Dear sir, Following is my complaint which was not at all expected from such a big name VRL TRAVELS. I had booked a ticket for my mother for traveling from Mangalore to Kolhapur. The ticket pnr is 2989966 and abhibus booking I'd is 2227011 Now can you guys explain me how can you give the adjacent seat to a lady to a man. My mother had a male passenger at her side seat which doesn't go with the booking laws. This is Shame on the name of Vrl and I will take every possible measure to raise this issue in consumer court and take necessary actions against your company. This is not all, even after assigning the wrong seat you guys didn't stop there.Your bus driver and conductor shouted at my mother instead of cooperating with her and helping her . Now this one is surely gonna take you guys in trouble. Just wait for the notice from consumer court. You guys have such a big name and do such cheap things, you will have to pay for this.

    sir On 14/06/2014, Ii travelled from Mangalore to Bangalore Vide bus No KA25C9568 at 10 PM along with my family ( 3 seats). Seat no L20/21 & 25 ( TR 2068132) At the outset, at around 11 PM the driver was driving so badly, that once literally I jumped from my sleeping position to some inches above and got a great jerk on my spinal cord. I called the helper and showed him but he could not understand my position as I donot know how to speak kannada and he pretended not understanding hindi. I told your staff at Mangalore that I shall get down at Indira Nagar. Being 1st time commuter to Indira Nagar, they confirmed my that bus staff will tell you when it will reach. Gandhi Nagar, Bangalore reached around 4.30 AM and I requested bus staff to tell me on Indira Nagar when it reaches, to which they did not listen. After some time when I went from my seat to ask the conductor at the front he told me that Indira Nagar is passed. Driver told me to speak in kannada only and went on telling vulgar language in Kannada. Suddenly he stopped the bus after 5 KM from Indira Nagar before sunrise and forced me to get down along with my family( wife and daughter). The bus staff threw my luggage which was in luggage van and driver jumped out from his seat and came to me aggressively at the back side of the bus where I was standing along with my family after getting down and went on scolding at me for the reasons best known to him. My complaints are based on: Rash driving Rude behaviour of driver Malfunctioning of my laptop which was thrown by your bus staff. I am in Karnataka for last 8 years. I used to travel by VRL bus only when I was working at Hubli and also from Mangalore to Bangalore in last 3 years. I have never faced this type of treatment from any of your staff I called on Mr. Rajesh at 10.30 hrs on 15/6 and Mr Mithun ( spelling may be incorrect). over phone no[protected] and appraised them on the happenings as I was very much hurt in this situation.My plight to arrange conveyance at wee hours on 15/6/2014 from a point dropped by your bus can not be imagined. Mr. Mithun told the name of the driver is Nagendra. I request you to take stern action on this driver after due investigation as not only I am hurt mentally and my laptop of worth 40000 broken, but also the trade name of VRL will go down as these people are your brand ambassdor for passengers . I condemn the situation and ask for written regret from the driver and management of VRL. Please revert at earliest Subrat- [protected] Regards

      Today I'm still travelling in VRL with bus number KA25 C5007 heading to bijapur from bangalore; there were few passengers who were fully illiterate, they had a gang, the one beside me vomitted on me. I didn't said a word. I shifted to his seat and gave him my window seat. At night they were screaming and i was waiting for my destination. when bus stopped for loo at morning 5:00 am, these guys woke up and started screaming that they tv. and unnecessarily they were passing dirty words on fellow passengers. there were ladies on board, atleast bus attendant could have made those people calm. thankfully you guys have installed cctv cameras in bus. now you have to act seriously. take action on attendents, take action on those passangers.

        Hi I travelled with my mum from Mumbai to Hubli on 29th May (Bus no KA25/B4793 ) & return on 1st June (KA/B6272) On both occasion the travel experience was highly regrettable.The place where they halted for toliet break was horrendous. The loos were in extremely filthy, stinking and disgusting. I just could not use it as it was really unbearable. Some doors did not have locks and some loos were not flushed. I would suggest you get the place inspected and renovate it throughout with someone to supervise and clean it at regular times.The place just does not accomodate so many passengers from so many buses. Travel from Mumbai to hubli was terribly late as the bus had fault apparently the bus had oil leaks. So the bus was not inspected before the departure. I feel the safety of the passengers were compromised on this occasion. My mum and her relatives are regular VRL bus travellers. I am a NRI and holidaying in India for few days and your travel company is the worst I have seen in my life ever. I have asked my mum an my relatives not to use your travel company ever.           I lure of making money VRL doing inconvenience to lady passengers. VRL is now days not taking care of lady passengers. I was travelling from Bailhongal to bangalore . A male passenger came and sit beside and travel people also didnot responded. Worst VRL travels.

            WORST TRAVEL SERVICE! CURSE TO THE SOCIETY Bus did not come. after questioning head office every 5 min. they answered . bus is coming its 5 min away. finally bus came after 2.5 hours of wait. to to our surprise it wasnt a AC sleeper bus but normal seater bus. Argued for refund .said not possible. pay the difference. not possible. argued argued. said Rs 50 will be refunded. whereas the difference between AC sleeper n seating bus was Rs 400 Not secure for female passengers. Female passenger were treated badly. with male passengers intervention it got calm. Extremely impolite staff. Drivers were in extreme rush. When given the feedback to the head office.it was absolute don’t care attitude. Please refrain from traveling! We need to teach a lesson to these arrogant AGENCY.that there business is because of the passengers!

              Worst drivers in vrl bus from bangalore to biadr,
              Horrible journey we had on 1/5/14... We suppose to reach bidar at 9;45 but reached at almost 12pm,
              Take care of such things not to happen again, the passengers became restless,


              Dakota drivers really not suitable for vrl bus, actually bus condition is good but its the drivers fault so that passengers have to suffer, just replace them or we will never have journey by vrl bus, worst services...

                  Yesterday we were boarded mumbai bound VRL bus numbered KA 25 DA 4789 from Bijapur with seat no.29, 30, 32.After some distance from Pune the bus got jumped and we were forced to thrown up and got mild injury.The lady who allotted seat no.25 also got collided with the upper seat.This was our worst exp with VRL.Please take necessary action that this should not be repeated.

                    Was travelling via VRL from bangalore to Goa.The driver was so rash that he applied sudden brakes and this caused my mom sitting right behind the driver seat to fall in the bus. And surprisingly there was noone to even ask her what happened to her.The driver and the conductor nobody bothered to ask her how she is feeliong. We then rushed her to the hospital where the doctor diagnosed a fracture on the back bone.Now she is on complete bed rest. Please do take action on the driver.Bus number KA 25 B5045 VRL travels which i booked through redbus.

                      VRL is overcharging to its passengers on holidays..Normal charges from Davanagere to Bangalore is 280/- ( Regular push back seat bus) in their bus..but they took 780/- for same bus.. I cancelled and came by KSRTC Volvo bus by paying 450/- for AC Volvo coach on same day.. they really grabing money from commuters..I suggest better try some others like KSRTC or few others those really give good service..for cancelling even i paid 15% penalty..I'm gathering some information to complain against this with Consumer Court..

                        I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 11th Oct 2013 with PNR TGDAAD25456.Departuer time was 9.45 pm. I reached before time to Anand rao circle stop. I got the bus number from the enquriy counter. It was festive time so the journey fare was almost comparable to the flight charges. I was looking for the bus in the stand and I couldnt find that bus anywhere. At 10PM again i went to the counter and they said me that the bus has left from outside the stand (without coming to the stand) and they didnt even contact me. There was no proper management in the vrl bus stop.Same thing was happened to many passengers on that day and I saw many of them crying as they have to go home for festivals. I found another passenger who was supposed to board the same bus.I had missed all the schedules for next day which incurred me huge loss. I need vrl travels to compensate the loss occured to me.

                          I had disgusting experience with VRL thrice... Once they changed bus number and made me roam. Again on next booking again they changed bus number and happened to fight with them for my seat. But again I booked ticket from Bangalore to Sagar, they changed bus number and even birth number also. happened to sleep in last birth though i booked L5 but it has not ended there. They never bothered to inform when my destination came (Sagar) and they made me to get down in siddapur and i had travel in local bus to sagar. I definitly want to give complain in consumer court and teach them.

                            Dear sir, i booked a parcel(bike) from mangalore to pune on 06.09.2013. they told me that you can able to recieve it on 10th evening. but i recieved it today. its not a big problem but its not delivered properly. there is a condition:booked at owners risk but i never thought i would happen. u can change it to"it wil not deliver with all parts remaining as same" my bike's red light and indicators wewrw brokeen so i again i have to spend 500 rs for that. already i given 3600.00 for parcel. its not the way to serve. i felt very sad by the service of vrl

                              I boarded a bus from mumbai to bangalore and had booked tickets for sleeper in vrl bus .....to my horror and disgust....a long journey bus had none of the charging points working.i was travelling alone and being a female traveller i was ver concerned About security.Neither did the driver nor did the conductor helped. both my phones were dying...n no help from vrl travels.the lcds were also not working.n i paid a frigging 1800 bucks for the worst class service.no more trusting vrl

                                My wife along with two kids travelled twice in VRL service from Bijapur to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Bijapur. The worstest experiance we faced at the receiving end. In both the trips, the bus arrived at the destination by 3 to 4 hours delay. In first journey, the bus AC was not functioning, they changed another bus after midnight. Again in the border, they changed again another bus saying that the other bus not having route permit. They reach Hyderabad by 8:00 AM after delay of 3 hours. In the second trip, today on 20.08.2013, the driver is very clever and intellegent and he has gone some where off the road for about 25 KM after Gulberga. They are supposed to reach here by 6:30 AM, That brought the bus to Sindhagi by 8:40 AM and still travelling. I hope in an hour time they will reach bijapur. After enquirey from friends and collegues, I came to know that, this type of behavour is not new to VRL service especially on the route Hyderabad to Bijapur and Bijapur to Hyderabad. There are no systems to check the delay in private buses. Now I will make sure that none of my collegues will travel VRL service from Bijapur to Hyderabad or Hyderabad to Bijapur. I now strongly recommend not to travel VRL services atleast one busiest day.

                                VRL — Bus fare at double price than normal

                                VRL travel management are charging baseless to consumers at no genuine reason. Just because of long weekends or big festival is commencing they will double the bus fare for same service and bus. Please make a strict rules for the people who are doing day robbery.

                                  i have book on 08/12/2013, From bangalore to hyderabad PNR number 12368955 and Bus no, AP29TB6572, Volvo Multixle bus coming on time my complaint request is there is no LCD in middle i ask to statff they said this bus no multi LCD my sead no 32 how can watch movie is so farr i am unable to see, and when i was traverl SVR Tour & Travel, i was book Hyderabd to vizag Volvo Multixle in that bus 3 LCD fixted i realy happy to jurney on svr bus so i request to VRL bus if Multixles bus need to attach 3 LCD so everyone easy watch the movies thanks.

                                    The incident took place when we were returning from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 26/05/2013 @ 10:30 PM. we were 9 guys who were supposed to travel. due to health reasons one of my friend stayed back and he couldn't travel along with us. we had reached the boarding point at around 10:15 PM as given in the ticket. we went to VRL office mentioned in the ticket and said that we would like to cancel one of our ticket as my friend is not well and is unable to board bus. The VRL staff said that it is not possible to cancel ticket at this moment and will try to arrange something for this and made us to board the bus. we then boarded the bus after reaching to the 2nd boarding point, a passenger came in and sat in my friend's seat which we were supposed to cancel. seeing that i went to the driver, there were two other VRL staff i demanded an explanation on this. Staff said as the seat is empty we have given the seat to another passenger. i then said how can you blindly give my seat to another passenger without even returning my money. i said i need my money back or have that seat cleared for me i will keep my luggage our there and will travel. the Staff then called some other Staff guy and handed over the call to me. I said the same over call, the conversation went on, and the guy on phone was speaking very rudely. he said "muchkondu nin seatalli hogi kuthko, bus nandu naan yaarig bekadru kursthini" (shut and get back to your seat, bus belongs to me and i will have anyone to sit in that place). then i asked the name of the guy who was speaking to me with the driver and the staff who were present in the bus, but they didn't tell me the name. later the staff and driver said me that they are going to shift the passenger to the next bus and leave our seat empty for us in the next boarding pont. but it didn't happen. the passenger traveled all the way to Bangalore.

                                    I request you to take proper action on them. i have attached my ticket and bus number in this mail.

                                    I have also sent a mail to [protected]@VRLLOGISTICS.COM, OR [protected]@VRLLOGISTICS.COM, but i received undelivery mail back.

                                    I personally think that what had happened here is according to the procedure. As per the terms n condition of most of the travels u will not be entertained any refund if the ticket is cancelled after 6hrs prior to the journey. Moreover if a seat stands unoccupied the agent has all the rights to use it. Even in railways if the passenger doesn't board the train. After two stations from his/her boarding point the TTR has sole right to cancel the ticket and alot the seat to another passenger with thatkal charges. So this case will not favor u on any terms. But u can file charges against the agents executive staff for speaking rude n obscenely.

                                      Coming from VRL bus number AP-29-TB-6573, Surathkal to Bangalore (Manipal to Hydrabad), PNR No. 11398376 dated 10 may 2013, after reaching Bangalore, I had kept a luggage bag and a small box consisting my belongings in the luggage compartment, while removing luggage, the attendant started demanding Rs 100 from me, when asked the reason, he said it was for the box (dimension 2*1.5*1 ft approx, handy) whereas people having luggage bags more than 5 times its size were free of any tariff, when I refused to pay, the attendant literally snatched the box from my hand and started verbally abusing me in Kannada language, I in fact did not have any cash with me, which even after showing and requesting, the attendant continued to abuse me in front of all co-passengers waiting to collect their belongings, he then orders me to go and complain in their head office and then collect my box, finally I had to borrow the sum from a co-passenger to pay him. I had to face an embarrassing situation in public, Even now I am not able to detach my thoughts from it.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        the transport personnel in punganuru branch have the worst behaviour. this is not a one time experience, it has been repeating since years.they charge irrelevant charges irrespective of the item. customer has to take the delivery at transport at their convenient timings if not they charge for it. the abuse with harsh words. please take necessary action.
