I am from Hans Rubber industries. We have supplied material to our party in karad (satara ) vide lr no. [protected] on dated 17.04.2017. This is paid lr and godown dilivery.

Vrl logistics not inform to our party that you pick up our material from vrl. After some time party communicate to us than i we submit indemnity bond. Because party not submitted to Lr Hard copy in KARAD.
Now party reached...

They have damaged our clothing materials by using hooks in the transport from "erode to sullia" lrno: [protected] crno: 55450250 please kindly go throw the complaint because we got lots of loss in the material in which we bought in your logistic. We are waiting for your reply for the further materials and we need a solution for this complaint.

Your services are getting slower. It takes more than 10 days to receive consignment from zirakpur (Pb) to pandharpur (Mh). This time it take even more time than usual & the route of transport also changed. When it reaches certain tpt depot they are not forwarding goods to next destination on same day, it rakes 2 to 3 days. Please look forward for changes....

Fraud in transportation. i have paid insurance amount, still many of home items were missing those are costly like Sony head phone and Titan watch of Rs 6000 etc. at end they agreed to pay losses but later refuse to give pay the same.
In same transport they have misplaced my 2 wheeler and to get back asking money for same from me

I sent all my household goods through VRL Movers and Packers Pune from Pune to Guwahati on 01/11/2016. After so many phone calls I received the goods on 17/11/2016. I have booked my bike for transport from bangalore to srinagar on 14/8/2016.
