I have shifted good from pune to vadodara. The person who came for cotation bluffed and give less amount of cotation so that i can give contract. Then after packing charged doubled. Also person came for packing spoke very rudely and loudly in residential area. Absolutely unprofessional. Then took full payment before delivery. My good reached vadodara completely soaking condition. The person came was asking for 2000 rs saying vrl pune person asked to take amount from me writing by pen on bill. Then car reached vadodara but not giving delivery at home. After many follow ups gave delivery again asked 300 rs and used abusive language. I will take thing complain further as well.

We ordered ayurveda medicine from arya vaidya sala kottakkal to their authorized dealer shop in chikmagalur karnataka state.
In every month we get the parcel boxes in very damage condition, and many time i complaint the parcel boys about this matter.in this time i get the medicine in very damage condition and 3 boxes of medicine around inr 24000 are fully wet and the bottle details also in very poor condition. How we sale our products like this you people give every time?
We need a immediate action about this complaint and if it going same we need to change the parcel service.

I thought that vrl logistics is one of the reputed and trusted firm in transportation of vehicles but they proved me wrong by damaging my vehicle when it was transported from mangalore to bengaluru.
Both the end grips were missing.
I dont understand how my rear number plate was broken, in fact it was missing and some broken material was hanging through the bolts.
Scratches.
Right hand brake lever was broken and cut.
And the worst part is i cannot claim insurance for such damages.

We booked goods from ambala cannt to tadipatri. Of andhrapradesh. But your vrl staff booked to anantapur instead of tadipatri. This is second time same mistake has been done. I hope your transport service very excellent and accurate. But your staffs mistake will spoil your company good will. How will we bare extra charges from anantapur to tadipatri. We are not going to pay any extra charges. Another thing is that your staff has no knowldeg about g. S. T rules. Present as per gst rules no need of c. Form and way bill. Only above 50000/ worth bill is applied. Way bill is for only some items apply. Your ambala staff doesnt know about it, they delayed of booking from the party gupta agencies ambala. First they demanding way bill, after two days they dispatched. Pls train about g. S. T and transport rules to your staff and avoid interrepution to customers. My lr no: [protected]

Dear sir this is prakash owner at jk. Electronics rajahmundry. Ap. This is to inform u that the freights o[censored]r transport are very high. Today i was all shocked to hear 12 box from delhi to rajahmundry costing me 10500 rupees. Few days back i received 4 box same size as now that coated me only 1940 rupees. So this is not fair at all. So pls i request u to look in to the matter as early as possible... One more thing i have to say sir ur office incharge at rjy told me that the average cost of the box would be 575 - 600. I request u to please consider this seriously... Otherwise there are so many transportation... Actually i'm dealing with sarna transport since 1986.. Ur incharge requested me for dealing.. Thanku

This is utmost sad that such a good service throughout other part of karnataka is good but in the same way buses starting from Mumbai doesnt have proper manner drivers and buses are always late atleast by 2 hours. Last day I was travelling from Pune to Bellary and departure time was 10 pm in night. I rushed to stop as I was getting late and was there 15 mins before departure (10pm as mentioned in site). When I went there co-ordinator stayed that bus is late by 45 mins. I can understand may be because of traffic but after 45 mins... same operator is telling that Buses are now starting and drivers are careless on the timing and every day drivers come late. I was very much disappointed with the way VRL are operating in Maharashtra. If you people doesn't value time then why the hell you people mention wrong timing on site and send sms staying your bus will be there at departure place.

I am extremely unhappy and I have decided will never take VRL buses in my life time and will be sure that I will spread the right word to all my friends, relatives, neighbours, collegues, my kid's school place and even in social network. Go hell with your bus and your service.

Although my car accidentally damaged, but there was no dents on body except the lower engine damage. VRL hyderabad branch people miss handled the car whilst lift and shift, they accepted it and they are giving lame exuse that it usually happens that car gets dents while using crane for lift. I have been given to understanding that the lift and shift damage would be there nor about the insurance during lift and shift. I am so unhappy with the service. Please look into this matter soon and bring my back in the position what it was before you have initiated lift and shift.

i have submited the lr from 19.6.2017 to transport but they delay the delivery by telling that the parcel is missing or unabel to find the parcel, today 10.8.2017, i got the delivery of parcel and in that i got 1pcs short, it means the transport or the member handling charge of it remove 1 saree from the parcel and today the transport is also taking demmurage charge, it is wrong the transport is unabel to find the parcel and when they got they deliver but its their fault why they are taking demmurage charge, i am trying to get the parcel by 19.6.17.By the middel man rupesh bhai ([protected]), he is telling that he is trying daily to get the parcel but the transport is telling that they didnt get the parcel, unabel to find etc etc.Plz help my.No.[protected] & [protected]..

I had sent material vide consignment to ms arius formulation vide lr [protected] dt 16.6.17 to forward at //pdymtp pondicherry muthirapalayam (Tn) however the shipment reached chennai broadway

While booking consignment we informed vrl vasai to follow our old lr no
Please refer our earlier lr no [protected] dt 20.4.17 which is correctly send to pdymtp pondicherry muthirapalayam (Tn)

However still they wrongly booked goods to chennai broad

On 22.6.17 we spoke with mr swami in vasi godown and informed him about the mistake and to forward the goods to pondicherry but he informed us to send email which we did

We thought he took necessary action but today when the client again followed up for the goods we were surprised that mr swami didn't send any email to chennai

Now mr swamy says he did not get the email on 22.6.17 how is it possible as it has gone from us and it has not even bounced

The chennai godown is asking for damerrage which client refuses to pay and we are at loss of 150, 000 rs all for this failure of mr swamy

Please take necessary action

I have a ticket booked for today from Mumbai to Bangalore. I have been asked to reach vijaya nagar at 1:15 pm. I reached on time and found a mini bus coming at 1:30pm. I boarded that bus and he dropped me at some place near anand rao circle. The driver told me to go walking 500meters with my luggage to vrl office. I reached office and found that the bus is of 4pm and they want me to wait for 2 hours. This is really no acceptable that ur company is making us wait for such a long time. The staff is not cooperative and I called up the head office and he told me that nothing can be done and I can do whatever I want. Worst service has been provided. I am waiting here and it's so hot over here (2 pm afternoon). Seriously I will never recommend anyone to travel via vrl. Pathetic

I am from Hans Rubber industries. We have supplied material to our party in karad (satara ) vide lr no. [protected] on dated 17.04.2017. This is paid lr and godown dilivery.

Vrl logistics not inform to our party that you pick up our material from vrl. After some time party communicate to us than i we submit indemnity bond. Because party not submitted to Lr Hard copy in KARAD.
Now party reached to VRL for material. But VRL demand 9100/- as dam rage charges.

You are requested to you please suggest me that what we do for our material.

Package description, pb bale of asg. Wright 54 kg. As per tracking, material at tpt bangalore. Till date it is not reached at shivajinagar. You are requested to go through and anable us to get material as soon as possible.

For above this courier booked from Bangalore to mayors just it's 140 kms. Even for reaching this took 3 days. It's due to irresponsible & useless such persons, as it's reached 2 nd also but not delivered that days even our person visited and ask for parcel. But even at late evening after long conversation with above persons, accept that will be deliverd in next day before 11.30 am. But delivered at 1.30pm. Due to this kind of worst service we lost a big order. So, don't believe in VRL courier service they appoint low grade illiterate useless fellow at their office. So don't hesitate to use slang words also. Beware...

We have booked a parcel in delhi kamala market B 3parcels we have booked on 5 05 2017 our lr number is [protected] sir in delhi bilaspur transhipment they have booked one parcel via chennaiTPT and two other parcel via perundurai tpt one parcel recieved on 18 05 2017 to panruti dispatch office but untill perundurai tpt vehicle is not yet un loaded in salem tpt sir when will it unloaded and then it go to perundarai and it will reach panrutti sir i saw a contact number of perundurai tpt and i called him he is not responding us he tells that the parcel will not reach in mean time what will you do

Booked vide [protected] on 06 May from Delhi to Palakkad. but, consignment not yet received. your companies policy of delivery period is within 7-8 days. however, its been 13 days and still the consignment is in perundurai depot. the business loss due to this compells us to remove vrl from our business association in palakkad. its unfortunate to associate with such tpt company who doesnt have a commitment

Your services are getting slower. It takes more than 10 days to receive consignment from zirakpur (Pb) to pandharpur (Mh). This time it take even more time than usual & the route of transport also changed. When it reaches certain tpt depot they are not forwarding goods to next destination on same day, it rakes 2 to 3 days. Please look forward for changes.

I booked the ticket on april 28 2017, for traveling to my native place from bangalore. My pick up point is maratahalli, due to huge traffic regarding "basava jayanti" majestic area road totally blocked. For that reason our pick up vrl bus got late upto one hour. But our main bus already got dispatched from "anand rao circle" without informing me also. And i booked two tickets cost 2600 to my native place. They given total 4 pick up bus from bangalore. I did not get any seat for sitting also in those buses. I called to our main bus driver he told "bus is near to tumakur, will stop there you come and pick the bus". Is this service provided by the vrl? If there bus itself got late, then what we need to do?. By all this huge stress i went my native place got admitted into hospital suffering from acidity, vomiting.

I booked the sleeping seat, but vrl service provided me worst journey. If i miss that pick up bus also who will return the money to me. They only left and lost will be facing by only?. Please take serious action against this vrl private bus service providing. They are providing service like anything worst to the passengers. They not at all responding properly when we call them at difficulty time also.
