My consignment no.[protected] & [protected] was booked on 2nd jan, 2018 from delhi kashmiri gate to rudrapur vrl and e way bill no. Written on bill. From 4th jan material not loaded for rudrapur from delhi north tpt after 2 days i had call in delhi office they said hard copy of e way bill not attached after 15 min e way bil mail on vrl id which was received by msg on 6th jan they said material dispatch today and same thingh repeated on 7th jan. There is no proper response from delhi north tpt

If you not give delivery today. My customer cancel order of machine and will be loss of 150000/

Ref. To consignment no. [protected] dt. 4.11.17 (Vrl hubli) no. Of packet booked 2 no. (Total sheet 10 no.in 2 packet x 5 no. Each packet sheet)

& [protected] (Vrl pune) no. Of packet booked total 36 no. Packet (34 packet of 5 no. Each packet sheet) & 1 packet of 4 sheet & 1 packet of 2 sheet)

We have booked our acp sheet material from vrl logistics ltd., tikri border, delhi branch to above mention vrl logistics ltd locations. Hubli & pune

But vrl pune, received the only 34 no. Of packet. + 1 packet of hubli. (Wrong & short material delivered) instead of 36 packet (2 packet of 7 sheet short received)

&

Vrl hubli received only 1 packet of 5 sheet instead of 2 packet of 10 sheet (5 sheet in each packet) in damage condition.

Because of damage material party denied to take the delivery of material and from that day to till date we haven't received our material return.

Our material is missplaced & damage by vrl logistics.

We have send the number of mails to vrl but no positive response received

Please look in to this matter & take strict action against the conmpany.

Worst service by vrl
Today i got my goods but its damaged 3 case of goods it contains medicine 4 of my cough syrup are missing and staff says it damaged by monkey's instead they store my goods in godown they layed it on truck
No one responsible for this worst service and so negligent they are..
If my problem is not to be shortout then i will never use vrl and told everyone about today who use vrl

Sir, aaj me abhi dt.21-12-18 ko bangalore se ahemdabad ki volvo bus 8867 me betha hu. Abhi me vadodara ke najik se complaint kar raha hu. Aap ki gadi ka driver bilkul kharab driving kar raha hai. Gujarat border se me dekh raha hu ki vo ek bike ki tarah gadi drive kar raha hai. Mumbai aur surat me customers lene ke karan gadi city me li aur late kar diya. Ab full trafic mr zigzag gadi chala rahe hai. Aap ki gadi me camera hai. Dekh lo. Aap ka action muke batana. Aap ki sabhi gadi ese hi drive karte na ho esi aasha.

Dear Sir, we book one carton box to Goa at Mapusa location but it was mistakenly book at Margoa our Booking No is 23741492 dated 29.11.2017 at moolakadai chennai branch and i got one more information about your loaded vehicle met accident our customer is awaiting the material it is urgent i hope u will solve the problem at the earliest.

Product delivered to unknown person ([protected]) by the raichur courier on 16.9.17.
Many times approched to vrl counter they are saying we will check it. Till today they have not clearing.

I dispatch goods which is in 3bag on vrl logistic ltd.
(Branch - babarpur, delhi) on 25th oct, 2017.
Its been approx 45days the good were not received by party in karim nagar
(Telangana).
Very poor service.
They are only making fool of people
I have complaint on custmer care but no response is get from there side they only say we are looking for it.
I cant able to give the goods on time to a party because of vrl logistic delay.
They are soo much ir-responsible

I should have get my parcel from surat to chengalpattu. It's a bad experience we had with vrl that they delayed to deliver the parcel even though it reach the chengalpattu office. And because of the delay i lost my order. Never ever dare to have business with vrl again. Very worst customer service. You should compensate my loss. When you can't deliver on time why should you take orders

We booked a parcel from vrl logistics tikri border branch to hosur branch. But when the parcel reached at the destination it was tottaly wet by hazardous smelly chemicals. When we spoke with tikri border branch they said that cleint will get the claim. And its been month we are mailing them for claim. 12 mail we have sent them and not received any response. Such a very poor and worst behaviour. Parcel value is rs.30000/-. Very poor pior and poor customer service we have received.

Below is the details off my builty that how much delay they do.
Generally normal transport take delhi to pune (1400km) in 7days.
But this vrl takes 15 to 20 days so please consider my complaint aganist vrl.

Due to this delay my company already in loss, we loose the order so i demand to compensate my loss.

I have missed my flight so many times due to the wrong information provided by the vrl company. They people just to earn money can sell lie easily it doesn't matter to the company whether the wrong information provided by them affecting to the customers or not. They people know only about making their money. Very sad vrl. Right now i am traveling for bangalore and i have flight at 7am the vrl promised me to arrive at bangalore at 4 am but when i asked to the driver he told me the real story that bus can not reach bangalore before 6 am at any cost. This # happens so many times due to wrong information provided by the vrl. The company is only doing their business either it's in real way or fake way it doesn't matter to the company. Highly unsatisfied.

[protected] numbered person from vrl logistics - we have booked for packing and moving from hyderabad to bhimavaram 3 days back. We have been following up if he is coming on time. Even today morning he said he is on the way and from afternoon he is not picking up the calls. He is giving his mobile to other person and giving excuses. There is no response and we are frustrated calling him 100 times. Customer service number doesn't work. The worst service ever. Cheaters!!!

I have borded one o[censored]r buses to reach bangalore from mumbai on 14 evening. Bus vl no. Py/05/9253 was supposed to reach pic up point at 5. Instead reached at 6.15. Agreed it was bcoz of rains n jam. But is it fair to stop the bus for dinner at 12.10am? Tat to in some remote place. Is tis d time to have dinner? Advice me who is supposed to be blamed n who sd suffer.

Just bcoz bus is late.. Tat does mean tat divers can be so irresponsible. This is definetly not acceptable.

Tis is done everytime. Tey dont even stop for washrooms. This is inhumane treatment given to ur customers.

Vrl claims to be one of best in bus service. But if this is the kind of service that ur proud of! You start losing ur customers. I would like to bring this matters before your highest authority

I the undersigned the most respectfully submit fuvelines before your kind honour for needful action, i the proprietor of bee pee creations, kalaburagi (Gulbarga) bearing gstin no. 29crzps4548h1zo. I used to purchase the marriage invitation cards from marvel card gallery, bengalure, and prince card creations, bengaluru since last 6 years. They used to book my consignment through vrl logistics ltd. Bengalure.
The marvel card gallery, bengalure, and prince card creations, bengaluru has booked my consignment in your logistics bearing with l. R. Nos., bill nos. & value of materials.
On 5th october 2017 the kalaburagi vrl logistics ltd. Branch delivered the above mentioned consignment to us. We received it as usual but when we opened the package we found that more than 4500 wedding invitaion cards were badly damaged due to rain water. Same has been to the notice of brach authorities, but they expressed helplessness in this regard we used to aprox everyday to the brach manger. But they were giving every a different contact numbers and a address to launch the complaint. We have provided every possible evidences in this regard to the branch authorities but so for they have no responded to our loss and graviances.
Due to the carelessness attitude and indifferent manners i suffered a lot of monetrial and as well as reputation loss in the business. Due to the your authorised persons irresponsibility. Total loss materials and business is morethan 6 lacks as per my chartered accountant's openion. Which isuffered during this marriage season.
If i can't get my loss paid your hanourable logistics company in two weeks from the date of this letter, inevitable i will move to the consumer court for justice.

Hi all. On 6th vrl people came to my house packed all things from bangalore to hyderabad they need to move my things. They were delayed by 24 hrs in tht they damaged all my furniture. Nd lost fittings also. I strongly recommend pls don't take risk and choose vrl for transportation. They don't deserve to be in the industry as they are totally unprofessional.

The service is really pathetic. Wht they are promising while agreement they are far away in reality while giving the service. They misplaced the screw of my bed. My freeze nd another bed, scooter all are damaged. The person from vrl nt agree to assemble my dinning table nd centre table. While agreement the person sandeep from vrl agreed for everything. He charged 360 rs as document charge which he didn't give in quatation. I doubt and nt at all satisfied with the service. Timing also delayed by 24 hrs wht they committed.

LR no [protected] booked dated[protected] from Delhi.. Even after repeated follow by mail n calling customer care, informing them about URGENCY of material. It is still laying at Delhi.

Now the situation worsed, since I am not able to fulfill my commitment people are about to cancel the order.

Who will pay for my loss.

Today when I called on customer care no, the executive instead of apologize for late delivery said " Sir koi Baat nahi hai, will send list today for dispatch" .It means till date they were just sitting.. and no action was taken instead of repeated mail from my side.

I need to make a complaint based on the delivery of the product

I'm Running a Company at Panruti, Tamil Nadu. I ordered some materials from Mumbai. The Supplier Promised that they would send the material through VRL, From Mumbai to Panruti. The VRL officers by Mistake sent the materials to Cuddalore instead of Sending it to Panruti. The Customer service not responding me properly and they are saying that it would reach Panruti the next time every time I call, From Today it has been 15 days ( it's was been booked on[protected]. Due to their mistake my client cancelled the order. Please give me a solution for this and help me to get my product immediately at Panruti.( invoice address )

Dear sir,
My material got stuck at vrl nagpur due to not submit of form.
When contacted vrl logistics they told to talk and submit at vrl logistics mumbai (Goregaon)
When we contacted them and narrtaed the whole story they told talk to vrl logistics in nagpur.
When contacted in vrl logistics nagpur they told me to contact in vrl goregaon.
No proper reply was given by them. And talk was very rudely (They told "hum kya kare" aap party se baat karo ")

This is not the customer service we expect from the transport company. What should we do?
