I the undersigned the most respectfully submit fuvelines before your kind honour for needful action, i the proprietor of bee pee creations, kalaburagi (Gulbarga) bearing gstin no. 29crzps4548h1zo. I used to purchase the marriage invitation cards from marvel card gallery, bengalure, and prince card creations, bengaluru since last 6 years. They used to book my consignment through vrl logistics ltd. Bengalure.
The marvel card gallery, bengalure, and prince card creations, bengaluru has booked my consignment in your logistics bearing with l. R. Nos., bill nos. & value of materials.
On 5th october 2017 the kalaburagi vrl logistics ltd. Branch delivered the above mentioned consignment to us. We received it as usual but when we opened the package we found that more than 4500 wedding invitaion cards were badly damaged due to rain water. Same has been to the notice of brach authorities, but they expressed helplessness in this regard we used to aprox everyday to the brach manger. But they were giving every a different contact numbers and a address to launch the complaint. We have provided every possible evidences in this regard to the branch authorities but so for they have no responded to our loss and graviances.
Due to the carelessness attitude and indifferent manners i suffered a lot of monetrial and as well as reputation loss in the business. Due to the your authorised persons irresponsibility. Total loss materials and business is morethan 6 lacks as per my chartered accountant's openion. Which isuffered during this marriage season.
If i can't get my loss paid your hanourable logistics company in two weeks from the date of this letter, inevitable i will move to the consumer court for justice.

The reason to mail you is my goods have reached Chennai in a damaged condition and my consignee has denied taking the goods.
There is no responsibility for the goods being damaged by your side and no one is ready to reply about the damaged goods.
The booking was made from the Bhavnagar for which I had paid the labor charges handling the box, but in spite of paying the charges machine has been damaged
in spite of accepting the goods been damaged the transport people blaming us for not packing it properly.
I want a strict action for the damaged goods and a written report of how the damage took place and who is responsible for the damage.
