Dear sir,

We have shipped a product from your sakinaka office for 378, new rasta peth, nr quarter colony, pune -411011. But till today the product is not been delivered to the client nor the client is allowed to come and pickup the same from your branch. Today also with several calls from us as well as the clients there is no response from your pune office, they are still searching the parcel and are unable to locate the same.

Kindly update the status on priority as if the client is not delivered the product by today he will cancel the order which will result into a huge loss for us.

I hope vrl will understand the seriousness of the issue and respond immediately.

My goods has been booked on 18/04/2018 from raipur.
Till the date i have not received the product as it was on urgent bases the goods.
As per track record the goods was arrived in aurangabad depart on 22/4/2018 which is 3 hours by road from the destination (Jalgaon) but still till 26/04/2018 the goods are in aurangabad.
It was worse experience calling them they all say its in aurangabad but not sending to the destination.

Sir, i have deposited my consignment at vrl, karol bagh branch on 20/4/2018, i was assured that i will get my consignment reach to karnal (Haryana) within 4-5 days, when i enquired about my consignment from delhi-bilaspur transhipment about my consignment they have no clue where my consignments are. This is really very unprofessionalism of your staff sir, i have heard of vlr customer satisfaction policies but now i am in no mood to trust vlr. My books are there in consignment and my exams are approaching, i am really depressed because of your services, you are kindly requested to please track my consignment and please deliver it soon

Iam bijendra agrawal, travelled in your bus on 21st april 2018, bus no."py05 a1600" seat no "u24." i was travelling from mumbai vashi to hubli, at 6.30 am in the morning, the driver gave a sudden break and i fell down, got my back hurt very badly and still the driver did not bother to stop or help out.
The bus had to pick up at 10pm, at "mgm ground old toll naka road, vashi" which came at 12pm and dropped at 12pm in the afternoon today, which had to arrive at 8am in the morning. Journey date 21st april 2018.

Please look into the matter as it carries your reputation of about 10 years of my traveling with you.

Today i booked ticket from bangalore to hyderabad. My stop is marathalli at 7pm. After my pickup it should go to tin factory and to the highway to hyderabad, but what happened is it went inside the city and we are roaming in the city with no cause for 2 hours. There is no prior intimation for this long journey inside the city.

Worst travels that have never seen.

Yesterday i went to parcel 2boxes, bt they were not responding us, even there is a que of many members,, the guy who sat in counter was busy in phone with his personal issues,, he was talking very badly with us, tht i won't book ur parcel like this,,, is this the way u take care o[censored]r customers,???, their response with customers is too worst,, it happened in ur haveri branch,, please kindly do the needful

I had sent 5 rubber cow mats, each with a thickness of 0.669 inches through vrl from bangalore to anantpur, they told me that there are chances for it to get damaged, and since i've sent this material through other logistics services several times but not experienced such third class service like yours where they have literally cut my each mat into three pieces and they're telling me that it got damaged.
I will highly discourage people from using your service and let people know what kind of third class service you have if this is not fixed.
As you can make out in the picture easily whether the mat is cut or damaged.
Always remember how karma works, because you of you i'm in a loss and one day you'll be in a loss too no matter how big you are, it's just a matter of time i hope indian consumer complaint helps me to recover my loss which i had through vrl.

In October last year we Vishal Brothers Enterprises booked a Parcel from tikri delhi to hosur parcel containing clothes. When it reached at hosur it was fully damaged and wet with harmful smelly chemicals. Our client refused to take the delivery as it will very harmful to wear those clothes. Even hosur branch knows it. When connected VRL Mr. Jitendra from Tikri border told us we will get the claim of parcel he tolf to contact Mr. Manikant we did that Mr. Manikat also assured us that we will get the claim. He told us to contact Mr. A.P. Dubey. We spoke with them also both told us to send undertaking for claim we did that . Now from the last 2 months we are sending continues mails to them but getting no response. And the Joke is they send us letter for auction of clothes. Very Very poor service even head office is not responding.

Our Supplier M/s KND Steel syndicate booked a consignment on 23/03/2018 from Delhi Naraina to reach chennai. We are M/s Amman Engineering Services placed in Chennai. We enquired chennai office, they informed that consignment is still in delhi. They gave customer care no. & we called up that no. They told that consignment is missing. They in turn give another no. in delhi. But no response from VRL Personnel. L.R No: [protected]

I've sent out a consignment consisting two bags from manipal to visakhapatnam.
This was on the 12th of march, 2018. I was told that the delivery will happen in the next 4-5 days.

It has been more than two weeks and after continuous phone calls to the local vrl office they say that only one of the bags has reached the local office. From the past two days they say that the bag will be delivered the next day and keep postponing the issue.

Our consignment no [protected] is booked on[protected] bhiwandi to chennai we are not received still 22-03-18 your gps tracking has not on this vehicle from bhiwandi to banglore vehicle and it as hold on banglore at 19-03-18 at 9:49 am but it has mowed on 20-03-18 at 2:26 pm it as reached on 10:19pm still now they dent unloaded we went to receive the material at 22-03-18 at 10:00 am to 2:00 pm their is a irregular response form office person and unload in-charge person we are really uncomfortable on your service and very disappointment on your service this is a defence material.

My complaint is against courier delivery. While booking the courier your fellows will say the product will be delivered to door step and will be taken extra charges, the issue rises at the time of courier delivery from your delivery persons and getting call that we dont have service to deliver at my address location and saying to come to office to pick the courier.
If you dont have service to deliver at address, why while you take the booking. Extra charges will be also paid and we physically have to go to office to pick our courier, leaving all our works side.

Our vendor spectrum aqua pvt ltd, new delhi booked to deliver to nr northeast enterprise, guwahati with consignment no [protected].

First of all, the guwahati vrl logistic has misguided us regarding delivery of product and when we approach to collect, the given us some packets which are not the packets sent by our vendor. When we contacted in guwahati, very poor response.

I parceled my bike from thirthahalli (Shimoga) to bengaluru. When i came to collect my bike, they told to come after an hour. I came after 1 hour bt the same thing happened again... So totally i came 3 times yesterday bt no proper response to a customer.
Today i. E march 9th i collected my bike by the indicator is damaged. I have paid ₹2035 for the parcel, is this the condition of the bike?.. If i ask about the damage, the response from your employees in yeshwanthpura vrl logistics is too bad... They don't know how to talk with a customer. Plz first teach them otherwise u will loose customers like us. The officers in yeshwanthpura vrl logistics are worst worst wosrt.

I trusted on vrl groups (Bangalore) for delivering my bike and mixer at my home location i. E bhusawal maharashtra from bangalore electronic city. As promised by mr. Sandeep sagwan (Bangalore contact person from vrl) i opted for door to door delivery and paid the money according to that on 22nd feb 2018. However the bike is still not delivered and its with bluedart hub at district location (Jalgaon). As per bluedart team they have been advised for pick up from their hub and not to deliver at my home.

Mr. Sandeep sagwan is highly unprofessional and after number of calls from my wife he is not at all ready to revert or talk on phone properly. I am not in india and this guy made my family suffer from 4 days as my family contineously calling him but didnt get any answer from him. Someone else picked the call and told my wife that he will refund 200 rp take the bike from your own. I will never trust on vrl again and will socialize this matter as much as i can. Mr. Sandeep sangwan you should stop working if you cant be on what you comitted. You made my family suffer alot and still my bike is not delivered.

I had booked a semisleeper ac coach from manipal but later due to delay the bus couldn't make it and i was changed to a non ac sleeper coach. And in the middle of the journey there was a problem with the bus. We were changed to government ksrtc bus and were supposed to pay extra for our travelling. I either need a proper explanation or a refund of the extra expenses.

Really frustrated for the fact that how people can lie just to get a bus booking!!!
I am a frequent traveler by vrl n prefer the service offered but after this experience i will think otherwise
While booking the agent at gokul hotel promised me that the bus will come to wear that's the reason took a sleeper. Bus starting at 2.30, but to my shock at 2.15 they say there s a vrl can that will come n take me to east!!
When asked the agent he denies the fact that something like this was promised
Since i am travelling alone do not wish this hassle

Really frustrated that u have agents employed who lie just to get a booking

Sorry to say but u have lost a customer today because of some liar who does not value customer experience

We are regular customer from your side but we have observe 2 types of complaint

1. Kirti nagar branch ([protected]) not pick my phone for status payment received or not previous 3 days. Builty no-[protected] all payment deposit from our customer shree rama mills.

2. Secaundrabad branch is not handling material our customer avi steel.

Our customer is irritating for this issue and they are cancel our order.

Kindly se the matter today immediate this is serious for my and your company image.

But i m visiting since two days.. But i'm not able to find my package and the computer handling staff is very arrogant and the staff also very negligent.. No one is helping out...
