Date of booking : 9.04.19
Promised delivery date : 11.04.19
Latest promised delivery : 13.04.19

Will vrl compensate by business loss?

Vrl has collected token amount of rs 500 for the slot booking and then they refused to come for the service.
Checked with the driver's number they had shared, driver told me that vrl used to fool people and donot adhere to the committment they use to make.

I boarded vrl bus from bengaluru, generally bus should stop at chittadurga vrl facility (Every time i travel through vrl the bus stops for washroom and freshup, that's the reason why i choose this operator over others). The bus didn't stop, it is not convenient for passengers. The bus is from bengaluru to bilgi (Bagalkot). Please see to it, don't make customers suffer. Stop each & every bus at chittadurga or don't stop at all, we'll be waiting...

I'm the receiver for this consignment. The same i receive in bad condition. This contain full of biscuits worth ₹. 9520. But when i received 155 pockets got damaged as powder. Details of the product got damaged are mentioned below,

Coconut cookies 25 pockets value 35×25 = 875
Butter cookies 40 pockets value 28×40 = 1120
Salt biscuits 20 pockets value 28×20 = 560br...

The vrl logistics in karol bagh new delhi very worst services. 1st time when i calleed them they picked up the call and told me the details .
next time when i called them all 5 numbers i couldnt connect. then later i of the number got connected . he tried to make me fool saying its all one time charge n its not based on weight fixed charges have to be paid. hes tring to cheat the customer.

This is for your information tat vrl staff at sakinaka andheri warehouse is very rude. Today 30th march 2019 at around 5.30 pm when i called at vrl sakinaka warehouse, i was very much annoyed as the person who attended the phone was very rude and used bad language. I wanted to check regarding my consignment delivery status. But he told me that they are not running a charity etc etc.
Vrl management must understand that we are customers...

My consignment number : [protected]. The item has been dispatched on 15th march from ahmadabad to chennai. I called on 21st march. They told item is in someplace in chennai, it would reach destination (Mount road) in the afternoon. Even after 100 of call they don't attend my call. So i went on 23rd to collect my item directly. They told item is not in their place. I asked why dint they attend my call. They just told we don't have time to attend...

Supplier had dispatched a parcel on 4th march but the parcel has not been dispatched from ahmedabad-tpt till 18th march also. The officials said the parcel is been missing. We have even raised a complaint but there is no response from vrl office too. The team seems to be very irresponsible and do not respond properly.

I just hope they take action and find my missing parcel and deliver it to the right place at the earliest....

I loss my led tv sets 55inch 4k, 43inch 4k tv panels cost 120000.. Vrl transport is crack down my both sets. Totally vrl logistics is responsible for that. Because purpose of led sefty l made wooden case and frame with double carton and bullets wrap #. Vrl guys no manners of customer property. It's very bad transport company. I ever seen. If there my issue doesn't solve. I will totally spread my situation on social media and broadcasting...

Have absolutely no manners and dignity to talk to clients and infact tarnishing the image of vrl logistics by misbehaving with clients.

I am travelling VRL logistics from Ugar Khurd to Bangalore, in the ticket they have mentioned for one person 20 kg luggage is allowed. I was carrying 10 kg luggage they charged me 120 rupees as luggage. Even though I have less luggage, they don't any dimension standard or weighing machine simply they are charging blindly. Ordered from nashik to gajuwaka, the person from vrl wrote it as visakhapatnam. Ur logistics team dropped the material at main city. I have paid additional 600/- for bringing back the material!
Why should i pay for your faults?

I have been using vrl transport from last few years for my material from mumbai, telangana and combaitore.
And each time miscilinious charges they are adding on is increasing to great extent.
No set up rules and regulation.
One of the worst transporation group.
However their bilty charges may be fixed but fixed at very high price.
If there is any regulation for this.
It should be checked and regulated....

I booked a parcel from ludhiana to ajmer on 13/02/2019 (Lr number - [protected]) containing 14 pieces of textile shirts (Invoice no.-gst-316). Value of goods was 4672.50. It went missing from jaipur branch but after 22 days even no response from jaipur branch and ludhiana branch. Jaipur branch person told us to apply refund in ludhiana branch and ludhiana branch employee not agree to register complaint by saying that jaipur branch is responsible...

I have been promised to get my good delivered today. I am in contact with hyd and bangalore office this whole day almost made 20-30 calls. Driver says he is drunk and can't deliver. I am so upset with inconvenience faced. I can't even express in words. I will never recommend vrl service to anyone with this worst ever experience.
