I traveled by hubali to ulhasnagar bus on 28 the september!! I had a pathetic experience! There were bed bugs on the seats due to which i landed up in skin lesions due to the bug bite and had to visit hospital... Inspite of paying for the good facilities... A simple thing for pest control is not been done!! I would never ever travel by that bus!! Let some action be taken for disinfection of the seats or maintainence... Or else i will complain to higher authorities with a medical certificate attached!!

    Never expected this kind of result from vrl. I am very sorry to say this but unfortunately i am guild and have to proceed "owner has kept the good brand, but the travels customer service and the bus fare and drives are ruining the owners name".

    "1659700" several days i would get a reply is what was said and its almost more than 40 days and not several days, a solution is not received.

    It seems like vrl is not able to provide a solution.

    And when we call on your customer service office at hubli, the person speaks as if he is speaking to some pan wala/sabji wala.

    If vrl wants to grow, then there is definitely vrl has to undergo a serious change (Change from top till the bottom).

    They turned of the switch from cabin and turned it back on at dinner break

      Hi,
      I have always had highest regard for vrl travel services. But for this time. First of all it's extremely unprofessional of the travels to use a faulty bus (Ka-25 d4786).
      The bus had to be stopped after every hour and restart as the bus had serious technical problems. On top of this bus had to be repaired and thus causing a delay of more than 6 hours and i could not attend an important meeting. This is highly unprofessional of the travels. I am forced to ask my friends never to use the services of vrl again. Let me know how you can compensate this loss. And to top it all the behavior of crew is one of the worst.

        Dear sir/madam,

        This is surajit misra, booked a ticket from redbus with a ticket no. Is tka[protected]. This journey was from karad-mumbai on 09/10/2017, at 7.30am. The fare was rs. 1400.00.

        This bus was 04 hours late at 7.30am (Called bus driver/conductor mobile no. Was provided as sms). I had a flight at 4.30pm from mumbai on the same day. The scheduled time (7.30am) was enough to reach mumbai to catch my flight. I had a call to the bus driver at 6.50am to know the arrival timing of the bus and he had replied about four hours late to reach karad. Then i have traveled through road cars from karad to pune-washi-airport with very exhaustive way and finally i have reached airport 1/2 hours before departure.

        I was calling to the customer care of vrl travels at 7.30am on-wards on that day and requested to cancel my ticket and refund my money. But they have refused to do that. Now, my question is, i had reached the boarding point before time on the scheduled date, but bus could not reach in time and it was 4 hours late!!!. Then who is responsible? Today, i have filed a complaint in redbus, although they have denied to refund my money. I want to get back my money either from redbus or from vrl travels as soon as possible. Please take a look at this.

        Bus travel agency are charging more on festival, i have searched in Redbus for NGP-Pune for 17 oct and found every ticket is not more than 1000 but when i a searching for 29 Oct which later than 17 oct, they are charging not less than 2000, though the services provided by them are same on both ocassion and buses are same as well.

          On 8th Sep 2017 I booked a bus from hubli to mumbai. In basava vana office they told they will arrange a pickup van till bypass road, we were there at bypass bus no PY05A1602 which was supposed to stop there, wasn't stopped and went near dwd belur indl area around 1 am at night, I was having urgent work at mumbai and I shouted on driver on why you didn't stopped at hubli and why so late, driver of that bus told he don't have any update on pickup, when I called in office some ###### told if you want to go go in that bus he will reach mumbai @7 am, bus reached vashi @ 9.30 am and driver had called someone over phone and even that guy don't know how to handel and he was also arrogant, I booked ticket till andheri because of that guy I have to get down at sanpada and call police, driver of that bus started requesting me to don't give complaint there are many passengers in bus, and he went. I have to take ola and go for which I had paid 475rs

          Called to office while bus was in mumbai pune express way no one had answered properly then driver gave cust care no when called there also same no proper reply,

          In booking office they have to tell correctly, they should not lie to customers

          I was travelling in Vrl from mumbai hubli in 2010 to 201s very frequently now a days service is very cheap

          Concerned to take actions on culprits

              Pathetic service from vrl travels...From the past 30min around 40-50passengers are wayting in rain at petrol pump . No concern person available from vrl here for passengers . I have videos and photos of service provided to all passengers. All passengers are asked to wait more 15-20min ...all passengers have been dropped by the pick up van from vrl to indian oil petrol pump in miyapur ( hyd ) from 20-25 kms away from main city ...and from the past 30-40min we all are wayting for the bus in rain.Improper behaviour by drivers and staff and waste service from vrl travels never ever try vrl for journey

              Will never ever opt for vrl tavels, full waste service and even make shure no one travels from my family and friends

                Vrl is the best service that i and my family have noticed so far.
                The bus fare on the weekends and during festivals is extremely high.
                More over delivering more services there will be more customers but this is not working. 100 or 200 rupees is fine, just look at the sheets vrl online tickets have designed. It's extremely sad to hear.

                It's creating a negative thought.
                Instead, there can be many buses during weekends and during festivals with a feasible bus fare.

                I predict there is no loss if vrl fills seat at-least of 15, but the loss is on the other part (Customers). Unable to attend festivals at home happily. Travelling should be easy and comfortable, for which vrl is known for.

                I request this to be conveyed to vijayanand sir. So that there can be a positive response so that we can travel with happy minds during festivals.

                If the customer is really valuable to the service to deliver. Please take necessary immediate actions. And see how many customers go happily to their native places to celebrate. It's not only me as a customer but there might be many who are facing this.

                  Dear vrl management, i am travelling in your bus, from vishakpatna to bangalore bus leaving at 3:30pm and up to 9:30pm drivers are not stopping the bus for break (Urinals), 6 hours how can a person be able to control all these things its very horrible for old age people and ladies, and moreover, driving is so rash very rash driving, while overtaking the vehicle they go very nearby, some time they apply break very hard, please take care of these things, and try to customers friendly, donot loose the customer for these silly reasons

                    I have been travellong on a monthly basis from mumbai to goa.
                    During each joirneu either to goa or from goa there always some issue with the bus.
                    The bis os always late when it leaves mumbai, if the pickup os at 10:15 the bus comes no sooner than 11:30.
                    During the past 5 trips the experience has been horrible.
                    Each time the bis has broken down.
                    1. The door got jammed.
                    2. The bis is not working.br...

                    I'm ramesh v yalameli, i and my son are traveling from bengalore to basavana bagewadi in bus no. Ka 25 c 8270. Vrl client in anandrao circle misguided us that bus stops for meals in tumkur but bus driver doesn't stopped. I complained customer care phone no at 12:30am, but he doesn't answered us. U should take a great action on this, customers are getting problem.

                      We travelled from bangalore to bijapur on 28th july with wife and two child's by accommodating in 1 double seat and 1 single sleeper class seat. The children are 7yr &10yrs old. That there is no rules from such a big organisation.
                      But while travelling back booked same 3 seats for same 3 persons. But in bijapur vrl office mr. Prakash k kamaradagi started begging in different vrl style. He become rules follower of vrl. Which is sound to be good for such kind of big organisation. I thought rules and common for all vrl branches and all customer. I paid full amount rs. 650/- but got receipt of only 500/- that in ordinary paper with vrl company name. If you want to some thing good for our state/ country please consider my case and do necessarily.
                      For your reference i attached receipt image, which i got from mr. Prakash k kamaradagi (Vrl manager - marathi vidhyalaya branch vijayapura).
                      I appreciated vrl growth building structure after hearing legendary mr. Vijay sankeshwar words in week end with ramesh, how much sir struggled to reach this level. But under people like this kind of managers will collapse it soon. Hope you understood my points. I am normal person took so much time to pay the amount, think about others also. Please don't make collapse the vrl.

                        This is regarding vrl bus sercice from raichur to bangalore bus number ka25c8843 has no windshield and still no other substitute bus has arranged as bus replacements. Without windshield bus driver drove bus from from raichur to sindhanoor which is almost 90 km which is scary situation for passengers like us who are inside the bus waiting to reach bangalore on time. The vrl bus dealer in raichur is rude, unprofessional and waste fellow to call him in single word. Vrl kept us waiting for another bus in sindhanoor almost 1 hour and no sign of apology from any of their executives. Kindly cancel this franchisee and provide the justice in the form of compensation for the same

                          Hi all,

                          I have booked ticket from hyderabad to mumbai.in redbus, my journey date is 23/07/17.

                          In vrl. Private travel they will not allow cardboard luggage that i don't have information.

                          At the time of boarding they are telling we will not allow cardboard packed luggage.

                          I checked with redbus team for the same,
                          If they have policy they have to share the info on terms and conditions.

                          They have not mentioned anything about on the same.

                          I didn't travelled in that bus, they also not refunding the amount also.

                            I had booked a ticket from pune-goa in ac sleeper on 17th july. Travelling date was 20th july which is today. Booked it through redbus.com

                            Today i got a message that the sleeper is cancelled and i am getting a seater. Since i dont have an option to book other bus as i will be getting some back seat.

                            What kind of service do they provide and how can they change from sleeper to seater. We are not able to travel in seater thats the reason we have booked a sleeper. Is this not sel[censored]nderstood by them?

                            Also ac sleeper is costlier than seater.

                            We book this bus for the facility you provide despite they charge more than other travels. Dont those guys have spare busses.

                            [now donnot give redbus and excuse because, booking was done successfully and if the booking was not done you would not have changed the bus and sent the message.] - to vrl

                              While traveling from bangalore to bagalkot, vrl bus stoped in ilkal dabba (Break to washroom) passangerl21, lady went to wash room.in 5min when she was back, bus was not there. She got scare, even she dont have phone, money. Because she all kept in bus and went to wash room. Responsible person of vrl not counted members of bus and left the bus. When they reached bagalkot they called to number which was mentioned while doing ticket., collect bag. Ticket was booked by daughter to her mom. Vrl person called me and told that we left them there only after coming to bagalkot we knew that we left them in ilkal. They telling go to ksrtc bus. Even the lady is aged. Why we booked vrl means it's safe to travel alone. What nonsense the person is saying. Even that lady felt down.in ilkal and got injury to her leg. Some people of dabba members helped her and puted bandage to her leg. What kind of service u giving? Who are the responsible person for this???

                                Has not informed me that it will not stop for food in between journey...

                                So i didn't get any information regarding this through mail or messuage or through VRL representatives..

                                I was not there with no food in parcel or had before taking journey...
                                Im requesting VRL TRAVELS customer care representatives to take my feedback and for this huge trouble from your end to me pay me back 2000rp for the inconvenience caused by VRL...

                                  Worst travelling company ever i have travelled, the bus ac was not working properly in my full journey, they dropped me before 12 km from my destination, with no other transportation nearby where i can go to my destination as it was raining heavily, this travels made my important meeting in hell and i lost many things which cant be described.plz guys oppose this company as they give lots of bribe to other officials and may be smuggling many things as no one checks them as they always give first priority to luggage they transport, never trust and pay higher amounts to this company

                                    Hi, my bus KA25/C5936 is suppose to come at 9:30 pm @ anandrao circle. But it came at 10:15 pm. Why is this delay? Everytime vrl bus is late by atleast 45 minutes during departure. VRL states to reach Belgaum by 7:00 AM but it reached Belgaum today @9:30 AM. Again this worst service delay? It is the case of Everytime. If you cannot perform in time then just mention the timings or VRLs inability to perform clearly. We have multiple works that we should do in time not like #### late as you Everytime. Train your drivers to drive smooth and fast. Also boarding staff to behave properly. VRL only knows to increase fare by double but worst service continues Everytime.

                                    Why govt of India does not care when private travel agents increase fare by two three times? Why govt like KSRTC or IRCTC increase number of buses or trains so that we will easily get govt transport to travel and these fraud people like VRL will beg customer to book ticket for their buses. If govt increases buses and railway, they will easily get income as well as they can create many jobs.

                                    Govt has very few buses and only one train from Bangalore to belgaum. And number of people travel from Bangalore to belgaum require atleast 10 buses and 5 trains. I don't know even when knowing this fact why govt is such silent on this topic? Please increase number of buses and trains for govt. We pay taxes so we need services too. Private travel agents will repaired very old buses and increase count to 20 buses saying special buses for festival and increase fair 2 or 3 times.

                                      I have travelled pune to bangalore on dated 10th june 17 by sleeper caoch, my spects ' titan' make having blue coloured cover box is left by mistake in the bus (Bus number 3515), please arrange to collect & return the same. We have 3 tickets numbers 27, 28 & 29 and probably i left my spects on birth number 29 (Single birth).
