Hi, I would like to lodge a complaint against VRL travels for the misbehavior by one of their agent in Mumbai.I had booked a ticket with VRL travels today morning(15/12/2013)from Mumbai to Goa by paying rs 200 extra for the bus which was scheduled to depart at 5pm.The original cost was rs 600 and the agent told as they have put extra bus therefore the price is Rs800.I got a call in the afternoon saying that the bus is cancelled and told me to adjust in 7pm bus and I was offered the last seat.I told him when I had paid you rs 200 extra as i have to reach Goa early morning as I have to attend office than why should I adjust that too in the last seat as I am travelling with my wife.The agent was not ready to listen and eventually it resulted in an argument.The agent started speaking very rudely and told do whatever you want.I told him that I will go to consumer forum for that he replied in a very rudely manner saying go wherever you want we cannot adjust.I got irritated by the behavior of that agent and I cancelled my ticket.I just wanted to highlight the misbehavior of the agent as this is not the way to treat the passengers.I hope my complaint will result in some action against VRL travels.Thanks

We would like to bring to your notice that one of the Packages of LR No.[protected] dt 15/11/13 have been interchanged at the time of delivery, at ADIVTA, we have brought the same to notice of the Delivery office at ADIVTA, but they are saying we have recd this package, we request you to look into the matter and track our missing package as it is a machinery part.

This is an complaint to inform you that the PNR 12744417 suppose to get down at dharwad. But your persons didnot wake up the customer at the destinated place resulting the straight away went on bye pass. All of a sudden, the custmer noticed that the bus is already reached MK hubli. Immediately it is informed to the driver to stop. The customer got down at MK hubli instead of Dharwad i.e., 55 kms away from Dharwad.

Just imagine if the customer would have been a lady? what would be the case. This type of irresponsibility personals services from your esteemed organisation is not acceptable under any circumstances.

You are request to take immediate action on concerned person and feedback to me the action taken so that further we should be careful to choose your travel services.

I have booked a ticket at VRL office mangalore in sleeper for my sister prabhavathi senior citizen in VRL Bus for travelling on[protected] from Mangalore to Bangalore After confirming that the Bus dropping point at Banashnakari and Devegowda petrol Bunk.(Your Online booking showing these points) The Bus KA-25- C-8550 left mangalore at right time , However concerned staff of the Bus droped my sister at Jayanagar Bus 4th Block terminus informing that this is the last point causing problem. 5. WHEN I ASKED AT 1035 PM , A PERSON AT THE COUNTER TELEPHONED SOME BODY AND TOLD ME
THAT BUS NO 806 HAS ALREADY L;EFT AND HAS CROSSED NELAMNGALA
6. HE TOLD ME TO BOARD ANOTHER BUS TO HUBLI AND CHANGE AT CHITRADURGA - FOR WHICH I HAD
NO OTHER OPTION
7. THE DRIVER OF HUBLI BUS TOOK ME UNWILLINGLY - AS IF I WAS UNWANTED THERE . IT WAS AGAIN
AT 2.00 PM WHEN THAT BUS REACHED CHITRADURGA
8. ONE PERSON AT YOUR CHITRADURGA OFFICE LISTENED TO ME AND TOLD ME TO TRAVEL BY
NON AC BUS (5011 ) TO BELGAUM . I HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUS TO OCCUPY SEAT NO 32 ( LAST
UPPER ) AND REACH BELGAUM AT 8.10 AM
9. THE DRIVER / CARE TAKER OF BUS NO 806 AND ALL THE OFFICE STAFF AT RAJAJINAGAR OFFICE
WERE CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE . HOW CAN THEY SIGN THE TRIP SHEET WITH OUT
VERIFYING THE DETAILS OF THE PASSENGERS

sir I booked two tickets to Bangalore, one from nipani and other from belgaum....in nipani VRL OFFICE on 22nd aug 2013. due to mistake from VRL office boy the both tickets were booked from nipani itself. When I noticed message in my mobile for confirmation of registration I got to know that both seats were booked from nipani itself. Now the matter is my family member (woman passenger) is waiting in belgaum near RAMDEV HOTEL infront of VRL office. when I asked that boy he told that need not to worry VRL(VITA) bus wil stop near ramdev.but the vrl bus didn't went to ramdev itself on 23rd aug 2013 which was departure date. when I enquired that again in VRL office they telling that none of the VRL bus wil go in belgaum city they will leave from outside itself. On 23rd aug due to this thing my family member didn't went to Bangalore itself............now tel what I have to do

We had booked a courier using VRL Courier with consignment no :[protected]. The material was interchanged and the required material was never derived on site. When we tried contacting them they accepted the mistake. But refuse to Take any action. As a result we haven't received the same the material which was booked on 8 -6-2013

I work for a software company as software engineer in Bangalore. Every weekend i visit my parents in hyd. As my office timings are from 10 Pm to 7 AM. I prefer traveling in day. As usual i got my ticket reserved for Monday (29th April 2013) for 10 30 bus from miyapur. so that i can reach Bangalore by 8 pm and i can attend my office from 10 pm. But at 9 am VRL has sent a message telling that the bus has cancelled and we were shifted to another bus at 1 o clock (Second bus) Only because On that day only 6 people had booked the ticket hence that bus was cancelled.Due to this, i was late to my office 2 hours :( i missed my projects schedules at my office. Almost my company is about to fire me. This is all because of VRL. I never expected this. Hate u all i never travel in ur bus again.

I have booked a parcel through VRL .i went to collect the parcel (L.R.NO[protected] from the VRL Logistics branch office in marthandam,Kanyakumari district,Tamilnadu.The person behavier is very bad and rude as if he is giving me free of cost and asking unnecessary question to me i felt so bad on the issue and i want log a complaint to VRL please help the VRL to take action against VRL staff in marthandam Branch.

I booked ticket through online for January 2nd from Mumbai to Mangalore. When i tried to find out the availability of buses, because of Bharath bandh on January 3rd i called VRL Kharghar navi mumbai agent number 27745200 which is near to my boarding point. The agent was so rude and rough, he does not have patience to listen my words and not ready to give proper contact number also when I tried 3 to 4 times. And he told "We are the service provider only for tickets booked from our office" I didnt get proper response from this agent. I suggest VRL has to take this kind of issues seriously for maintaining good relationship with regular customers. And other customers to not book the ticket with this agent.

Booked a courier through VRL LOGISTICS from Delhi To Hyderabad, they said material will reach with in 4-5 days, booked on 30/5/2012 with Bill no[protected] and when contacted on 4th June they say that material is dispatched on 3rd June and not on 30th May.
Even after dispatch on 3rd June material reaches Hyderabad on 7th June and they are still not able to deliver the goods.
They say material is in there warehouse and they don't have vehicle to dispatch the goods to respective branch.
on contacting their warehouse they said that take the good on Sunday from Osmangunj branch and when i contacted them on Sunday to that branch they say that the branch is closed on Sundays. And when i tried calling the same customer number its been switch off hole day.
They say they hold LIMKA BOOK OF WORLD RECORD for largest fleet of commercial vehicles in private sector but i world suggest them to mention that they HOLD LIMKA BOOK OF WORLD RECORD FOR THE WORST AND SLOWEST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD.
Would like to suggest to all the consumer that please do not go for VRL LOGISTICS for booking any of your goods to any place.

I tried to book online ticket using VRL Logistics online booking services on[protected], but the transaction got cancelled and the money of Rs. 710 has been debited from my account to VRL account.

There has been no refund so far from Vrl logistics, so please help me out .

Sir I request you to make these travel agents follow the standard online transaction procedures where if a transaction gets cancelled the money debited shoul automatically refunded.

I HAVE RESERVED A LADIES SEAT IN VRL TRAVELS FROM MANGALORE TO HUBLI ON 29.01.2011
THE SEAT No WAS 4. IT WAS TOLD ME THAT THE SEAT WAS RESERVED FOR LADIES.
WHEN I ACTUALLY OCCUPIED THE SEAT, I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE SEAT BESIDE ME WAS ALLOTTED TO GENTS.
WHEN I MADE AN ENQUIRY ABOUT THIS, NOBODY HAS RESPONDED PROPERLY.
FOR THE SAKE OF MAKING MONEY THE SEAT HAS BEEN SOLD TO SOMEBODY BY TAKING EXTRA PRICE FROM THEM.
IF THIS IS THE CASE WITH SUCH REPUTED TRAVELS COMPANY, THEN HOW THE CONSUMERS HAVE FAITH/BELIEF IN SUCH TRAVELS.

Dear Sir,
I had booked 3 tickets (sleeper) online from www.vrllogistics.in on[protected], amounting Rs.1005/-(one thousand five only), bearing seat number 19,20,21 from Bellary to Bangalore.

But ticket was undelivered, but the amount of Rs.1005/- was debited from my bank account. The same was reported to VRL Logistics, bellary office in person...but the person sitting there told NO booking is been shown in their portal...and sold the same ticket to another person for the same day..

He gave me the number of Hubli office to contact as[protected]/564/565/563/567
when i called there..they asked me to contact Mr. Manjunath, given his contact number-[protected]...he said it happened due to technical problem...and the same amount of Rs.1005/- will be credited in your bank account in one or two hours.

But to my surprise...the amount is still not credited in my account...

Today 22 days passed...but no money refund i got...Sir please look into the matter and see that i get my said money

VRL the karnatak based compnay is run by duo of father and son combination. And has a histroy of not paying salary to people who leave the organisation for better option.There are few liches who have been with the company for years and they do play the safe game of not paying to the out goers and getting a pat from the duo.This has been happening every where and all over INDIA.

Claim to be the best logistics provider with name registred in PEPSI BOOK OF WORLD RECORD

My Manufacturer shipped 5 Carton Boxes from Secunderabad by VRL, Consignment #[protected] on July 10, 2009. This is supposed to reach Bangalore on July 11, 2009. When we called yesterday - July 13, 2009, they said that they have still not received the Consignment. Our Manufacturer in Secunderabad contacted the local VRL office and they told them that it has already reached Bangalore on July 13, 2009. So, we called the local office and they tell us that they have not received the consignment. There are important materials in this consignment and VRL Customer Service is so bad they they are not even polite when they answer and most of the time the phone itself is not answered.
Even today on July 14, 2009, we have still not received the goods and this is utterly ridiculous service by VRL. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. This kind of service or dis-service is just not acceptable.
One thing is for sure, we will never use VRL again and I will certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

VRL Logistics is one of the Big Travel Agency in Karnataka, and they have Many Daily services From Bangalore to Mumbai Route, The Service is OK, but These people are Charging Excess Fare in the Season, suppose if a Weakend Comes with a Holiday on a Friday, Then Immediately these people Will Take Excess FARE (The Actual FARE is 1100+55 = RS.1155/-) But these people will charge RS.1495/- on those three days, Even in ohter Travell Agencies they will take Extra Charge, But those fellows Will Create Some Scene and Take It Unofficially, But these People Will Charge it Officially in their WEBSITE,
