Dear sir/madam,

This consignment booked by our supplier on 12th july'16 from rajkot to tada, vechile number:ka 25/b7338. Still we didn't received this consignment. We called and explained our urgency to vijayawada (Auto nagar) vrl person, they told 23rd it will reach to tada, till the consignment is in vijayawada only. It's already 10 days completed. Please try to understand our urgency.

Our supplier m/s suman udyog limited, bangalore booked an item at bangalore to hte consignee adress m/s kare power resources, lingasugur. But the item has reached raichur.
By enquiry at raichur since two days, vrl staff at raichur not taking any action to send item to lingasur.
For this delay of reaching item we loosing 100000 rs/- daily. So kindly arrange to resend the item to lingasur at earliest.

Hi.
As mentioned above the parcel ( medicine) is supposed to deliver door step. But even after contacting the local branch everyday the parcel dint get delivered.
This is the common issue I have been facing. And for the record i have recorded the call between me and the local person.
Please let me know the way to resolve this issue.

The package arrived on 21st of May 2016 at delivering location.

I have two hamalis in the bill on receiving material from delhi . also i have to pay for rude coolies in Ambattur VRL. And the people who work there also not responding well. Last time when i received a load, they (coolies) made me beg to transfer the material 300 kgs for 400 rupees. Later i discovered they are not of VRL's. Please put coolies in that station or be strict with hamali. Do either .I had a good feedback before visiting VRL and they are all nothing but damaged thoughts . Thanks for great experience with VRL. Let us see atleast how much this is going to react in Ambattur, Chennai's VRL Station.

Hello sir, from past 6 months we are facing worst service in our raichur district (Vrl logistics), your office staff don't respond properly, they are very careless and management is worst in raichur city branch, we are your customers from past 15 years and our firms give good business to u r raichur branch. If we provide proper lr no also they don't give reply and if the goods have come to them they don't give delivery for 3-4 days also, take action abdi expect good service in future...

on. 3, 4, 5, 6, may 2016 as par the BM promice dellivery on in time but 3, 4, may2016 booked parcel deliverd on 6/05/2016 and 5/05/2016 parcel is still in tpt auto nagar. Not moving (idel)

we worry about the late delivery

Regret to inform you that we have booked 200 Kgs from Pune to Hyderabad and VRL team informed to me that charges will be 1300 for 200 Kgs, and we have booked.

When we have approached to VRL (Kompally) office for collecting the delivery then they asked Rs. 2140, otherwise they will not give delivery to us.

Material was 200 Kgs. and they have mentioned in LR 250 Kgs, when we have asked for weight then they denied for doing the same and told us either you give 2140 or come everyday here and best your time.

Please do the needful.

I have booked ticket on 7th apr 2015 from bangalore to manvi through vrl non ac sleeper which leaves @ 9.20pm from anand rao circle and 8pm from madiwala, the bus left without intimation as i faced lot of issues due to bus missed and addtional pay extra for me.
When we trust vrl so much if they leave the bus without passenger what we have to do.
Bus person had called after he went to peenya how can he expect me to climb bus from there.
Hence am requesting for refund of money as i have not travelled and mistake was not from my end.

VRL is one of the worst services we have experienced so far in logistics.
Assured of delivery from Indore to Guwahati by Air within 2-3 days on the urgent basis.
Today its already more than 6 days and the parcel is not delivered yet.
Besides on tracking online we are getting the status of Vehicle no, even when we have booked it by air and were charged for AIR only.

We are unable to track, none of your customer support people are cooperative, they are unable to tell us the status of material, are giving us fake updates on the status of delivery.

We are completely fed up by poor services.
We will never ever choose VRL for any of our requirements further, We are going to completely BOYCOTT it from our list.

Totally useless and POOR Service

With reference to LR 590 we have shifted our domestic goods through VRL on 22/11/2015 from Hyderabad to Trivandrum . We were suppossed to recive the goods on 26th Nov 2015, but we received the goods on 1/12/2015 after several followups . While unloading we could see that many items were missing and damaged . Few items they send back after many followups . Since the goods were insured with VRL, we asked reimbursement of damaged and missing items . Initial talks they agreed to pay, but last couple of weeks they were not answering our calls . We were cordinating with Mr Mukesh on [protected] /[protected] /[protected] .

Dear sir / Madam,
i had purchased 4 machines from kolkata and transported them at Maharashtra. at the time of Loading the Contact person of VRL has inspect the machinery and told me the charges is 8 Rs/Kg, and the weight of machinery is 1170 KGS, but due to more volume of machinery they told me that they will charge for 2000 KGS, So i agreed for the same. and dispatch the machines, but when the machinery received at Maharashtra at my place i go to the VRL office and see the bill of transportation, they have charged for 3000 KGS so i had called VRL person of Kolkata but he is not giving any ans to my question. and he dirctally said me why you had dispatched goods from our transport, who told you to do this.

We are not happy with the VRL service and communication.

We have received only one parcel out of 2nos.

As per Mangalore HO, we need to contact them after 2 days to get the status .This is very bad as we need the parcel very urgently.

Traveling from bida r to Bangalore bus started 5.30 p.m and reaching next day 11 a.m. 18 hrs..unbelievable speed. So much ppl have to go office so what they have to do, u just think.you don't have better time mAnagement. This not first time so many times I have faced.

Hi, I'm regularly purchasing the Amway health products and shipping to JAMKANDI as my father stays, VRL staff always says we won't deliver the delivary at door step... My father has a health issue and due to old age he can't travel, could you please provide a good service or you can reject the Amway couriers it self when you can't deliver. Hi sir I S.Rohit, went to the VRL service which is at 794, Desh Bandhu gupta road, karol bagh, New Delhi is very unsatisfactory service. Firstly when we called them they don't bother to answers any calls after 5 pm I rang them more than 6 times and I went there to the address to transport parcel to vizag there the member response was very rude, . My parcel was in a Carton box which is fully packed and secure but the VRL person demaded us to get it again packed from the vendor, who is with them, which he stated otherwise he would not admit the parcel. The packing person demanded Rs.100 for each pack and the VRL person told that it is compulsory to give him. Since i was coming from long distance to send a parcel i am not having any option to change the vendor. I did not encounter this type of service from any VRLservices. I am very disappointed with VRL for giving franchise to these kind of people.

This is shiv Shakti Vastralaya, from bhagalpu. Aapke employee Mr. Sinha jee ne mere sath battamiji ki, kafi galat language use Kia unhone. Wo aksar aisa hi karte hai. Aapke bhagalpur branch se delivery lene me bhut dikkat hoti hai. Aap kripa karke sinha jee wale problem ko thik kijiye, hamari koi izzat ni hai kya...?

I'm regularly opting service from vrl and it's freight is very high I spoke to many people in office but there is no use we have small business I can't offord so huge freight.. Today I received the parcel whose weight is nearly 15 kg and they inserted the freight 379 + 30 = 409.. Pls help
