Hi,

I had a booking on Friday from Hyderabad to Mumbai(Ticket Number 7203107) and the scheduled arrival of bus at Mumbai was at 8.45AM. but the bus has arrived Sion, Mumbai at 2.55 PM. i.e more than 6 hours late .Therefore I have to miss the function for what I was here just bcoz of bus getting late .


So it has been of no use for me to travel for such a long journey . Hence, I strongly Urge to refund my Ticket amount back to me .


For your Reference I am attaching the ticket herewith. The booking as done through TravelYaari.com

    I started from bangalore to mumbai around 1.00 pm .. Vrl transports ka 25aa 5178. It stopped due to some engine pb around 8.00 pm . We are total of more than 40 passengers stranded in a place for more than 3 hrs. Waiting for alternate vehicle which they promised in 1 hr. We stood at this odd place and odd time without nearby hotels to take food . The response time is poor and the service of customer care is useless. Better choose some other transport if its night travel . My seat no. Is b and my name is durgeshwaran.A [protected]

      This complaint is about rash driving. When a driver first jumped because of road breaker, i asked him to drive carefully. Same thing repeated again and again. Thets is when i decided to raise a complaint before thet asked him again please drive carefully and he said Road is not proper and this is how I drive.
      I feel I am sick and getting stomach pain.
      Please do something about it and by the way I am still in the bus.
      I am damm sure I won't travel again in vrl any more.

        Its regarding the pathetic service & experience in the vrl bus journey on 27-mar-16 (Goa to pune). Portal showed rs.2500 ticket price, but charged rs.290 additional for a/c

        Service tax. We got the last seat which didn't even recline and no proper ac flow. Driver was driving as if he was drunk, we got hit on the front seat 4-5 times while

        Sleeping. My whole night was as painful as hell. Redbus and vrl are such a reputed name and i really didn't expect such a service from you guys. I don't think i'll recommend

        Either redbus/vrl to anyone i know. I hope you look into this matter at the earliest & get back with an explanation or this matter has to be escalated in case of no revert.

          Iam complaining because i have faced arrogant behavior of the parcel person at triveni belgaum more than three times. Iam tolerating it because i have no other better services to get parcel delivered to my native place bidar. The person (not the same always) behaves so rudely as though they are talking to laborers and they are doing a favor on us by accepting our parcels to be delivered.
          But sir/ madam we are paying for it and your employers behave in an unacceptable rude manner.
          For instance if they don't have change instead of them adjusting they tell us get the change or we wont accept your parcel.
          Today that is on 20thMarch (3.00pm), my driver who is an uneducated person wanted parcel to be sent to (dr.v.n.prabha) bidar. The parcel contained prasad laddus from tirupati, they wanted an under taking from him, but i mentioned that he is an uneducated person. He told them as he doesn't know how to read and write kindly help me out by writing two sentences of the same undertaking. But the person who is sitting there told its not his job and get it written elsewhere.

          I ask you is this a good behavior.the persons whom you have employed are they super humans or a very superior race if not then why do they behave on such a manner.
          Iam sorry but the fact is a have travelled in vrl for more than hundred times these parcel fellows and bus kinners are very rude. The bus kinners will not get your luggage down if you dont pay them tips.
          Please look into such frustrating matters

              Hi sir/ma'am, I am traveling from Udupi to Bangalore in multi axle volve serviceable which departed from Udupi at 9:15pm here i have been provided Blanket which is full of bed bugs, which created skin irritation and reshes. And made me not to sleep for the whole night as i am still awake. I don't want to create trouble for the drivers thats why writing to you.                   Name: Saurabh Goyal Journey Details: Bangalore to Pune, Date : Jan 2, 2016 Pickup from Indiranagar, Near RTO Office(Bangalore) @9:00 PM Bus no: KA 25/C8544, Seat no: 26 TIN no : TJ[protected] Reached pick up location on time and boarded on pick up vehicle on time but when I reached at the bus station to board the bus, bus was gone without boarding the passengers from your own pickup vehicle. And there is not even a single person at your office who can take the responsibility to assign me a different bus. I want all my refund for the inconvenience caused and in the future I will make sure people in my circle don't board your bus.It's a shame you guys can't even take the responsibility of boarding your own passengers

                    Dear Sir/ Madam As above mentioned sub I usually journey from Hubli to Bidar at 10pm and reach Bidar at 7:30pm as per schedule but today 27/10/15 but left at 10:40pm and I think I will be late to office tomorrow due to parcel loading in travel Vrl bus n if that soo I would have choose SRS who leaves on time at 11pm Kindly register my complaint n inconvenience to the passenger

                      We booked 6 boxes from theni (Tamilnadu) to ullasnagar - mumbai on[protected] lr. No. [protected]. Instead of sending it to ullasnagar from mumbai tpt they mistakenly sent to mumbai do. After our demand they again forwarder to ullasdnagar.
                      Now they demanding 1400 / - rs. As penelity to deliver. We already paid all charges during booking at theni.

                      Pls. Take necessary steps to get parcels deliverd.

                        I have been travelling with vrl travels from Mumbai to Belgaum and vice versa since 1 yr but my last three travelling experiences were horrible with vrl travels.Last month twice during my travels from Belgaum to Mumbai and vice versa I was bug bitten .It was so horrible I could barely sit on my seat.I again came from Belgaum and water was falling on my seat .

From: Pavan Kumar Bangalore Today we started our journey from Surathkal to Bangalore @10:05pm with MultiAxle Volvo and the ticket price is 1200 Rs with the allocated seat no 32 & 33. Worst maintenance vehicle, making sound badly. We can't offered to morning as it is irritating very bally. I want to lodge a complaint against this on immediate basis. Pavan Kumar.

                            I booked 2 tickets from udipi to mumbai was travelling with my daughter, while bokking was assured that the bus will drop us at Borivili thats d reason choose vrl, on my surprise was told in chembur that we will have to change d bus as the current bus that we are travelling have to go to hubli bus no c9173 ??? The bus driver n d conductor did not have a clue just said v cant do anytime ? So my question s when v travel with kids we look at convienece n not changing bus with our luggage to be moved from one bus to other I have been a regular traveller in ur bus but will make sure not to use it anymore n not recommend as well becuase d motto is just to make money

It leave anandrao circle at 8 am correctly but after rajajinagar it was stopped around 1 hr or more for only 2 passengers without caring all the passengers in bus.. It was reduculus.. All o[censored]s have job or other work so this type of service affecting very much.. Very disappointed..

                                I booked ticket on may 18th may 2015 from Goa to Bangalore and date of journey was 20th may 2015, due to some family emergency I had to cancel the tickets so I cald goa helpline to get the number and they didnt had Ponda VRL agency number so they gave me Verna's number. I called them and asked for Ponda's number so they gave me one managers number [protected] and in the first instatnce he didnt pick my call so I called so many other agencies and finally they all suggested me to call this person (manager) and told him that I ned to cancel my ticket and I cannot go to margao as its far for me so he said dont worry you do one thing just call their office and he gave me the number [protected]/[protected], he will tell them to cancel the ticket so I called then and when I told them that I need to cancel the ticket they told me to visit Vishwakamal agency and just call them once they reach there and told us to carry ID proof so We carried Pan card as well as Voters card and they told us that we will cancel it from margao you dont have to go there and to collect refund I need to go margao and just carry ID proof so I was relieved and in the evening I got a confirmation message to my number stating that my bus number is 01/CF2308. I was shocked when I got the message as it was already 5 o'clcok in the evening so I called the same person [protected] and he was so casual and he is saying madam ticket is not cancelled and he is completely disagreeing for he had said earlier and he was just keeping my phone aside and I was holding the phone. He was not even talking to me, not even listening to what I am saying and it was more than half an hour and no solution. So I called customer care hubli and the person I spoke to was very rude and wascnot allowing me to talk and they dont have bit of patience to listen to my query so I told him to transfer the call to manager and the manager or the person incharge was even worst than him. He was so rude and he is continously telling its our mistake and he wasvtelling you should have scanned the documents and you would have sent it to margao office which was never told to us by anyone. There also I spoke to them for more than half an hour no use and finally my ticket didnt get cancelled and I lost 800 rupees. Its my hard earned money and this is what you did with that money. Such worst service, I have been travelling in Vrl bus from past four years I faced so many issues with Vrl but I never complained but now its heights and I have lost my patience this is how you are treating the loyal customers right???? Never again I want to use Vrl service as your service is so pathetic Dont be so proud that Vrl has reached to such a height has got a name and fame because now we have got so many options in market Vrl is not the only option and already so many people are complaining about Vrl. Think it takes years to earn a good name but it takes seconds to get vanished Now I got to know about VRL BIG NAME SMALL GAME (CHEAP ACTIVITIES)

                                  I recently travelled by VRL travels from Hyderabad to Mumbai. It was a Long weekend so after a long i got spare days to visit my close relatives. But I noticed the rates for transport was not regular, usually they charge between[protected]k, but this time I literally sent 2800k for single way ticket. I remember VRL travels used to promise about their fixed rate policy at the beginning, I think they just faked it to get publicity. I must say they are literally mugging customers at the time of their important occasions or festivals. Plus the service has gone down too. The way their drivers and customer support associates treat their passengers is really humiliating. On that day I travelled, Bus got delayed by 2 hours, all passengers including senior citizens were waiting on the streets like but there was no notification regarding delay from the company. I tried calling on the numbers they provide on ticket registration, nobody answered on calling or texting. The singe journey spoiled my whole vacation

                                    I was in the Mumbai Bellary I-Shift Multi-Axle Volvo A/c Sleeper Coach (KA25/D4835) bus at seat U20 on 29/04/2015. The bus stopped for dinner at food court hotel in pune. After coming out, the bus was locked. When I again went my Acer laptop & bag were missing. I inforned the driver and his assistant. They told we can see CCTV footage at Hubli. At Pune Police Stn also they told to see footage first and then lodge complaint. At Hubli the VRL employees told that the CCTV recordings will be shown to police only if complaint is lodged. Now the police at Hospet says the complaint FIR can be done at Pune only. Whats the use of such CCTV camera systems if it cannot provide security. If the laptop is miused by anyone, both I and my company will not be reponsible for the misuse. Again I request VRL to take things seriously and look into the matter. After paying around 1900Rs fare, if VRL just cannot guarantee security it's no point in travelling by VRL in future. I hope you will look in the CCTV recordings.

I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I have to submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast action and better services for your customers. On 6th of April 2015 I have planed my travel from Pune to Bengaluru by your travels. (Received message from your company Ashutosh TR. NO 4277147 PUNE BENGALURU on Apr 6 2015 3:50 fair: 1260 From WAKAD HINJEWADI BRIDGELUCKY TRVLS (M) [protected], [protected] SEAT NO: U4, ) I got late for minutes at your boarding point thus missed the travels I immediately contacted on the given no on SMS by you [protected] but the person did not picked my call 4 times and thus called on another no [protected] and told him as I was late at boarding point I want to confirm did travels left from my boarding point or it is yet to come the person with contact no [protected] he did not helped me and disconnected call. I went to katraj VRL main branch and told him I did not received any call as I was not present at given boarding point. He replied to me in a very loud voice you better go home as your missed your travels he was so rude to talk. Finally another person spoke to me in a proper manner and helped me in next VRL bus. I am totally unsatisfied with your services (as no one informed me bus came at pick up point & as i called no one picked up my phone call as well as with your staff behaviour with mob no [protected]) if I did not get a proper response and action against him I will not recommend your buses to anyone. I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.                                         We booked multi axil volvo ac bus from banglore to goa but before one day they send msg ur bus is cancelled we will arrange another bus but they didn't send any confirmation msg and that too not responding also they r very irresponsable don't preprefer this travels
