The said material was given tovrl logistics goregaon warehouse on 3rd may 2019.
After a lot of followup lr no. Was given on 6th may 2019.
Vrl tracking system does not any status the said consignment.
I have sent several communication to vrl customer care, varur h. O. & made several calls to goregaon warehouse in vain.
Yesterday i received a mail from vrl goregaon/ bhiwandi warehouse that material being loaded for pune and details shall be sent after loading. Details were not sent.
Today morning at 11.30 hours vrl goregaon warehouse person told me that the consignment has been loaded for pune.
At 20.30 hrs vrl tracking system is not showing any status.
This material is extremely urgent please arrange immediately.

We are managed to contact the company but they're quite slow and staff is also not coperated indore staff r saying our internet is not working so we cant hand over ur parcel... So please take particular action

Hi, i have a consignment scheduled to receive lr no. [protected]. It was dispatched on 25/03/2019 and it hasn’t reached yet. It has been almost a week, now the question is that being one of the biggest brands in the league, u guys don’t have any credibility and responsibility towards your customers time or we are stupid enough to choose vrl logistics, pay double the freight charges than any regular logistics (Who are by the way delivering faster than you) and then too receiving zero results??? U should have an account on how much loss of time and money your customer has to bear b’coz of your unprofessionalism, also i quote that this is not the first time i am facing this issue.. But it definitely would be the last time.

I have booked vrl packers and movers to shifts my goods from begumpet, hyderabad to munekolala, bangalore on 14th apr 2019. Also i have done the full payments in one shot. They have deliver my items on 17th april 2019 evening except 2 items 1 trolly bag in which i have kept my all the clothes estimated a rs. 1 lkhs and another cartoon box which is having 1 rice cooker and 2 buckets and few small accessories. For the delivery of these two items i called and messages everyday. And they are saying they will deliver next day. They are not behaving also properly and very unprofessional as well as irresponsible. One of my mirror of the bike is also broken.

Worst customer experience.

Now, god knows when will i get my items.

Today I am travelling from raichur to Bangalore by using vrl bus facility at 9:15 pm (ticket details provided as below).

1) Driver driving very harshly without bothering about us at speed breakers. Our back hurts very badly several times and when we asked driver he said to not to sleep till ballery comes (till 1:00 am). So we are not suppose to sleep till that time.
2) No wash room facility, it's a 9:45 hours of journey and driver is not stopping at anywhere and when I asked him, he said till Bangalore he will not stop anywhere.
3) at 7:00 am teachers Bangalore and at one speed breakers, all last passengers got hurt.

I had booked a/c coach on 11 april 2019 to travel on 21st april 2019, tr. No:15931720 hubballi to banglore, pnr no:450! 20581097~15931720, ticket number:tn5a18084038. They have changed my travel bus by saying that actual booked a/c bus has not arrived so they are providing non a/c bus services as a replacement. This was not at all acceptable still i agreed. The total amount i paid for booking is 1418.00rs but the difference amount they offered is 147 rs. I haven't booked the ticket on 21st april 2019 then how they are deciding the difference amount the bases of bus rates on that date. Usually, the non a/c sleeper coach services are charged around 650rs to 900rs. First of all the bus prices are very high and upon that the management is not at all good. Just because we don't have other choices at the time of boarding they cannot take advantage. I had to cancel my ticket at the time of boarding because of the improper management and inconvenience. They don't keep us update about these changes before, they inform us on the travel day or at the time of boarding so that we won't be having any other go. After cancellation of ticket, they refunded 1347rs. Please take action on the bus rates and management of all the travellers because they are charging very high which is very difficult for customers to manage at night time. There should be limit for bus rates. Just because it is private services they cannot charge out of limit. Kindly consider the concern.

[protected] this was the number given after successful booking to coordinate boarding point details... This person was very badly misbehave with me even with lady passenger and misguided for boarding point location at late night... Also shouted on lady passenger and abuses. He was on in bus.. He was at boarding point and lying frequently that bus is already came and waiting for passenger and when passenger came to that location, bus came after more than 1 hour.
He was very rude and i want to take action on him immediately. It was very disappointing

Will vrl compensate by business loss?

Vrl has collected token amount of rs 500 for the slot booking and then they refused to come for the service.
Checked with the driver's number they had shared, driver told me that vrl used to fool people and donot adhere to the committment they use to make.

I boarded vrl bus from bengaluru, generally bus should stop at chittadurga vrl facility (Every time i travel through vrl the bus stops for washroom and freshup, that's the reason why i choose this operator over others). The bus didn't stop, it is not convenient for passengers. The bus is from bengaluru to bilgi (Bagalkot). Please see to it, don't make customers suffer. Stop each & every bus at chittadurga or don't stop at all, we'll be waiting to go to washroom, and the bus doesn't stop. Please see this doesn't happen again for better customer benefits.

I'm the receiver for this consignment. The same i receive in bad condition. This contain full of biscuits worth ₹. 9520. But when i received 155 pockets got damaged as powder. Details of the product got damaged are mentioned below,

Coconut cookies 25 pockets value 35×25 = 875
Butter cookies 40 pockets value 28×40 = 1120
Salt biscuits 20 pockets value 28×20 = 560
Raagi cookies 30 pockets value 28×30 = 840
Vaneila dews 10 pockets value 21×10 = 210
Orange drops 10 pockets value 21×10 = 210
Total value 4375.

So, kindly arrange for refund process.

As mentioned complaint i have send to vrl email-id on 4th march 2019. But still there no response from them. On of the worst transport company i ever seen in my life. So my suggestion i won't prefer to any one to transport the goods to this worst company vrl logistics.

The vrl logistics in karol bagh new delhi very worst services. 1st time when i calleed them they picked up the call and told me the details .
next time when i called them all 5 numbers i couldnt connect. then later i of the number got connected . he tried to make me fool saying its all one time charge n its not based on weight fixed charges have to be paid. hes tring to cheat the customer.
and later when i called the other person hes telling me the different charges. their is no authentic service been provided to customers . they are fooling them. and they are telling cost of tax more than cost for the weight of the parcel .

This is for your information tat vrl staff at sakinaka andheri warehouse is very rude. Today 30th march 2019 at around 5.30 pm when i called at vrl sakinaka warehouse, i was very much annoyed as the person who attended the phone was very rude and used bad language. I wanted to check regarding my consignment delivery status. But he told me that they are not running a charity etc etc.
Vrl management must understand that we are customers of vrl and give regular business to your company. So this type of misbehaviour is not at all acceptable.
So we expect a concrete action the staff.

This is for your information that vrl staff at sakinaka, andheri east warehouse is very rude. I wanted to check regarding my consignment which was supposed to arrive at the warehouse, but the staff who attended the phone was very rude and uncourteous and used bad language. This type of behavior at vrl is not acceptable. I expect you to take appropriate action on the staff. As a customer of vrl i expect a courteous staff responsible for our queries.

My consignment number : [protected]. The item has been dispatched on 15th march from ahmadabad to chennai. I called on 21st march. They told item is in someplace in chennai, it would reach destination (Mount road) in the afternoon. Even after 100 of call they don't attend my call. So i went on 23rd to collect my item directly. They told item is not in their place. I asked why dint they attend my call. They just told we don't have time to attend call. Then they gave some other number to call. They also dint attend. Daily i am going to enquire about my item. Today is 27th march. No response about my item. They lost my package.

Supplier had dispatched a parcel on 4th march but the parcel has not been dispatched from ahmedabad-tpt till 18th march also. The officials said the parcel is been missing. We have even raised a complaint but there is no response from vrl office too. The team seems to be very irresponsible and do not respond properly.

I just hope they take action and find my missing parcel and deliver it to the right place at the earliest.
