Yesterday i went to parcel 2boxes, bt they were not responding us, even there is a que of many members,, the guy who sat in counter was busy in phone with his personal issues,, he was talking very badly with us, tht i won't book ur parcel like this,,, is this the way u take care o[censored]r customers,???, their response with customers is too worst,, it happened in ur haveri branch,, please kindly do the needful
