Dear Sir,
I had booked 3 tickets (sleeper) online from www.vrllogistics.in on[protected], amounting Rs.1005/-(one thousand five only), bearing seat number 19,20,21 from Bellary to Bangalore.

But ticket was undelivered, but the amount of Rs.1005/- was debited from my bank account. The same was reported to VRL Logistics, bellary office in person...but the person sitting there told NO...

VRL the karnatak based compnay is run by duo of father and son combination. And has a histroy of not paying salary to people who leave the organisation for better option.There are few liches who have been with the company for years and they do play the safe game of not paying to the out goers and getting a pat from the duo.This has been happening every where and all over INDIA.
